About the Role

Nabis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Operations Manager to join our dynamic accounting team. The Accounting Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Operations function. Primary responsibilities will include adhering to Accounting Operation KPIs, ensuring accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of cash application and brand payments, and facilitating communications related to the Order-to-Cash cycle with internal and external stakeholders.

Leading a team of accounting specialists, the Accounting Operations Manager will provide guidance, training, and support to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as a solid background in Accounting Operations and the Order-to-Cash cycle, to contribute to the financial success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accounting operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Streamline and optimize the cash application and payment reconciliation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with Engineering to identify and implement automation tools or systems to enhance accounting operations
• Conduct regular training sessions for the accounting team to ensure they are updated with accounting policies, procedures, and best practices
• Assist in developing and implementing internal controls and processes to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations
• Coordinate and oversee various ad hoc accounting projects, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
• Collaborate with Brand Payments during brand onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth financial transitions and closure of outstanding payments for our partners
• Perform periodic reviews to confirm clearance of uncleared checks, maintaining accurate financial records
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance and proper accounting treatment for legal matters and related processes.
• Oversee invoice generation and revenue reconciliation, ensuring accurate billing and financial reporting
• Prepare audit letters and support files, facilitating internal and external audit processes for compliance
• Supervise and manage the accounting operations team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of departmental goals and objectives

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in accounting operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Solid understanding of accounting operations processes, including cash application, reconciliation, and vendor payments
• Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash cycle and its relationship to accounting operations
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Proficient in using accounting software and platforms, including QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other relevant tools
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex accounting issues and discrepancies

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing CX team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will own the post-onboarding journey for a dedicated portfolio of Nabis’ brand and retail partners — picking up once partners are live on the platform and ensuring they are continuously unlocking value from our technology and logistics network.

This is a strategic, partner-facing role at the intersection of relationship management, operations, and platform expertise. Responsibillities

Partner Adoption & Success Planning

• Develop and execute tailored success plans for each account, mapping Nabis’ platform capabilities to the partner’s specific business goals
• Drive product adoption post-onboarding by proactively introducing relevant platform features, identifying underutilized tools, and removing barriers to engagement
• Serve as the primary long-term point of contact for partners following handoff from the Partnerships team, ensuring continuity and a strong ongoing experience
• Track and reinforce partner progress against defined success milestones, adjusting the plan as business needs evolve

Relationship Management & Retention

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of brand and retail accounts with a focus on long-term retention, satisfaction, and partnership growth
• Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and check-ins to assess partner health, surface opportunities, and reinforce the value of the Nabis platform
• Monitor account health signals — engagement trends, order patterns, platform usage — and take proactive action to address risk before it becomes churn

Platform & Operational Expertise

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Voice of Partner

• Act as the internal advocate for your accounts — translating partner feedback into actionable insights for Product, Operations, and Sales
• Liaise with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Sales teams to resolve partner-facing issues that require multi-department input
• Contribute to the development of playbooks, onboarding materials, and knowledge base content that scale the CSM function
• Surface recurring friction points and systemic issues to CX leadership with documented context and recommended solutions

Performance & Growth

• Meet or exceed individual KPI targets including retention rate, platform adoption, CSAT, NPS, and QBR completion

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B relationship management within a SaaS, logistics, distribution, or marketplace environment
• Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio of accounts and drive measurable outcomes in retention, adoption, and partner satisfaction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to lead business reviews, deliver platform guidance, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence and empathy
• Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, or similar); comfortable learning new tools quickly
• Solid understanding of order management, fulfillment workflows, and basic billing and invoicing processes
• Data fluency — comfortable interpreting account health metrics, usage data, and KPI dashboards to inform decisions and prioritize actions
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with reliable internet connectivity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio without loss of quality
• Availability to work a schedule aligned to US Pacific or Eastern business hours

Preferred

• Experience supporting B2B accounts in wholesale, distribution, supply chain, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with compliance-adjacent workflows such as license verification or regulatory documentation
• Background in SaaS platform support, including troubleshooting user-reported issues and coordinating with technical teams
• Experience working within a tiered support or structured escalation framework
• Familiarity with customer success methodologies (e.g., QBR frameworks, health scoring, success planning)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

About the Role

We're hiring a VP People to lead our People function end-to-end. We want a leader who can do that hands-on while also showing up with the executive presence to be a real partner to the President, the operations leadership team, and the rest of the executive bench.

