ArsenalOS is the software backbone that powers how Anduril designs, builds, and sustains its hardware. As our factories scale and operate at increasingly high rates, the complexity of the factory software stack is growing just as quickly.
We are not building greenfield systems in isolation. We are deploying and integrating software, infrastructure, and automation into live production environments that cannot stop.
We need a Technical Program Manager to act as the central coordination point for factory software at the site level — someone who can bring together the production system administration, digital IOT, MES, Controls, robotic automation, and manufacturing test teams and their deliverables into a single, coherent execution plan.
This is not a status-tracking role. This is a production-critical operator responsible for making sure the digital layer of the factory keeps up with the physical one.

About the Role
We're looking for a Lead Product Manager, Clinical Experience to own the strategy and roadmap for how Galileo integrates with, extends, and eventually surpasses traditional EHR infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of clinical reality and technical execution. A meaningful portion of the work lives close to the clinical data layer, mapping patient information flows across systems, identifying where clinical integrations are brittle or incomplete, and writing specs that turn those gaps into shipped solutions. This is not a ticket-writing role. The decisions made here shape what Galileo can do for patients five years from now.
Cross-functional alignment is core to this role. On any given week, that means pressure-testing a FHIR implementation with engineering, reviewing a vendor's interoperability claims with clinical operations, or syncing with leadership on the data strategy roadmap. Strong candidates hold context across these conversations and translate fluently between clinical, technical, and executive audiences. When a tooling decision is unclear or a data integration project lacks a clear owner, this person steps up because they've seen what happens when nobody does.
This is a remote position, reporting into the VP of Product Management.

About You
You have deep familiarity with how EHR systems are built, integrated, and broken, and you bring that technical context into every product decision. You're known for calling decisions when they need to be called. You've used AI tools to meaningfully accelerate your own output and have thought carefully about where they belong in clinical product work. You've built a data strategy that others actually followed, meaning you can write it, present it, and get people to change what they're doing because of it. You're effective in ambiguous, high-growth environments and don't need a clear playbook to make progress.

The pay range for this position in New York at the start of employment is expected to be between $78,900 and $116,760 per year. The national pay range for this role is $81,800 - $111,635. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. The BI Developer role goes beyond building dashboards. It is responsible for transforming how Vertical Bridge consumes, understands, and acts on data. They will build, design and deliver analytics solutions across the Power BI and Databricks AI/BI platforms. These solutions will drive strategic decisions, enable self-service intelligence, and shift the organization from reactive reporting to proactive insight. The ideal candidate serves as both a business translator and technical architect. The Senior Director of Product Strategy & Operations is the analytical engine and operational heart of the Product organization. Reporting to the CPO, you will be responsible for transforming qualitative customer signals and quantitative product telemetry into the commercial strategies that drive our growth. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure that our product-led initiatives are not just visionary, but executed with precision across every department in the company.
Business Case & Financial Modeling: Own the economic engine of the product org. Build rigorous financial models and business cases to justify new investments, market entries, and portfolio pivots.
ROI Evaluation: Establish a framework for measuring the return on R&D investment. Continuously audit product performance against projected commercial outcomes to inform resource reallocation.
Product Health & OKRs: Architect and manage the global Product Scorecard. Define "North Star" metrics and ensure all team OKRs are mathematically linked to top-line company growth.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the primary connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Align disparate departments to ensure product-led initiatives are supported company-wide.
New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the cross-functional "Go-to-Product" engine. Own the operational readiness, field enablement, and launch synchronization for all major releases.
Product Processes & Tooling: Design and scale the "Product Operating System." Optimize the end-to-end lifecycle—from discovery to sunset—and manage the integrated tech stack (e.g., Pendo, Productboard, Jira) to drive velocity.

The Finance AI Architect will bring deep financial domain expertise (investment research, asset management, trading, investment banking, risk, etc.) to advance Samaya’s adoption across key institutions. This role is central in helping customers unlock outcomes/use cases and integrate Samaya’s powerful AI Agents into their workflows.

