As a Mid-Market Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will have the opportunity to impact the bottom line and drive revenue through generating sales opportunities in a team-focused environment. Success in this role means hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals, staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection in stride - all with the support of experienced managers. We have a strong focus on optimization and welcome new ideas on how to improve our lead-generation process.
For this role, we're accepting applicants who are located in the continental United States.

The national pay for this role is $56,000 BASE SALARY annually. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 13 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible time off (FTO).
The anticipated closing date for this role is Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

Success in this role means hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals, staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection in stride, all with the support of experienced managers and a team-focused environment. We have a strong focus on optimization and welcome new ideas on how to improve our lead generation process.
If you have 1 or more years of selling experience into large organizations or comparable experience, this may be the role for you! If you’ve spent less time than this in sales or are looking into the SDR role with parallel professional experience, you may want to check out our Mid-Market SDR role!

Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