This is a player-coach role in the most literal sense. You will lead a small team and develop them, but you will also be deep in the work yourself: making the hard ER calls, owning the systems, closing critical hires, getting on the warehouse floor, and standing in the room when a manager needs to be coached through a tough conversation. We are not looking for a strategist who delegates execution. We are looking for an operator with the gravitas to lead.

If your instinct is to build a deck before you build the team, this is not your seat. If your instinct is to spend your first month walking the warehouses, sitting with managers, fixing the broken process you find on day three, and then bringing a sharp point of view to the executive team — keep reading.

Responsibilities:

• The function and the team. Assess where the People team is today, decide what it needs to become, and build it. Coach the team you keep, hire what's missing, and set the bar for how this function operates inside Nabis.
• Employee relations across an hourly, multistate workforce. High-volume ER work is the reality of this role. Investigations, performance management, terminations, accommodations, and workers' comp claims — owned with sound independent judgment, and used as the on-ramp to coach our managers into handling more of this themselves over time.
• Multistate compliance, with California depth. Filings, leave administration, wage and hour, classification, and the state-specific employment law footprint of a CA-heavy operator. Cannabis-industry compliance familiarity (or the appetite to learn it fast) is a plus.
• Recruiting outcomes across hourly, operations, and corporate roles. You'll set the strategy and you'll be hands-on for critical hires, We don't need a VP People who has only managed TA from a distance.
• Warehouse and operations partnership. Build a real working relationship with our warehouse and logistics leaders. Spot people issues before they become incidents. Develop manager capability on the floor. Co-own workplace safety and workers' comp programs alongside ops.
• Benefits, payroll, and total rewards. Vendor management, open enrollment, payroll operations, and the day-to-day employee experience. With rescheduling reshaping what's possible (401(k), banking, benefits design), you'll have a real opportunity to upgrade what we offer.
• Systems. HRIS, ATS, and the supporting stack — configuration, reporting, integrations. You can do this work yourself when you need to, and you know when to bring in implementation help versus when to just go.
• External partners. Brokers, EORs, employment counsel, safety consultants. Manage them like an operator, not a coordinator.
• Cross-functional people projects. Compensation reviews, policy rollouts, handbook updates, org changes, and post-acquisition integration work. Scope, drive, and land them.

What the First 12 Months Look Like

• Months 1–3: Listen, diagnose, and start moving. On the floor in the warehouses. In 1:1s with corporate managers and the exec team. Embedded with the People team you inherit. You leave this stretch with a clear, defensible point of view on what's working, what's not across both sides of the house, and your top three priorities — and you're already executing on the most urgent.
• Months 3–6: Function reshaped, fundamentals tightened. You build the People team to match where the business needs support. ER caseload under control with a real triage model that works for both hourly and corporate populations. A recruiting machine producing across hourly, operations, and corporate roles at the volume the business needs. Compliance posture audited end-to-end and gaps closed.
• Months 6–12: Capability built, voice earned. Manager capability is noticeably stronger across the warehouse network and corporate teams — people leaders are running better 1:1s, handling their own tough conversations, and developing their people. Benefits and total rewards refresh in flight. Systems stack rationalized. You're a trusted voice in the executive room on talent, org design, and people strategy — not just the function leader who shows up when something breaks.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR/People roles, with meaningful time inside a logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or similarly operationally heavy company. If your career has been salaried-knowledge-worker companies only, this isn't the right seat.
• Direct experience supporting hourly and warehouse workforces at scale. You know what it means to manage ER volume, workers' comp claims, and high-turnover hourly recruiting — not in theory, but because you've done it.
• Multistate compliance experience, with California depth strongly preferred. Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required; comfort operating in a complex, fast-changing regulatory environment is required.
• Operator first, strategist second. This role is roughly 70% execution, 30% strategy, and you should want it that way. You build the deck because you've already built the thing.
• Executive presence to match. You can hold the room with the President, push back on the executive team when you need to, and be the senior voice managers and employees turn to in hard moments. Doing the work and showing up as a leader are not in tension for you.
• Builder mindset. You've taken a People function from informal/under-built to mature at least once. You know how to assess what's there, keep what's good, and rebuild what isn't — without breaking the business while you do it.
• Hands-on recruiting chops. You've personally run searches end-to-end at some point. You can still close a candidate yourself when it matters.
• Tech-fluent. You can own HRIS and ATS configuration, reporting, and integrations directly. You don't need IT or a vendor to make the system do what you need it to do.
• Comfortable with high autonomy and ambiguity. You set direction without heavy oversight, and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a positive relationship with vendors & customers, and being a knowledgeable steward for policies & regulations, while efficiently transporting and delivering products and providing top notch customer service. In this job, everyone should be happy to see you! 

