About the Role 

Roku is scaling how we use automation and AI to improve employee, customer, and partner experiences while driving operational efficiency, data quality, governance, and compliance. We are piloting and deploying AI-enabled solutions across core tools, workflows, and services in close partnership with Engineering and a broad set of business functions. 

We are looking for an AI Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of these AI and automation programs — from discovery and due diligence through pilot, rollout, and continuous improvement. 

In this role, you will lead AI and automation programs, responsible for building and executing a structured roadmap of pilots and scaled solutions. You will manage a portfolio of initiatives (e.g., AI assistants, case routing, content generation, analytics, and workflow automation) that reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and enhance stakeholder experience while maintaining strong governance and compliance. 

This is a hands-on program management role that requires strong stakeholder management, comfort with technical concepts, and a disciplined approach to requirements, change management, and measurement.

• Drive change management, training, and adoption 
  • Develop rollout plans, communications, and training materials for end users, managers, and internal support teams. 
  • Partner with functional DRIs to embed AI tools into standard operating procedures, knowledge bases, and workflows. 
  • Monitor adoption and usage, collecting feedback to refine processes and features. 

• Establish AI governance, controls, and documentation 
  • Implement lightweight but effective governance for AI use cases (e.g., intake, approval, risk review, monitoring). 
  • Ensure all programs follow company policies and legal/privacy requirements for the use of internal data. 
  • Maintain clear, accessible documentation in Confluence or similar tools, including requirements, design specs, test plans, change logs, and QRGs. 

• Measure impact and continuously improve 
  • Define and track KPIs for each program (e.g., time saved, error reduction, SLA improvements, case deflection, data quality, user satisfaction). 
  • Partner with Analytics and Finance as needed to quantify benefits and inform future investments.

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
• 3+ years of experience driving AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation programs for business operations, shared services, or customer-facing functions. 
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Legal, Security, Finance, vendors).

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a senior treasury leader to take full ownership of group liquidity, banking strategy, and covenant compliance. This is a high-impact role at the centre of financial decision-making, responsible for shaping the company’s cash position, funding strategy, and financial resilience.

The role will own the 12-month cashflow forecast and liquidity outlook, providing clear, actionable insight to the CFO and senior leadership. You will partner closely with FP&A but retain accountability for translating business performance into cash, identifying risks early, and ensuring the business is appropriately funded at all times.

Liquidity & Cashflow Ownership (Core Focus)

• Own and maintain the group 12-month rolling cashflow forecast, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business performance
• Develop and manage short-term (daily/weekly) and medium-term liquidity forecasts, with clear visibility on headroom and funding requirements
• Translate FP&A forecasts into cash outcomes, incorporating working capital dynamics, debt service, and operational realities
• Work with transactional accounting teams to manage cashflow via payment, receipts and other discretionary items to plan
• Deliver regular, high-quality liquidity reporting to the CFO and senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, sensitivities, and mitigation actions
• Lead variance analysis and continuously improve forecast accuracy and methodology

About the Position 

We’re seeking a Document Control Lead to support a large-scale aviation redevelopment program delivered within a complex public-sector infrastructure environment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant project documentation while also supporting the development, implementation, and standardization of program-level document control procedures, protocols, governance materials, etc.  

This is a long-term, full-time, hybrid position (4 days per week onsite subject to change based on project requirements) location in Queens, NY. 

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Support implementation and maintenance of program-wide document control protocols and standards. 
• Maintain accurate document naming conventions, metadata tagging, version control, and coding structures in alignment with project and program requirements. 
• Coordinate intake, processing, tracking, distribution, and archival of controlled documents including RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, meeting minutes, correspondence, and other project records.

About the Positions 

We’re seeking Project Controls Analysts (Cost and Data Visualization) at multiple levels to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit (rail and bus), aviation (international airports), and water projects delivered through both traditional and alternative methods. 

These roles sit at the intersection of project controls and modern data analytics. Depending on level and experience, responsibilities may span cost control, financial tracking, and schedule awareness, combined with advanced data structuring and visualization capabilities. Across all levels, the focus is not just on building dashboards, but on working within active programs to help teams understand what the data is actually telling them and where performance is trending. 

Team members support cost and financial oversight across publicly funded programs (USDOT, FAA, FTA, and state DOTs), contributing across the full reporting lifecycle. The Controller leads the agency’s accounting function, with responsibility for financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. Reporting to the SVP, Accounting & Finance, this role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial information and supports operational decision-making through clear and reliable reporting.

This role is intended for a candidate who views accounting as a tool to support the business, not an end in itself. The Controller is expected to translate financial results into insights that help leadership understand performance and identify issues early. Financial reporting should not only explain what happened, but also highlight the drivers of performance and where attention is needed going forward. The Controller serves as a trusted financial leader to senior leadership, building credibility through the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial reporting and accounting operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Accounting Operations

• Lead all core accounting activities, including general ledger, revenue accounting, cost accounting, and the monthly close
• Maintain and enforce accounting policies in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Ensure financial processes are scalable and aligned with the agency’s growth and evolving service offerings

Close & Reporting

• Own the monthly and quarterly close process, including timelines, deliverables, and review procedures

Revenue & Cost Accounting

• Oversee revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including principal vs. agent considerations

• Partner with Media and Operations teams to deliver clear reporting on client and project profitability, including margin analysis and resource utilization

Treasury & Cash Management

• Manage debt obligations, including borrowings, repayments, and compliance with all loan covenants, ensuring accurate and timely debt reporting, including covenant calculations and lender reporting requirements

• Establish and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting

About the Role

We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer (Data) with deep roots in adtech data infrastructure and a genuine conviction about what AI-native data engineering looks like in practice. Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $200,000 to $240,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package includes bonus, equity, and benefits. Actual earnings may vary depending on the candidate’s direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.

