Greenhouse is looking for a Manager, Sales Development to help lead our Sales Development team in the U.S!
Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are a critical force behind Greenhouse’s success as a business, and we need a leader to continue to develop an inspiring culture for this team. Reporting to our Senior Director of Sales Development, you’ll be an integral part of our Sales leadership and provide continuous mentorship for our SDRs, as well as spearhead recruiting and onboarding efforts as needed. We're looking for someone who not only delivers results, but also incorporates compassion, integrity, and humility into a hands-on and motivational style of leadership.
While we’re open to candidates in all U.S. time zones., due to current team needs, this role will require candidates to work CST or EST hours.

The national pay range for this role is $72,900.00 - $95,000.00 base pay. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).

Reporting to the Director, Campaign and Audience Strategy, the Senior Manager, Segment Campaign Strategy is the data-driven people leader for our priority segments, providing structure, focus, and clear prioritization across full funnel growth campaigns.
This role owns the campaign strategy and roadmap for our most strategic segments and is ultimately accountable for how integrated campaigns contribute to marketing sourced pipeline and revenue for those segments.
You will not own overall segment positioning or product GTM; instead, you partner closely with Product, Content, Demand Gen, then translate their segment narratives and product stories into integrated, full funnel programs to activate the team across marketing channels.
