We are hiring a Enterprise Sales Programs Director to our Revenue Strategy and Ops team in Sâo Paulo, Brazil!
The Enterprise Sales Program Director role is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for driving growth and operational excellence within our Enterprise business unit. Acting as a trusted advisor to regional Sales leadership, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and detailed execution, orchestrating complex, cross-functional programs that optimize the end-to-end sales cycle. You will proactively identify the biggest opportunities for improvement by synthesizing data from diverse sources - including Salesforce, Sales Leadership, Customer Interviews, and Market Trends, to design initiatives and strategies that deliver measurable results.
This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor and executive presence, as you will lead teams through the design, launch, and optimization of impactful go-to-market initiatives. YOUR IMPACT
- Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to US Enterprise Sales leadership, translating regional business challenges into actionable program strategies and data-driven recommendations.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data (Salesforce, customer interviews, sales rep data, market trends, etc.) to spot growth opportunities within the Enterprise segment, and draw actionable conclusions that influence executive-level decision-making and resource allocation.
- End-to-End Program Orchestration: Design, launch, and manage high-impact cross-functional programs - from prescriptive sales plays to GTM pilot programs - ensuring seamless execution
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the "connective tissue" between GTM leadership, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Channel Partners, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure regional programs are effectively executed and operationalized
- Operational Excellence & Tooling: Build and optimize dashboards and reporting in Salesforce and/or Google Sheets to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into program performance
- Strategic Flexibility: Effortlessly flex between high-level vision/strategy and "rolling up your sleeves" to troubleshoot process gaps or execute detailed project workstreams.
- Executive Communication: Calibrate and deliver complex insights through high-quality written documents, visual decks, and verbal presentations for Director-level and above stakeholders.
- Performance Optimization: Continually analyze program ROI and customer engagement metrics to implement iterative improvements that maximize long-term platform value.
- Change Management: Lead regional implementation of global product GTM, ensuring that strategies are tailored for the US Enterprise market and adopted effectively by the local sales organization.

WHO YOU ARE
- Previous relevant experience in Enterprise SaaS / tech environments, ideally in Sales Strategy, RevOps, or Programs
- Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with revenue impact
- Proven experience with US-based stakeholders or companies. Global experience it is a plus
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Advanced Salesforce skills (including dashboard creation)
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of SaaS and financial metrics
- Experience with sales processes, GTM data, and performance analysis
- Excellent executive communication (with senior teams) and stakeholders /cross-functional teams management
- High ownership, autonomy, and ability to operate in ambiguity

We are hiring a Partner Strategy Director to our Partner Data team in São Paulo!
As the Partner Strategy & Analytics Director, you will sit at the intersection of Data and Global Strategy. Your mission is to transform partner and market data into high-impact initiatives within our Global Partnerships organization. You will define where we play and how we win by identifying high-growth verticals, consulting with regional leaders and creating the narrative that demonstrates Wellhub’s value to the world’s leading fitness and wellness brands.
YOUR IMPACT
- Global Strategy & Market Intelligence: Develop comprehensive market frameworks to shape the Global Partnerships strategy. Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging trends in the wellness and corporate health ecosystem.
- Strategic Consulting: Act as an internal consultant for regional partnership teams. Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable playbooks that help local teams hit their growth targets.
- Category Management Leadership: Lead the "Wellhub Category Strategy." Use data to determine which verticals (e.g., full service gyms, boutique fitness, sports, recovery, etc) and geographic markets require aggressive expansion or optimization.
- Partner Storytelling: Design and build high-stakes external presentations for C-suite partners, using data to visualize growth opportunities and the "Wellhub Effect" on their business.

WHO YOU ARE

- Complexity Management: Ability to take messy, disparate data sources and synthesize them into a single, cohesive strategy.

Team Overview
As a member of the ever-growing Partner Data & Insights team at Wellhub, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining a data-focused culture and helping drive unique strategic initiatives. In this highly malleable role, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing data operation of Wellhub’s growth strategy, products, technologies, tools, and technical solutions. This includes (but is not limited to) defining and enforcing efficient operational processes, generating and governing of business focused dashboards, educating business stakeholders on dashboards and datasets, developing analytical insights and analysis and working with multiple global teams within the business to provide solutions as a strategic partner.
YOUR IMPACT
- Develop recommendations and drive improvements to data standards, processes, definitions within your business area
- Partner with team leaders globally by providing analytical insights through accessible business oriented data sets and visual data dashboards
- Be an active participant in discussion with various global teams and have a voice in the direction of the business
- Identify insights that will impact the broader business by leveraging relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple functional areas
- Consult with managers and team leaders; work with them to turn vague or poorly defined issues into clearly addressable problems/questions that is measurable
WHO YOU ARE
- Relevant work experience in analyzing large data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable product recommendations
- Experience with managing stakeholders requests, pushing for prioritization and impact
- Ability to communicate complex data and technical concepts clearly and concisely to a non technical audience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience- ability to translate a business request into code that answers a question
- Advanced proficiency in building data visualizations (Looker ML, Metabase, etc)
- Strong knowledge of statistics and data science techniques (e.g., regression, segmentation, forecasting)
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
- A driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for excellence and continuous improvement; strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
- Ability to think critically by understanding problems quickly and being able to identify solutions.

- Proven experience as a Senior in backend development and database management.
- Expertise in version control (GIT) and proficiency in Clean Code and development best practices.

- Extensive experience with SQL/NoSQL technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB, understanding common use cases and performance pitfalls, and dashboards using Metabase.
- Proficient in working with AWS cloud services, containers, and serverless architectures (Lambdas).
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experienced in creating and maintaining high-traffic APIs (handling thousands of requests per second).
- Skilled in monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking (using tools like Datadog, Grafana).
- Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
- Client-facing skills with a proven track record of effectively managing client relationships.

As a B2B Credit Policy Specialist, you will be a key architect of our financial ecosystem. The Global Sales Enablement Leader is the critical link between global vision and local execution. THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to our Global Sales Operations team in Brazil!
You will be responsible for building operational excellence and provide strategic advisory to the Wellhub sales leadership team. You will be working with commercial and cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, HR, Marketing) around the world with a global scope.
YOUR IMPACT
- Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team. Highlight best performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under performance;
- Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning;
- Participate in projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement and sales incentive design;
- Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve seller productivity;
- Build and present reports to senior sales leadership;
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues (support);

WHO YOU ARE
- Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience;
- Familiarity with financial modeling and financial planning;
- Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions;
- Analytical skills (experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses);
- Technically savvy with good proficiency in Excel;
- Concise communication (able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership);
- Proactive (capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations);
- Problem Solving skills;
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM it's a plus;
- A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles;
