The Market Risk team’s mission is to assess prevailing risk conditions across multiple asset classes and ensure Robinhood’s customers and margin book are positioned for success in a dynamic risk landscape. We analyze information in real time to optimize risk across multiple dimensions, and partner cross-functionally to improve monitoring systems, build a best-in-class margin product offering, and identify evolving risks.
As a Market Risk Senior Analyst, you will operate at the forefront of margin risk policy, development, and implementation. You will serve as a risk expert at the intersection of traditional and evolving trading products, developing both proactive and reactive risk analyses and the controls that support them.
This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Lake Mary, FL, and New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

The Concierge team is expanding its capabilities to support customers with financial planning, advice, education, and long-term financial organization. This team works closely with Robinhood Asset Management. product, and compliance to deliver accurate, compliant planning experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Robinhood supports customers in organizing their financial lives and understanding their options!
As an individual contributor in a Relationship Manager role, you will support customers throughout their service journey while guiding them through structured financial planning processes. You will support the full Concierge suite of services, including financial planning, tax services, estate planning, and account-related support, helping customers navigate each area through structured guidance and coordination with internal teams and external partners. You will lead conversations to understand customer goals, help organize financial information, and interpret planning outputs in a clear and accessible way. Our clients are largely self-managed or participate in Robinhood Strategies, so this role can focus on the bigger picture while providing ongoing advice and guidance. You will also coordinate across teams and service providers to ensure each interaction is timely, accurate, and aligned with regulatory standards. Your work will strengthen customer engagement, clarity, and confidence in financial decision-making.

The Treasury Operations team safeguards customer and firm cash for Robinhood Securities by owning daily bank and clearing account reconciliations, sweep and settlement processes, and core cash controls required under the regulatory framework. We reconcile balances and activity between internal ledgers, external banks, clearing agencies, and sweep vendors, ensuring every dollar is accounted for and exceptions are identified, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
As a Treasury Operations Specialist, you’ll own detailed reconciliation and settlement workflows for our brokerage entities, support regulatory obligations (such as suspense monitoring and reserve‑related cash movements), and partner cross‑functionally to strengthen controls as our products and volumes grow.
