The Role
As a Staff Software Engineer for Developer Tools, you will be responsible for delivering the next generation of quantum compiler tools and features, with the focus of integration into quantum software applications, overall developer experience, documentation and developer tooling. We are looking for a proven TPM with leadership and expertise in silicon device development that will focus on the Quantum Processor Devices. You will own the new product programme execution for silicon device development within our quantum computing roadmap, will be responsible for the successful execution of new product development programs: translating complex technical work into clear plans, measurable milestones, and predictable delivery. The Role

You will build tooling to give users deep insights into how their circuits are optimized and create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for hardware-specific compiler passes, such as quantum error mitigation and quantum error correction, and ensure our tools are robust and well-documented. You will work closely with our Compiler, QEC, and Applications teams to take new features through development, testing, documentation, packaging, and release, and use software engineering best practices to document, distribute, and use them in quantum software applications.
The Developer Tools team builds the critical software layer for the quantum ecosystem. In this role, you will help shape an ecosystem of tooling that turns high-level quantum circuits into optimized instructions for our quantum computers. Your work will directly impact the performance, reliability, and capabilities of quantum applications running on IonQ systems by focusing on the compiler's application-facing features and its connection to the hardware.

We are looking for an experienced contractor to support Reachdesk on a range of customs compliance projects across our global operations.
This is a hands-on, high-impact contract role for someone who can quickly assess risk, improve processes, work across multiple stakeholders, and help us strengthen the way we manage customs and cross-border trade compliance in practice. You will partner closely with teams across Operations, Logistics, Marketplace, Product, Legal, and Finance, as well as external brokers, carriers, and warehouse partners.
This role is best suited to someone who is practical, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving international environment.
Customs Compliance Projects
Support Reachdesk’s customs compliance work across import/export activity, customs documentation, product classification, valuation, country of origin, duties, and related operational controls.
Review existing customs processes and help design, improve, and document scalable compliance procedures.
Partner with internal teams and external logistics providers, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs to support compliant shipment flows and customs clearance.
Help investigate and resolve customs issues such as holds, clearance delays, documentation gaps, or shipment exceptions.
Assist with compliance for restricted items, sanctions-related considerations, and broader cross-border trade requirements where relevant.
Identify compliance risks within current and proposed operating models, and recommend practical mitigations.
Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Marketplace, Product, Legal, and Finance to embed customs compliance into day-to-day processes and project decisions.
Support project work connected to new shipping lanes, markets, warehouse flows, sourcing models, or operational changes.
Help create and maintain internal documentation, including SOPs, guidance notes, controls, process maps, and audit-ready records.
Provide clear, practical guidance to internal stakeholders on customs-related requirements and best practices.
Data, Controls, and Documentation
Support the maintenance and improvement of key customs-related data, including product classifications, origin information, shipment documentation standards, and related compliance records.
Help assess whether tools, automation, or systems changes could improve customs compliance workflows and reporting.
Assist with audit preparation, evidence gathering, remediation tracking, and general compliance project management where needed.
Significant experience in customs compliance, global trade compliance, import/export compliance, or a closely related cross-border trade role.
Strong working knowledge of customs requirements, import/export controls, HS classification, valuation, duties, origin, and international shipment documentation.
Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs, or other logistics partners.
Comfortable operating in a project-based role where priorities may evolve and where you are expected to work independently.
Able to spot risks, solve problems pragmatically, and balance compliance requirements with commercial and operational realities.
Strong documentation and process-design skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear and workable procedures.
Confident working cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, product, and external partners.
Experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, fulfilment, or other high-volume cross-border environments is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with VAT or indirect tax concepts is helpful, but this role is primarily focused on customs compliance projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Order Intake Associate at EOS IT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing, data accuracy, and high-quality customer service. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a team to support our customers and internal departments, efficiently. For customers, you will serve as a point of contact, assisting with queries about pricing, orders and deliveries and provide support for external sales representatives.
A good knowledge of customer service best practices with experience is preferable, alongside a willingness to learn.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produce accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
Process sales orders and customer purchase orders.
Verify data accuracy in quotations, orders, and invoices.
Communicate with clients to obtain missing information or resolve inquiries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to enhance services.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Follow up with inactive customers to validate quotes and requirements.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Support and assist the Customer Account Team.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Competence in working with data and metrics.

Role Summary
We are seeking a Principal Architect to define and lead next‑generation data center architecture spanning physical and logical design, software-defined infrastructure, virtualization, and containerization. This role drives the strategy for workload, management, and control zones across regions and availability zones while enabling placement of core and foundation services.
Key Responsibilities
• Define target-state data center architecture with regional/AZ constructs.
• Establish workload, management, and control zone strategy.
• Lead design of next‑generation fabrics (leaf‑spine, EVPN/VXLAN).
• Align internal and external network designs for consistent policy.
• Develop VCF networking standards: VPC constructs, Distributed Transit Gateway,

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Kubernetes/Tanzu and container networking.
• IaC, GitOps, automation, and observability expertise.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The AV Support Engineer is responsible for delivering advanced technical support for video conferencing systems and in-room AV technology. This role provides Level 2 support, handling escalations that go beyond frontline assistance and ensuring rapid resolution of complex technical issues.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving problems related to AV/VC equipment failures, hardware malfunctions, and software configuration issues. The technician performs root cause analysis (RCA) to identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance service reliability and user experience.
This position supports a wide range of clients, requiring excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a proactive approach to issue prevention and service optimization.
This position will require travel to customer sites in the EMEA region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose and resolve in-room AV/VC issues with a resolution success rate of up to 99%.
Configure AV endpoints and infrastructure to meet enterprise standards and ensure seamless operation.
Conduct detailed room audits to validate system readiness and optimize performance.
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce system failures and ensure technology is consistently meeting user needs.
Identify, document, and resolve failed or defective equipment, recommending long-term solutions where necessary.
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on-site to ensure successful system deployment and functionality.
Install and configure software upgrades to maintain current system integrity and performance.
Deliver exceptional client support with a focus on incident de-escalation and user satisfaction.
Perform break-fix tasks in alignment with SLA timeframes and business impact priorities.
Build strong partnerships with local IT help desks, facilities, events teams, executive assistants, and other key stakeholders.
Provide white-glove technical support for C-level executives and senior leadership.

About You
You have a strong background in operations or supply chain management and know how to keep complex fulfillment processes running smoothly across global workflows. You are data-driven, using metrics to spot issues before they escalate and drive continuous improvement. You’ll report to the Senior Operations Manager and work with a high degree of ownership—we trust you to manage your workflows independently, prioritize what matters, and drive results without day-to-day oversight. You’ll collaborate closely with Firstbase’s Ops, Customer Success, CX, Product, and Sales teams, as well as directly with our customers, to ensure operational excellence. You communicate clearly with both audiences, and you’re energized by solving logistical and operational challenges at scale in a remote-first environment.

Chainguard is securing the software supply chain, and our EMEA recruiting engine is growing fast. We're looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator to keep the machine running — someone who takes ownership of the candidate experience, keeps the calendar airtight across multiple time zones, and makes our EMEA recruiters faster at everything they do. This is a four-month contract based in the UK, and it is not a background role. You will be the operational backbone of a team that moves quickly and holds a high bar.

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Finance & Strategy (F&S) team and support the Global Courier function.
The Logistics (Courier) function is responsible for our operations globally as well as trust & safety. The function ensures we have the right courier supply balance, growing efficiency across our courier operations, and helps courier partners deliver more with fair compensation. The function also drives the development and execution of comprehensive strategies, policies and initiatives as we’re pushing to have the best real-time customer support in the world.
The Courier Finance & Strategy team plays a key role in the success of Wolt, strategically and financially. The team owns the P&L and ensures the right capital allocation within given constraints to hit the operational targets. You will support the function leadership in establishing a vision forward, setting ambitious targets and supporting the organization in reaching them. Your work will cover performance tracking, capital allocation proposals, developing advanced financial models, analyzing data and providing valuable business insights for decision making. As part of the Team, you will be a financial and strategic partner for the Courier functions leadership globally.
The team is part of the global Finance & Strategy team, closely partnering up with our Global Head of Operations. In your work, you will also collaborate closely with accounting, analytics, product and local market teams. Our finance and analytics teams provide the treasure trove of high quality data for you to base your work on, and you will jointly develop our reporting and data structures with them to enable us to do even more. There are exciting opportunities in product development, and you will participate in that work, helping us prioritize our efforts as we unlock even more possibilities for us and our partners to succeed through technology. Ultimately, our regions and local markets are executing the plans and you will work closely with them to make our visions become reality.