Are you a Hebrew translator eager to shape the future of AI? Large-scale language models are evolving from clever chatbots into powerful engines of linguistic intelligence. With high-quality training data, tomorrow’s AI can deliver accurate, context-aware translations, enhance cross-cultural communication, and support learners and professionals around the world. That training data begins with you—we need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI.
We’re looking for Hebrew translators with a strong command of both Hebrew and English who can assess and refine AI-generated translations for grammatical accuracy, fluency, cultural nuance, and context sensitivity. You’ll challenge the model with idiomatic expressions, ambiguous phrases, formal and informal tones, and real-world scenarios—documenting model failures and providing insight to improve translation quality and consistency.
On a typical day, you will evaluate and edit AI outputs, translate between Hebrew and English in both directions, annotate errors, provide cultural or contextual explanations, and suggest improvements to prompts, evaluation methods, and model behavior.

We are hiring an Associate, Media Strategy to support several key media channels for one of our largest accounts. This is a role responsible for developing media strategies & campaign plans and supporting projects across multiple stakeholders. The Associate, Media Strategy will also be responsible for pulling reports, internal project management/timelines and ensuring day to day meetings run smoothly.
Reporting to the Media Strategy Manager, the Associate, Media Strategy will ensure partner satisfaction via the stewardship of media strategy, campaign planning, vendor management, and communications between internal & external teams. Ideal candidates have experience in brand or retail media, and can act as a liaison, translator and champion between our client partners and vendors. Past experience in consumer brands is a plus, especially with emerging brands. They’ll partner closely with our client’s teams, platform reps, analysts, and media execution specialists to ensure we bring clarity, consistency, and strategic insight to every campaign in the planning, execution, and reporting stages.

Responsibilities
Assists with multiple concurrent projects and campaigns, ranging from smaller tactical assignments to activating complex, integrated campaigns.
Coordinates, activates and communicates relevant project information to the Media Ops team to ensure that the outcome addresses the partner’s business requirements.
Supports projects by managing timelines, sharing campaign reporting, and working collaboratively to meet partner deliverables.
Assists in proofing and compiling materials for internal and partner meetings.
Updates and manages internal and partner facing communications to share progress and challenges in a timely and succinct way.
Facilitates workflows, deadlines, and deliverables among C&C team and vendors.
Maintain budget tracking documentation for multiple campaigns or initiatives
Support media finance processes by pulling actuals for prior month or quarter and consolidating planned totals for future months
Assist in RFP process by drafting and sending RFPs, reviewing responses and summarizing plans for clients
Manages projects with grace and humility, ensuring all stays on point, on budget, and on time.
Consistently surfaces opportunities to add value to partners beyond immediate deliverables.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in media planning or strategy, performance marketing, or media buying.
Proven experience working on a complex or enterprise client
Prior experience in part of the retail media ecosystem, Walmart (WMC & Scintilla), Sam’s Club (MAP), Target (Roundel), Albertsons, Programmatic (TTD, StackAdapt), Social (Meta, TikTok), Google or Amazon. Additional retailers, traditional media experience, and eComm understanding are a plus.
Understanding of media planning fundamentals. Prior experience with third party planning tools (GWI, Nielsen, Comscore, Resonate) a plus.
Familiarity with media measurement approaches such as Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, brand lift studies, or incrementality testing.
Proven track record sending RFPs to media vendors to develop holistic media plans, based on an overarching client strategy.
Experience working with both self service and managed service media campaigns.
Strong data literacy — able to interpret performance trends, work with analytics partners, and translate data into clear strategic insights.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal — with an ability to influence internal teams and client stakeholders.
Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail, experience working with project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
Experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) to enhance productivity and data insight clarity.
Adept at building strong relationships with internal teams, clients and other partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a quantitative/analytical field (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Data Science, STEM); an advanced degree is a plus.