We are seeking a part-time employee that is professional, cheerful, and proactive. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, be punctual, trustworthy and comfortable with the responsibility of delivering valuable products. This person must be experienced with operating large vehicles and have a clean record.

Responsibilities:

• Securely deliver time-sensitive packages to local retailers and facilities
• Load and unload product into vehicles upon start and end of each shift
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections at the start of every shift
• Inspect and care for packages while in transit, and carefully handle company vehicles
• Ensure all required paperwork is correctly signed off on by the customer
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues that arise upon delivery
• Communicate effectively with order support teams to ensure successful completion of scheduled deliveries and payment pickups
• Relate all relevant feedback from customers to management for improvements to efficiencies and customer experience

The Role

The CashOps Associate is responsible for verifying and confirming delivery and payment evidence submitted by drivers, ensuring all Cash on Demand (COD) and Must Pay Previous Balance (MPPB) orders are properly documented, compliant with SOP requirements, and ready for downstream processing. This role plays a critical control function in maintaining payment accuracy, visibility, and audit readiness across all hubs.

Responsibilities

Payment Confirmation & Evidence Review

• Review prior-day delivery evidence for all COD and MPPB orders to confirm payment collection.
• Verify required documentation is present and complete, including:
• Signed delivery manifests
• Signed METRC documents (where applicable)
  Payment confirmation sheets
• Check images or ACH confirmations
• Ensure payment evidence is captured at the retailer location in accordance with SOP standards.
• Confirm delivery completion and payment status within internal systems.
• Oversee driver cash intake, payment bag verification, and chain-of-custody controls.

Discrepancy Identification & Reporting

• Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect payment evidence.
• Log missing evidence or issues in the Driver Tracker Log.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Cash Operations Sr. Associate with clear documentation.
• Add notes and context to ensure visibility for Dispatch, Operations, and Accounting teams.

• Ensure paid orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving them

About the Role

Nabis is seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Manager to support our downstate New York hub. This individual will be highly organized, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and be motivated to take ownership of their site’s accuracy and efficiency. This role is responsible for ensuring vehicles, equipment, and the site environment are safe, compliant, and operationally ready.

This is a hands-on role that owns daily maintenance, inspections, issue resolution, and vendor coordination. The Coordinator operates to keep the site running, while partnering with Infrastructure and Operations to ensure consistent execution of company standards.

Fleet & Facility Operations

• Own daily fleet readiness to ensure all vehicles are operational and dispatch-ready
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance (e.g., fluids, wipers, bulbs, fuses, tire changes)

The CashOps Confirmation Associate is responsible for verifying and confirming delivery and payment evidence submitted by drivers, ensuring all Cash on Demand (COD) and Must Pay Previous Balance (MPPB) orders are properly documented, compliant with SOP requirements, and ready for downstream processing. This role plays a critical control function in maintaining payment accuracy, visibility, and audit readiness across all hubs.

Responsibilities

Payment Confirmation & Evidence Review

• Review prior-day delivery evidence for all COD and MPPB orders to confirm payment collection.
• Verify required documentation is present and complete, including:
• Signed delivery manifests
• Signed METRC documents (where applicable)
  Payment confirmation sheets
• Check images or ACH confirmations
• Ensure payment evidence is captured at the retailer location in accordance with SOP standards.
• Confirm delivery completion and payment status within internal systems.
• Oversee driver cash intake, payment bag verification, and chain-of-custody controls.

Discrepancy Identification & Reporting

• Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect payment evidence.
• Log missing evidence or issues in the Driver Tracker Log.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Cash Operations Sr. Associate with clear documentation.
• Add notes and context to ensure visibility for Dispatch, Operations, and Accounting teams.

System & Process Support

• Validate delivery and payment status in internal tools (e.g., Nabis Admin, Retool).
• Ensure paid orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving them
• Maintain accurate records to support audits and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in cash handling, accounting support, operations, or audit-related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation.
• Familiarity with SOP-driven environments and compliance controls.
• Comfortable working across Slack, internal systems, and shared logs.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive reviews with minimal supervision.

The Operations Coordinator (Outbound) is responsible for owning day-to-day outbound execution, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role acts as a lead on the floor, supporting the Supervisor in driving productivity, order accuracy, and overall fulfillment performance.

