Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo.
As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team.
This is a remote role supporting a South East territory.

Compensation: The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,393 - $241,742, with a 70/30 base-to-variable compensation split.

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect within the Technology organization to ensure that enterprise systems operate with durable precision as complexity increases. The mandate is dual: contain structural risk and harden the enterprise into a disciplined, programmatic system that accelerates revenue, efficiency, and enterprise value. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer and operating across engineering, data, finance, and operations, this role carries executive sponsorship aligned with CEO directive to strengthen institutional precision so that technology compounds advantage rather than complexity.
Digital systems define operational truth and revenue execution. When architecture diverges from real-world behavior, inefficiency compounds quietly, throughput slows, reporting distorts, and value erodes. This role engineers durability directly into system design—strengthening control architecture, validating behavior, eliminating operational debt, and maintaining disciplined access models so efficiency becomes structural rather than dependent on vigilance.
Success is measured by increasing precision at scale. Systems align with operational and financial reality without constant intervention, weaknesses are surfaced before they compound, automation reinforces accountability rather than obscuring it, and improvements in control architecture translate into faster decision velocity, cleaner financial signal, reduced workflow friction, and measurable performance gains. Hardening removes fragility without introducing bureaucracy; precision increases speed.
This is not a compliance or audit function. It is a high-trust, senior individual contributor role embedded within live enterprise systems with direct access to the CTO and visibility aligned with CEO mandate.

You are likely a solution-oriented operator who derives energy from untangling nuisance technology, cleaning up degraded workflows, and eliminating inefficiencies that others tolerate.
AI proficiency is foundational in this role. You are expected to use AI as a primary analytical engine, a bridging mechanism between systems, and a general-purpose accelerator for investigation, modeling, and solution design. This includes building repeatable AI-assisted workflows that combine data extraction, anomaly detection, hypothesis testing, and structured reporting.
You do not need to be a full-time software engineer. However, you must be technically literate enough to move beyond dashboards and into underlying system logic, and disciplined enough to operationalize AI into repeatable investigative infrastructure.

The Problem and the Role

We are seeking a Developer Experience Lead, who will report to the head of Product Growth, to own the entire developer-facing surface of our platform, from documentation to integration support to API governance. We have built a world-class financial engine, but how external developers experience that engine has no owner. This role fills that gap.
This is a foundational role. You will be the first hire in this function. You will architect the documentation ecosystem from the ground up, define the processes that keep it accurate as the platform evolves, and directly support the clients who integrate with our APIs. Over time, you will shape how Developer Experience operates as a discipline at OpenFX, influencing product decisions, integration strategy, and the developer journey end-to-end.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within Anaplan's IT Customer Experience organization and is focused on transforming how Anaplan employees work. You will design, build, and scale AI tools, agents, and capabilities that drive productivity, smarter decision-making, and operational efficiency across our global workforce.
Anaplan is building its Enterprise AI Center of Excellence (COE) — a one-stop shop for all internal AI at Anaplan — and is looking for an AI Principal Architect to lead it from a technical standpoint. This is a senior, newly created role at the intersection of hands-on enterprise AI engineering, internal system architecture, technical leadership, and workforce enablement.
The AI Principal Architect will own the technical vision for Anaplan's internal AI — designing the reference architecture for LLMs, agentic AI, and Gemini Enterprise; setting engineering standards; evaluating emerging platforms; and ensuring every employee-facing initiative is built with rigor, scalability, and responsible design.
This role carries a hybrid profile: deep individual technical contribution combined with team leadership influence. You will mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, serve as the primary technical escalation point, and contribute a forward-looking perspective to the 2–3 year AI technology roadmap — without necessarily holding formal management authority over all contributors.
You will report directly to the Director, IT Customer Experience, who co-leads the Enterprise AI COE alongside the Financial Flexibility Lead and a GTM Champion as a 3-in-a-box. You will collaborate closely with Technical/Engineering teams (dotted-line, for agent development and delivery) and the Transformation & Financial Flexibility team (to identify AI-driven cost-saving opportunities).

About this role:
The Document Control Manager is Hut 8’s enterprise authority on how project information is created, structured, stored, and governed across the entire portfolio. This role owns the company’s data architecture and document control infrastructure — from defining the naming conventions and folder structures that every project team follows, to building and administering the SharePoint environments where that data lives. Beyond governance, the Document Control Manager develops the internal and external data policies that ensure Hut 8’s project information remains accurate, traceable, and immediately retrievable as the organization scales.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own and continuously refine Hut 8’s enterprise document control standards, including naming conventions, folder structures, metadata protocols, version control policies, and access permissions in alignment with ISO 19650 principles
• Architect and administer the Company Projects SharePoint environment — building project site pages, configuring libraries, defining permission hierarchies, and establishing the information architecture that serves as the single source of truth for all project data
• Define and enforce internal and external data policies governing how project information is created, received, stored, distributed, and retired across all active and future programs
• Develop and deploy structured data transfer strategies, leading the retroactive organization and migration of legacy and other documentation sources into Hut 8’s common data environment
• Conduct regular compliance audits across all active projects, identifying naming convention violations, version control gaps, and outstanding document actions
• Manage document transmittals, maintain version control, and audit trails across all project documentation, ensuring secure transfer, proper acknowledgment, and elimination of outdated information driving field decisions
• Establish and report on document control KPIs
• Coordinate closely with the Digital Delivery Team to ensure document control standards and digital delivery requirements are fully aligned across SharePoint, ACC, and downstream systems
• Govern project communication and collaboration channels — including Slack and/or Teams workspaces — ensuring consistent naming, archival, and access protocols

ABOUT YOU
To thrive in this role, you bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in document control, data management, or information governance — preferably within AEC, infrastructure, or capital project environments
• Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint administration, including site architecture, permissions configuration, library management, and page building
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 or comparable information management standards and their practical application in project delivery environments
• Hands-on experience leading data migration or legacy document remediation efforts — organizing, renaming, and restructuring large volumes of project documentation into standardized environments
• Familiarity with establishing common data environments and document lifecycle management practices across multi-stakeholder project teams