What you'll do

You'll help define and deliver the next generation of Stripe's Flink-first stream compute infrastructure—driving innovation to meet extremely high availability targets at global scale. Partnering with infrastructure engineers, adjacent platform teams, and the product orgs that depend on Flink every day, you'll set a long-term technical direction that scales with Stripe's growth while enabling reliable, efficient operations for years to come. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate stream compute infrastructure with Apache Flink at the center, alongside technologies like Kafka, Temporal, and AWS services

Treasury and Reserve Management, Lead

Reserve Management & Liquidity Operations

• Stand up daily liquidity management schedule, workflows, and reporting cadences.
• Ensure real-time reserve–liability reconciliation (on-chain vs. off-chain).
• Working with Product & Legal define reserve allocation strategy within regulatory constraints including GENIUS allowable reserve assets and concentration thresholds. 
• Establish automated alerting for reserve deviations, liquidity shortfalls, or reconciliation breaks.
• Build monthly reserve attestation package and external auditor engagement workflow.

Treasury Operations Setup

Overview

The COO & Deputy Trust Officer will oversee the bank’s daily operational performance, ensure safe and sound delivery of stablecoin issuance, custody, reserve and settlement workflows, and help fulfill fiduciary obligations under OCC expectations (12 CFR Part 9).

Key Responsibilities

1. Bank Operations Leadership

• Lead all day-to-day operational functions for the trust bank including issuance operations, custody operations, reserve operations, reconciliation, and customer settlement flows.

Reserve Operations Deputy 

Reports to: Treasurer & Reserves Operations Lead of Bridge National Trust Bank

1. Daily Reserve & Liquidity Operations

• Execute day-to-day reserve management activities, including cash positioning, settlement processing, and liquidity reporting.
• Perform daily reconciliations between on-chain liabilities and off-chain reserve assets across multiple custodians and banking partners.
• Support management of liquidity buffers and exception tracking.
• Assist in preparing reserve and liquidity dashboards, attestations, and transparency updates.

2. Mint/Burn & Transaction Flows

• Operate the daily mint/burn workflow, including validation checks, approvals routing, and end-of-day settlement processes.
• Monitor transaction queues, ensure timely settlement, and escalate anomalies immediately.
• Coordinate with engineering on any ledger or systems issues impacting mint/burn operations.

3. Treasury Controls & Documentation

• Maintain detailed operational playbooks, SOPs, and control checklists for reserve and treasury workflows.
• Ensure all treasury activities follow OCC-aligned internal controls, including segregation of duties, approval protocols, and recordkeeping.
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits, examinations, and internal testing.

4. Custody & Bank Partner Coordination

• Support the opening, maintenance, and monitoring of custodial and reserve accounts.
• Coordinate settlement instructions, cash movements, and reconciliation with bank and custodian partners.
• Monitor cut-offs, settlement windows, and operational SLAs.

5. Risk & Compliance Partnership

• Identify and escalate operational, liquidity, or reconciliation risks to the Treasurer Lead & CRO.
• Participate in operational risk testing, liquidity stress-testing exercises, and incident response scenarios.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for OCC supervisory requests.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

About the Role

As Northeast General Manager for New York, you are the CEO of your market. You report to the President and own the state P&L end-to-end — revenue, margin, working capital, and headcount. The operations leaders, the commercial team, and the compliance team in your state report to you. You sit at the intersection of physical operations (warehousing, fleet, fulfillment), commercial (brand and retailer relationships), financial services (Nabis Capital, BillPay), and regulatory affairs. Your job is to make Nabis the platform that brands and retailers in your state cannot operate without.

Your priority is to stand up Nabis as the default wholesale partner under OCM during the adult-use ramp — sign brands, activate retailers, build the operation, and put New York on a credible path to contribution-margin breakeven.

Responsibilities:

• Be the owner. Own the full state P&L — revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, working capital, and headcount. Set the operating plan. Hit it.
• Run the operation. Lead end-to-end physical operations: warehousing, fleet, last-mile delivery, route density, on-time performance, inventory accuracy, and METRC-compliant chain of custody. Walk the floor. Know what is broken before anyone tells you.
• Win the market. Lead the commercial team — brand acquisition and renewal, retailer wallet share, marketplace adoption, and attach of Nabis Capital and BillPay across your book.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively senior leadership experience, with at least 3 years owning a meaningful P&L. Backgrounds we tend to weight: high-growth marketplace or logistics operator (DoorDash, Uber, Lime, Instacart, Faire, Flexport), cannabis operator at scale, regulated CPG distribution, or PE-backed multi-site operations leadership. MBA or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Hands-on operator. You have run physical operations at scale — distribution, last-mile, warehousing, manufacturing, or similar — in environments where you had to design the process, not just inherit it.
• Real-time marketplace fluency. You understand supply-and-demand economics and how to balance both sides of a two-sided platform.
• Commercial range. You have closed enterprise deals, set pricing, and managed strategic accounts at the executive level.
• Regulated-industry instincts. You have worked in cannabis, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, food, or financial services, and you treat compliance as a feature rather than a tax.