Responsibilities:

• Own outbound execution to meet daily pick, pack, and dispatch timelines
• Lead floor workflow by prioritizing work and keeping the team aligned to daily goals

The Role
The Dispatch Supervisor's responsibility is to assist Delivery Specialists and Dispatch Associates, as they navigate product drop offs, payment pickups, and customer service communications to retailers. Other duties include viewing/preparing paperwork, assisting with vehicle loading and unloading, and scheduling delivery routes along with delegating tasks to dispatch associates.

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise the overnight intake of long-haul transfers and cross-hub shipments, ensuring all incoming products are accurately unloaded, staged, and documented in BioTrack and internal systems
• Prepare, stage, and load delivery vehicles for the upcoming delivery shift, verifying correct orders, manifests, invoices, and Biotrack alignment
• Operate lift gates, forklifts, and pallet jacks to securely move and organize pallets and product within the warehouse
• Coordinate dispatch paperwork including manifests, AP summaries, and invoices, ensuring route documentation is complete and accurate before drivers launch
• Support real-time driver communications during dispatch window, acting as point of contact for delivery questions, invoice edits, payment coordination, and retail follow-up
• Track and monitor reschedules, rejected product, and reverse logistics to minimize disruptions and ensure operational flow
• Provide leadership and task delegation to overnight dispatch associates and drivers, ensuring timely execution of all staging and vehicle prep
• Audit and update internal trackers with order status, launch updates, and inbound/outbound product movement
• Occasionally support early morning deliveries when necessary

• Requirements:

In this role, you will serve as a frontline point of contact for Nabis’ brand and retail partners, delivering responsive, high-quality support across digital and voice channels. You will work within a structured, SaaS-supported operations environment handling inbound inquiries, order-related issues, account escalations, and cross-functional coordination — all in service of an exceptional partner experience.

The ideal candidate brings prior experience in a B2B customer service, account support, or operations role within a SaaS, logistics, distribution, or marketplace environment. Responsibilities

Partner Support & Communication

• Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound partner inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses
• Manage high-volume, multi-channel queues (Zendesk, Slack, and phone) with consistent adherence to SLA targets and quality standards
• Deliver white-glove support to brand and retail partners, providing proactive status updates and clear resolution paths for open issues
• Handle outbound follow-up on open cases, escalations, and relationship-sensitive communications with appropriate tone and urgency

Order & Account Management

• Monitor and manage order workflows end-to-end, including intake, fulfillment coordination, exception handling, and delivery resolution
• Process and track order adjustments, cancellations, returns, and account-level changes in internal systems
• Support partners with invoice reconciliation, payment inquiries, and COD/collections processes in collaboration with Finance
• Identify recurring order or account issues and escalate patterns to supervisors with documented context

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve partner-facing issues that require multi-department input
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, case notes, and resolution steps within the CRM/ticketing platform
• Contribute to knowledge base maintenance by flagging outdated documentation and suggesting process improvements
• Support ad hoc projects, testing, and process rollouts as directed by CX leadership

Performance & Quality

• Meet or exceed individual KPI targets including response time, resolution rate, CSAT, and contact quality scores
• Actively participate in coaching sessions, QA reviews, and team calibrations to continuously improve performance
• Demonstrate consistent reliability in attendance, schedule adherence, and communication standards
• Surface partner feedback and recurring friction points to the team as inputs for product and process improvement

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of customer service, account support, or operations experience in a B2B, SaaS, logistics, distribution, or marketplace environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with high attention to grammar, tone, and accuracy across digital and voice channels
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, multi-channel queues with consistent quality and responsiveness
• Proficiency with CRM and ticketing tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar); comfortable learning new platforms quickly
• Solid understanding of order management processes, including fulfillment workflows, exception handling, and basic billing and invoicing
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity, meeting schedule, and attendance requirements
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously without loss of quality
• De-escalation skills and the ability to navigate difficult partner conversations with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Availability to work a schedule aligned to US Pacific or Eastern business hours

• Experience supporting B2B accounts in distribution, wholesale, or supply chain industries

About the Role

The Compliance Associate is the day-to-day operator keeping Nabis’ state license activity clean across California, Nevada, and New York, with METRC seed-to-sale execution as the core of the job. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you will live inside METRC, own manifests, reconcile inventory against state track-and-trace, verify partner licenses, and keep our warehouses inspection-ready. This role is focused squarely on state regulatory execution at the license and facility level. It is not a corporate compliance, policy, or government-relations seat.

