About Us
Galileo is a team-based medical practice working to improve the quality and affordability of health care for all. Operating across 50 states, Galileo offers high-touch, data-driven, multi-specialty, longitudinal care to diverse and complex patients—on the phone, in the home, and everywhere in between. Regional and national health plans, employers, and Fortune 500 organizations trust Galileo as the leading solution to improve population health. Founded by Dr. Tom X. Lee, the healthcare pioneer behind One Medical and Epocrates, Galileo is a team of leading innovators from healthcare, technology, and human-centered design. Our mission is to apply that talent and scientific thinking to transform society by solving our largest, toughest healthcare problems, while at the same time bringing patient and provider closer.
About the Role
We're looking for a Lead Product Manager, Clinical Experience to own the strategy and roadmap for how Galileo integrates with, extends, and eventually surpasses traditional EHR infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of clinical reality and technical execution. A meaningful portion of the work lives close to the clinical data layer, mapping patient information flows across systems, identifying where clinical integrations are brittle or incomplete, and writing specs that turn those gaps into shipped solutions. This is not a ticket-writing role. The decisions made here shape what Galileo can do for patients five years from now.
Cross-functional alignment is core to this role. On any given week, that means pressure-testing a FHIR implementation with engineering, reviewing a vendor's interoperability claims with clinical operations, or syncing with leadership on the data strategy roadmap. Strong candidates hold context across these conversations and translate fluently between clinical, technical, and executive audiences. When a tooling decision is unclear or a data integration project lacks a clear owner, this person steps up because they've seen what happens when nobody does.
This is a remote position, reporting into the VP of Product Management.
Here's what you'll do:
About You
You have deep familiarity with how EHR systems are built, integrated, and broken, and you bring that technical context into every product decision. You're known for calling decisions when they need to be called. You've used AI tools to meaningfully accelerate your own output and have thought carefully about where they belong in clinical product work. You've built a data strategy that others actually followed, meaning you can write it, present it, and get people to change what they're doing because of it. You're effective in ambiguous, high-growth environments and don't need a clear playbook to make progress.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:
Compensation Range: $200,000-230,000 per year based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics. This role is eligible for equity.
Benefits Offered:
How We Hire

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Dermatologist to serve as a dedicated clinical partner to our primary care team at our Starbase clinic. You'll travel onsite 1-2 times per month to deliver expert dermatologic care, with travel and lodging fully covered.
You'll provide episodic, consultative medical dermatology to a working adult population, managing the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions — inflammatory skin disease, infections, autoimmune conditions, acne, hair and nail disorders, and skin cancer screening. You'll work closely with our on-site primary care physicians and, over time, have the opportunity to extend your impact to our virtual care team through curbside consults and patient-facing clinical resources. There's also room to contribute to dermatology-specific quality improvement and clinical protocol development if that's of interest.
We've built a practice that prioritizes physician time with patients and thoughtful clinical decision-making. You'll have the space to practice the way you trained.
What We're Looking For
Compensation
Daily rate of $2,000–$2,200, based on an 8-hour clinical day, prorated for shorter days. Travel time, lodging, and travel expenses are covered.

Are you a Nurse Practitioner who thrives on connecting with patients and making a real difference in their health outcomes? Do you want to leave behind rigid, cookie-cutter systems and join a dynamic, patient-centered organization that values your creativity and clinical expertise? If you're passionate about improving outcomes at scale and energized by meaningful patient engagement, we want you on our team.
At Galileo, we're transforming healthcare by delivering personalized, comprehensive care to those who need it most — underserved patients and those with complex medical needs. We use technology, data, and operational rigor to drive outcomes, and we believe the clinicians doing this work are central to that mission. We're a digital-first medical group, and we're proud of the culture we've built: inclusive, collaborative, and deeply committed to health equity.
Galileo is looking for a culturally-competent Nurse Practitioner to join our Population Health team. In this role, you will use phone and video-based care to provide high-quality, comprehensive follow-up care to patients who are post-hospital discharge.
Here's what you'll do:
Galileo is a 24/7 medical group that provides high-quality, comprehensive primary care as well as transition of care follow-up. We work in 4-hour shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight on weekdays and weekends). At 24+ hours you will be considered full-time and benefits eligible. Providers are expected to work weekends on a monthly basis, specific schedule will be influenced by total hours committed and patient care demands.
We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner with an active license in either MA and/or CT who is available to work 32-36 hours/week.
Compensation
$78/hour (regular rate) and $90/hour (premium rate)
You're a people person. You love connecting with others and have an innate ability to build rapport quickly — even on a cold call. Your curiosity and creativity come through in every patient conversation, and you're looking for an environment where those instincts are an asset, not an afterthought. You enjoy collaborating with RN and administrative colleagues. You are flexible to changing workflows and enjoy solving problems. You identify systems issues and offer suggestions for improvement.
We look for passionate clinicians who are invested in solving complex problems that impact millions of lives and excited about fixing what's broken to improve care quality and health outcomes for everyone. We believe in a culture that fosters teamwork, excellence, and sound decision-making — built on mutual respect and trust.
