Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Vice President of Information Technology, the Senior Analyst, Technology Governance & Controls is responsible for strengthening CGC’s enterprise technology governance framework, internal control environment, and operational risk posture. This role helps ensure that technology-related processes, system access models, vendor relationships, documentation standards, and change practices align with organizational expectations for accountability, audit readiness, and institutional durability.
The Senior Analyst serves as a key internal resource for access governance, control evidence management, policy administration, risk tracking, vendor oversight support, continuity planning coordination, and governance reporting. This position translates governance expectations into practical, repeatable operating disciplines that support secure and efficient business execution.
This role is well suited for a proactive professional who can operate effectively in a growing and evolving organization, bring structure where processes continue to mature, and execute with sound judgment, discretion, and a high degree of ownership. Success in this position requires collaboration, professionalism, strong written communication, and the ability to improve how work gets done through practical use of automation, AI tools, and modern workflow capabilities. This role is central to CGC's enterprise governance maturity, maintaining the frameworks, processes, and controls that allow IT systems, data, and vendors to operate with accountability and discipline.

Job Summary
The Contract Specialist supports day-to-day procurement operations for the Operations & Finance (“FinOps”) team, partnering closely with Legal, Risk, and other internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for executing compliant procurement processes, administering contracts and vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with federal procurement regulations. The Contract Specialist reports to the Procurement Manager and is a remote position.

About the Role
CGC is seeking a Manager, Product Development to support the design, development, and deployment of innovative clean energy and sustainable infrastructure solutions. This role focuses on building decarbonization, on-site solar, distributed energy resources (DERs), energy efficiency, electrification, and related financing tools that accelerate clean energy adoption in the built environment.
The Manager will help drive the full product lifecycle from market discovery and concept development through pilot implementation, launch, and continuous improvement ensuring CGC’s solutions are scalable, replicable, and aligned with the organization’s equity- and impact-driven mission. This is an ideal role for a mission-driven professional with strong clean energy or sustainability expertise who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about turning innovative ideas into real-world programs that transform markets.
The Manager reports to the Head of Product Development and works closely with teams across Market Development, Engineering, Policy, Communications, and Capital Deployment.

Job Summary
The Manager of EPA Reporting & Compliance will play a key role in the growth of the Operations & Compliance team, with a focus on the organization’s regulatory and EPA compliance and reporting efforts. The Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering EPA reporting related to the GGRF and address other external and internal reporting needs. This individual will also help manage compliance requirements and ensure alignment with federal regulations. This high-visibility role will focus on collaboration with external partners, including CGC’s subrecipients, extensive network of local green banks, and other strategic partners, to ensure adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures and terms and conditions of the EPA awards.
The Manager will also partner with internal CGC departments (e.g. Investments, Network and Legal), and the other groups within the FinOps division (e.g., Accounting, Investment Operations, Strategic Analytics, etc.) to ensure that all EPA reporting and compliance metrics are collected and reported in an effective and efficient manner and that data is correctly incorporated into various management reports and dashboards. The Manager will also compile partner information that is critical to demonstrate the achievement of CGC’s KPIs.
The Manager will report to the Vice President and Deputy Head of Operations & Compliance. While the position is hybrid, it is highly preferred that the Manager of EPA Reporting & Compliance be based in New York, NY or Washington DC.

Summary
The Director, Product Development (Clean Energy & Sustainable Infrastructure) leads the strategy, design, and deployment of CGC’s clean energy and building-focused sustainable infrastructure product portfolio. This includes on-site solar, distributed energy resources (DERs), community solar, building decarbonization, energy efficiency, electrification initiatives, and related financing or market-enabling tools.
This role oversees the full product lifecycle—from market discovery and concept development through pilot execution, launch, and continuous improvement—ensuring products are scalable, replicable, and aligned with CGC’s equity- and impact-driven mission. The Director sets the product vision, strategic direction, and development roadmap while leading cross-functional execution across internal teams and external partners. This role requires a senior leader with deep expertise in clean energy markets, building decarbonization solutions, solar deployment models, financing structures, and policy environments.
The Director reports to the Head of Product and leads product development efforts in collaboration with teams across Market Development, Engineering, Policy, Capital Deployment, and Operations.

Job Summary
This is a high-visibility role that collaborates across internal teams and with external partners—including Borrowers, Grantees, and Strategic Partners—to ensure the seamless execution of Transactions, proactive portfolio The Analyst, Investment Operations & Compliance will play a key role in the growth of the Operations & Finance (“FinOps”) team, working closely with Legal, Risk, and other internal teams, with a primary focus on Investment Operations.