Responsibilities

METRC & Seed-to-Sale Execution

• Own day-to-day METRC operations across all active warehouse facilities (NorCal, SoCal, Nevada, New York), including package creation, manifest generation, transfer templates, and driver assignments
• Reconcile METRC inventory against physical inventory and WMS records on a recurring cadence; investigate and resolve variances, missing packages, untagged product, and transfer discrepancies
• Resolve METRC errors in real time (rejected transfers, incorrect weights, mis-tagged packages, voided manifests) and coordinate corrections with warehouse and CX teams
• Maintain clean METRC hierarchies: package tags, item categories, strain entries, lab result associations, and waste/destruction entries
• Process finalized transfers, receiving, adjustments, and destruction events in METRC within state-mandated timeframes
• Serve as the in-house METRC subject matter expert and first line of support for warehouse and CX teammates running transactions in the system

State Regulatory Execution

• Apply DCC (CA), CCB (NV), and OCM (NY) distributor regulations to live operational decisions: manifest rules, transfer windows, transportation requirements, labeling, and storage standards
• Maintain a compliance calendar covering state license renewals, regulatory reporting deadlines, and facility-level obligations; execute renewals and filings on time
• Track and apply operational changes from state rulemakings as they take effect (bulletins, emergency regulations, guidance documents), translating them into what the warehouse needs to do differently tomorrow
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for routine state regulator communications at the license/facility level

Partner & Brand Onboarding Compliance

• Own the compliance vetting process for incoming brands and retailers: verify active state licenses, collect COAs, review product manifests, and flag non-compliant items before they enter the Nabis network
• Maintain and enforce Nabis Compliance Form requirements (licenses, W9s, COAs, banking documentation)
• Maintain a live license database for all active partners with automated renewal alerts; proactively chase expiring licenses
• Verify license status in state systems (DCC license search, CCB portal, OCM portal) and keep partner records synced with state sources of truth

Inventory, COA & Labeling Compliance

• Ensure all product labeling, packaging, and COA standards are met prior to order fulfillment in each state
• Manage COA tracking across all inventory batches; coordinate holds, rejections, and remediation with brands and warehouse teams
• Coordinate state-mandated compliance testing with third-party labs and ensure results are correctly associated with METRC packages
• Run recurring audits of inventory records, waste/destruction logs, and transfer logs; identify gaps and drive them to closure

Inspection Readiness

• Manage Nabis’ response to scheduled and unannounced state inspections across all facilities; serve as the on-site/virtual point of contact when regulators arrive
• Keep each facility inspection-ready at all times: METRC in sync, records current, labeling correct, storage compliant
• Document findings from every inspection and drive corrective actions to completion

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cannabis compliance experience in a licensed operation; distributor and/or multi-state experience strongly preferred
• Deep, hands-on METRC proficiency is required; you have personally run manifests, reconciled packages, and resolved errors in production
• Working knowledge of California DCC distribution regulations; familiarity with Nevada CCB and/or New York OCM requirements a strong plus
• Experience executing state license renewals, regulatory filings, and facility-level reporting
• Experience supporting or leading state regulatory inspections at a licensed facility
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, able to manage dozens of concurrent deadlines and open items without dropping threads
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment; you are at home in METRC, WMS/ERP tools, spreadsheets, and ticketing systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate state requirements into clear, actionable guidance for warehouse and CX teams
• Must successfully pass all state-mandated background checks required for cannabis industry employment in CA, NV, and NY

The Role

This full-time Human Resources Generalist will report to the Senior Manager, HR Operations and is accountable for overseeing all HR related responsibilities for the Nabis Woodlake Warehouse swing shift. This facility is our largest, both in space and personnel. The HR Generalist must be a proactive people person who can drive results with efficiency, risk management, engagement, continuous improvement, and talent development.

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing a best-in-class HR experience, full-cycle people relations services, and working across the business to improve upon ways of working, efficiencies, and proactive approaches to people management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day people relations functions and develop partnerships across the business with all overnight Woodlake employees.

The Cash Application Associate is responsible for executing and overseeing critical processes within the accounts receivable cycle, including accurate payment application, account reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and serving as the first level of review prior to escalation to the Team Lead. This role will also act as a primary point of contact for AR-related matters across teams while continuing to apply payments as needed.

The Role
This role is based in New York and will support Nabis’ growing New York market, working with brands and retail partners operating under New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) regulations. The CX Associate’s primary role is to act as an extension of the Nabis operation, actively aligning the goals of our brands and retail partners with the day-to-day operation. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, empathetic and can communicate clearly and effectively. They will work well in customer service-related situations, as well as within the operation.

The Role
This role is based in New York and will support Nabis’ growing New York market, working with brands and retail partners operating under New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) regulations. The Customer Associate’s primary role is to act as an extension of the Nabis operation, actively aligning the goals of our brands and retail partners with the day-to-day operation. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, empathetic and can communicate clearly and effectively. They will work well in customer service-related situations, as well as within the operation.

Responsibilities:

• hybrid in the warehouse 2-3 days a week
• Provide support to both internal and external Nabis Partners, such as brands and retailers
• Support customer experience managers with ad-hoc projects

• Securely deliver time-sensitive packages to local retailers and facilities

The Role

The Shift Manager reporting to the General Manager is responsible for maintaining a complete understanding of Nabis’s central warehouse processes, along with the nuances of enterprise client relationships as they pertain to fulfillment. Nabis is seeking an Associate Counsel to join our growing legal team and support the company's commercial, regulatory, and operational legal needs. Reporting to General Counsel, you'll serve as a trusted legal partner across the business — drafting and negotiating contracts, navigating cannabis compliance, and advising internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters.

This is a high-ownership role for a sharp, collaborative attorney who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is energized by the complexity and opportunity of the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on the full spectrum of employment law: hiring practices, terminations, performance management, accommodations, leaves of absence (CFRA, FMLA, PDL), wage and hour compliance, and workplace investigations.
• Draft, review, and maintain employment policies and handbooks to ensure compliance with California and federal law, adapting them as the company grows and regulations evolve.
• Manage pre-litigation employment disputes, including demand letters, agency charges (DFEH, EEOC, DLSE), and mediation—working closely with outside counsel when litigation arises.
• Partner with People Operations to provide real-time counsel on sensitive employee relations issues, restructurings, and workforce planning.
• Monitor and interpret legislative developments in California employment law (including wage orders, PAGA reform, pay transparency, and AI-in-hiring regulations) and translate them into actionable guidance.
• Develop and deliver training programs for managers and HR on topics such as anti-harassment, wage and hour best practices, and leave administration.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission (California preferred).
• 2–5 years of legal experience at a law firm and/or in-house, ideally with exposure to commercial contracts and regulatory matters.

The Senior Operations Manager, Rochester, is responsible for the day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations at Nabis's Rochester site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across all inbound, outbound, and inventory processes. The Role
Nabis is seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Manager to support our upstate New York warehouse. This individual will be highly organized, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and be motivated to take ownership of their site’s accuracy and efficiency. This role is full-time and may at times include demanding hours. This position requires prior supervisor or manager-level experience in warehouse and/or distribution logistics.

The Operation Manager will report to the New York Director of Operations and will be responsible for maintaining a complete understanding of Nabis’s central warehouse processes and the nuances of enterprise client relationships. The Manager will organize, oversee, and strategize the daily site operations while working closely with other Nabis hubs. They will work cross-functionally to support the streamlining of all new & existing processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment of intense pressure, short deadlines, and ever-changing requirements.

Swing Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM 

Responsibilities:

• Work holistically with the New York Operations Director, Supervisors, and Associates to ensure the timely and accurate transportation and movement of all inbound/outbound activities within the warehouse
• Track daily team performance and provide feedback and training to associates as needed
• Track and manage daily volume to ensure no disruption in SLA compliance
• Manage and make progress on all market OKRs and KPIs specifically around DOTIF, quality of service, inventory, and provide a best in class experience to our brand and retail partners
• Monitor and track team’s adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Forecast and monitor staffing needs and schedules of department associates
• Collaborate with all departments (including Central Ops, Engineering, Finance, and People) to ensure regular and productive cross-department communication
• Provide timely and professional communication to support other Nabis departments and external partner relationships
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding cannabis distribution, including inventory tracking and reporting
• Manage relationships with vendors and other supply chain partners
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Feature Requests & Strategy Ownership: Manage retail feature requests and maintain retail dossiers, data, and strategies. Present internally on relationship status and strategy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Organize and lead cross-functional retail stakeholder meetings.
• Retailer Engagement: Track each retailer’s engagement across Nabis offerings, such as shelf space, marketplace, and inventory tool adoption. Use insights to guide retailers through the success flow and develop SOPs for ongoing improvement.
• Data Coordination: Maintain a centralized “single source of truth” in Zen Desk for each retailer profile, ensuring alignment with the Retail Success Flow and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Engagement Metrics: Track retailer engagement by monitoring GMV and logging all active points of contact.
• Retail Success Grid Completion: Monitor each retailer’s progress, tracking:
