Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo.

As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team.

This is a remote role supporting a South East territory. 

What this looks like day-to-day

• New customer acquisition and selling: Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions for new customer acquisition, product expansion, and expansion across lines of business. You identify customer pain, craft and deliver tailored demos, and lead technical evaluations through requirements gathering, success criteria, installation guidance, and hands-on workshops.
• Complex implementations and value realization: Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, integrations, and training. You build customer-specific implementation playbooks, guide complex deployments with executive visibility, and ensure customers realize value during onboarding and over time.
• Adoption, expansion, and growth: Identify opportunities to expand adoption across underutilized features, untapped products, and new lines of business. When adoption stalls, you diagnose root causes, design a path forward, and connect technical work to measurable business outcomes.
• Technical escalation: Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges raised by other Customer Engineers. You resolve ambiguous problems with multiple variables and tradeoffs, involving Product or Engineering only when truly needed.
• Team capability building: Build playbooks, document repeatable fixes, coach peers, and improve how Customer Engineering work gets done across the team. You use AI tools to accelerate content creation, surface patterns across accounts, and share practical workflow findings with the broader team.
• Early account impact: Assess account health, risks, stakeholder relationships, and the highest-priority problems to solve within your portfolio. You establish trust with Account Directors and customer stakeholders, then independently lead complex customer interactions that move accounts forward.
• Quarterly business outcomes: Drive measurable improvement in customer health, retention, expansion, and technical resolution across strategic accounts. You contribute reusable frameworks, playbooks, or processes that other Customer Engineers use and become a trusted advisor to Account Directors on account health and technical strategy.

Must-haves

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering, implementation, professional services, or solutions architecture.
• Deep hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs, with the ability to architect and troubleshoot complex front-end implementations.
• Proven experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with executive-level stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex technical or business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems involving multiple variables, constraints, and tradeoffs.
• Experience connecting technical execution to business outcomes such as retention, expansion, ROI, and value realization.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for account research, content creation, or workflow automation, with demonstrated integration into day-to-day work rather than light experimentation.
• Experience mentoring or coaching more junior technical team members.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Pendo, digital adoption platforms, product analytics, or in-app experience tooling in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with mobile app development, including Swift, Android, or React Native.

As our first dedicated Solutions Architect for Integrations, you'll sit at the intersection of Sales and our post-sales Integrations team, ensuring every customer commitment is technically sound before a contract is signed. You'll be the person who turns vague integration requirements into clear, scoped blueprints that the implementation team can execute on day one.

What you’ll do: 

• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales cycles to uncover technical and operational pain points related to asset management, and maintenance support.
• Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects to understand their ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other enterprise systems that need to connect to MaintainX.
• Produce clear integration scope documents, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates that serve as the authoritative handoff artifact to the post-sales team.
• Build and maintain a library of repeatable integration patterns, pre-built assets, and reference architectures to accelerate future deals.
• Represent integration feasibility and complexity in deal review and pricing conversations, flagging risk proactively to Sales leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the post-sales Integrations team to refine scoping templates based on what succeeds (and fails) in delivery, and communicate the upcoming pipeline. 
• Deliver live demos and proof-of-concept integrations to prospects when required.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Product to advocate for prospect needs, accelerate deal velocity, and refine value messaging.

About you:

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar role.
• Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture working across engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar).
• Familiarity with SaaS delivery models, including onboarding, post-sale deployment, and customer success workflows.

The mandate is dual: contain structural risk and harden the enterprise into a disciplined, programmatic system that accelerates revenue, efficiency, and enterprise value. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer and operating across engineering, data, finance, and operations, this role carries executive sponsorship aligned with CEO directive to strengthen institutional precision so that technology compounds advantage rather than complexity. 

Digital systems define operational truth and revenue execution. When architecture diverges from real-world behavior, inefficiency compounds quietly, throughput slows, reporting distorts, and value erodes. This role engineers durability directly into system design—strengthening control architecture, validating behavior, eliminating operational debt, and maintaining disciplined access models so efficiency becomes structural rather than dependent on vigilance.

The Problem and the Role

OpenFX is on a mission to move money as freely as data, unrestricted by time zones, banking hours, or legacy systems. We are building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of cross-border payment systems for institutions.

We are seeking a Developer Experience Lead, who will report to the head of Product Growth, to own the entire developer-facing surface of our platform, from documentation to integration support to API governance. We have built a world-class financial engine, but how external developers experience that engine has no owner. This role fills that gap.

This is a foundational role. You will be the first hire in this function. You will architect the documentation ecosystem from the ground up, define the processes that keep it accurate as the platform evolves, and directly support the clients who integrate with our APIs. Over time, you will shape how Developer Experience operates as a discipline at OpenFX, influencing product decisions, integration strategy, and the developer journey end-to-end.

You will set the bar higher than industry standards, building a knowledge system that turns complex FX liquidity and cross-border payment flows into a Hello World integration in under 15 minutes.

What You'll Actually Do & Own

• Drive API Product Adoption: You own API adoption as a measurable outcome. You instrument the funnel from API key activation to first API call to first transaction to expanded endpoint usage. You set the baseline, define the targets, and drive the cross-functional work to move the number. Every quarter, more developers are activated, more endpoints are used, and integrations go deeper. This is what you are accountable for, not pages shipped.
• Architect the Documentation System: Documentation is the primary adoption surface. You own the information architecture and the words. You design the taxonomy that scales from a simple Quickstart guide to complex Treasury Operations references. You determine how we version, layer, and present information so it does not collapse under its own weight as the platform grows. You build it on docs-as-code infrastructure that engineers can contribute to. You measure documentation by whether it moves adoption, not by completeness for its own sake.
• Own the OpenAPI Workflow: Your first technical priority is aligning the OpenAPI spec to production reality. Then you implement and enforce a contract-first governance model where the spec is treated as a product contract, not a generated afterthought. Spec linters run in CI as merge blockers. OpenAPI updates are part of engineering's Definition of Done. Breaking changes are detected automatically and routed through a defined deprecation process. You sit in Product and Engineering reviews as the First User: if an API is too hard to explain in writing, it is too hard to use, and you have the authority to push back before code ships.
• Drive Developer Advocacy: You are the external voice of OpenFX inside the developer community and the internal voice of the developer inside OpenFX. You write technical content that earns developer trust: deep-dive blog posts on idempotency under retries, sample apps that demonstrate real cross-border payment flows, integration pattern guides for PSP, neo-bank, and treasury use cases. You build feedback loops that turn integration friction into product changes. As volume justifies, you represent OpenFX at developer-focused events, conferences, and partner enablement sessions. You are the reason developers choose OpenFX over a competitor whose docs they could not understand.
• Own Integration Triage: You are the technical front door for client integration questions during US business hours. You triage whether each issue is a documentation gap, an API design problem, or a code bug. You fix documentation gaps directly and route the rest to engineering with structured context. You build the repeatable onboarding playbook that turns one-off Slack threads into a scalable process. You partner with GTM, who owns the client relationship; you own the developer experience surface that surfaces during integration.

• API Product Adoption: You own the adoption funnel from API key activation to first API call to first transaction to expanded endpoint usage. You instrument it, set the baseline, define the target, and drive the cross-functional work to move the number. This is the metric you are accountable for.

Requirements

• 5+ years owning a developer-facing API product or platform. B2B or infrastructure. You drove a measurable adoption outcome, not just shipped pages. You can point to the integration experience you built, the funnel you owned, and the metric you moved.
• Direct client integration work. You have sat on integration calls with B2B or institutional clients, diagnosed friction live, and fed it back into product changes (not just documentation updates). You know what breaks during real integrations, not what should break in theory.
• Product instinct for API design. You have opinions on endpoint design, parameter naming, authentication UX, error response formats, idempotency keys, and SDK ergonomics. You have opinions on these calls and get changes shipped before code hits production.
• Engineering fluency. You read code well enough to extract logic independently. You understand distributed system concepts (latency, rate limiting, idempotency, eventual consistency, async patterns). You can sit in a code review and have something useful to say.
• Contract-first governance experience. You have implemented or enforced OpenAPI workflows where the spec is treated as a product contract, not a generated artifact.
• Financial services or fintech context. You know the difference between authorized and settled. You have worked on payments, trading, or banking APIs.

The Senior Solutions Consultant will provide high-quality demonstrations of the product to prospective customers by working with sales staff and clients to understand the customer’s business and workflows. They will also be responsible for maintaining content used by both sales staff and clients. The Solutions Consultant will mentor sales staff on product knowledge and be the go-to resource for all technical requests during the pre-sales phase. ABOUT THE ROLE 

This role sits within Anaplan's IT Customer Experience organization and is focused on transforming how Anaplan employees work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Reference Architecture & Enterprise AI Engineering 

• Own and publish the reference architecture for Anaplan's internal AI — covering LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, Gemini Enterprise integrations, and data pipelines. 

• Architect end-to-end internal enterprise AI solutions designed for the scale, security, and reliability requirements of a global workforce. 

• Set and enforce AI engineering standards, coding practices, code review processes, and technical guardrails across all internal AI projects. 

• Lead hands-on technical design reviews and guide implementation decisions from intake through production deployment. 

• Evaluate, select, and onboard new enterprise AI platforms and tools — providing technical recommendations grounded in internal workforce needs. 

• Design the LLM abstraction layer and multi-model strategy to optimize cost, performance, and flexibility. 

• Own technical debt management, system observability, and scalability planning for Anaplan's internal AI systems. 

AI Platform Governance & Enablement 

• Define and maintain technical evaluation criteria for the AI intake process — assessing feasibility, build complexity, security risk, and integration requirements for employee-facing tools. 

• Ensure all internal AI initiatives pass engineering, security, compliance, and responsible AI review before development begins. 

• Maintain enterprise AI technical policies, engineering standards, and responsible AI guardrails in partnership with Security and Compliance. 

• Translate approved internal use cases into clear technical specifications and hand off to engineering teams with full architectural context. 

• Define enterprise AI data layer and integration architecture across core systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Gainsight, Workday). 

• Integrate with ServiceNow AI Control Tower to track all AI use cases, agents, and realized business value. 

• Implement human-in-the-loop, explainability, and auditability frameworks for all decision-impacting AI systems. 

• Partner with Finance to define and measure AI-driven ROI, ensuring alignment with enterprise value targets. 

• Establish full lifecycle management for AI agents, including monitoring, feedback loops, and continuous improvement. 

Technical Team Leadership 

• Provide technical direction, coaching, and mentorship to engineers across the AI Governance & Enablement and AI Operations & Insights teams. 

• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex internal AI delivery challenges and architecture decisions. 

• Partner with Technical/Engineering teams (dotted-line) on agent architecture, build quality, and delivery timelines. 

• Help define the technical bar for AI team hiring and contribute to onboarding and skills development programs. 

• Foster a culture of engineering rigor, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the internal AI function. 

AI Operations & Workforce Adoption 

• Oversee the technical deployment and operationalization of AI agents and solutions, ensuring production readiness and stability for Anaplan employees. 

• Drive Gemini Enterprise adoption and lead AI Friday sessions with genuine technical depth. 

• Build and maintain engineering dashboards tracking internal AI system performance, adoption rates, and ROI metrics. 

• Translate engineering decisions into executive-ready business value narratives for the Director, CIO, and Finance audiences. 

Innovation, R&D & Emerging Technology 

• Research and prototype emerging AI/ML techniques, large language models, agent frameworks, and enterprise tooling to identify internal productivity and cost-saving opportunities. 

• Design and lead proof-of-concept pilots that validate novel internal use cases before committing to full engineering investment. 

• Build and maintain the AI innovation pipeline — a living backlog of high-potential experiments. 

• Contribute the technical perspective on where internal AI capabilities should be invested over the next 2–3 years, collaborating with the Director on the roadmap. 

Cross-Functional Technical Partnership 

• Work hand in hand with the Transformation & Financial Flexibility team to identify and technically validate AI-driven cost-saving opportunities in Anaplan's internal operations. 

• Act as technical advisor and AI subject matter expert to business units identifying internal AI use cases. 

• Support the 3-in-a-box COE co-leadership (IT, Finance, GTM) with technical analysis, architecture reviews, and feasibility assessments. 

• Build trusted technical relationships across Engineering, Security, Compliance, Legal, and HR. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• 7+ years of software or AI/ML engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead, staff engineer, or principal-level role — ideally with exposure to enterprise IT or internal tooling environments. 

• Deep hands-on expertise across the AI/ML stack: LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent frameworks, or MLOps pipelines — with experience in enterprise or workforce deployment contexts. 

• Proven experience architecting and deploying enterprise-scale internal AI systems from design through production, including reliability, observability, and performance engineering. 

• Proficiency in Python and enterprise cloud AI platforms (GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI, or AWS SageMaker) and AI orchestration tooling. 

• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace AI and Gemini Enterprise, or equivalent enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI Enterprise).

The Document Control Manager is Hut 8’s enterprise authority on how project information is created, structured, stored, and governed across the entire portfolio. Who You Are

Experience & Skills

• 5-7+ years in operations, client services, product/program/project management, strategic support, consulting, or transformation roles with direct ownership of client-facing delivery
• Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder projects and organizational change initiatives end-to-end (scope, timelines, budgets, risk, and change management)

We are seeking a Product Manager to own the client onboarding experience end-to-end and act as the architect of how global institutions, corporates, and high-growth companies become live, trading clients on the OpenFX platform. We have built a world-class financial engine. Now we need an onboarding experience that matches it.

This is a foundational role where you will own the onboarding ecosystem from the ground up: designing client journey flows by segment, enabling clients to reach "ready to trade" across every product and corridor, and directly influencing how quickly clients go from first touch to first transaction. OpenFX operates across multiple currency corridors and the roadmap is expanding aggressively. Every new corridor and product brings its own compliance requirements, document standards, and integration complexity. You will build the architecture that scales with that ambition rather than requiring a rebuild every time we expand.

What You'll Actually Do & Own

• Own the Onboarding Journey Architecture by Segment: Design and maintain the onboarding flows for every client type: direct institution, API developer, and channel partner. You define the stages, gates, required inputs, and handoff criteria, and own the segmentation logic that routes clients to the right flow based on product and corridor.
• Own Time-to-First-Transaction as the North Star: TTFT is your scorecard, measured per product and per corridor. You instrument where clients stall, identify where time is lost, and drive cross-functional work to remove it.
• Own the Compliance Data Collection Experience: You own the client-facing UX, data collection flows, and document submission experience that gets a client to the point where they have submitted everything needed. You work closely with the compliance team to ensure the experience is built around their requirements.
• Own Multi-Product Onboarding Across the Full OpenFX Suite: Every product OpenFX ships, a client onboards through your product. You own the conditional journey logic, gate criteria, and milestones that define "onboarded" for each product line.
• Own the Onboarding Communication Layer: You own the lifecycle communication system that keeps clients moving toward first trade: automated nudges, an in-product progress checklist, and specific guidance tailored to each requirement in the journey.
• Own ongoing onboarding discovery: Maintain a regular cadence of client interviews, data analysis, and hypothesis testing that continuously identifies friction points and validates interventions. The 30-day audit is the starting point, not the finish line.

What Success Looks Like

• Time to First Trade: You own TTFT as a metric across every inbound channel and client segment. You instrument the funnel, set the baseline, define the target, and drive the cross-functional work to move the number.
• Onboarding Completion Rate: 80% of accounts created reach first trade. You own the funnel from account creation to that moment and are accountable for the drop-off between them.
• Self-Serve Completion Rate: You establish what percentage of clients can complete onboarding without manual intervention, set the baseline, and improve it every quarter.
• First-Time Pass Rate: You increase the share of clients who clear compliance checks on the first submission without rework, escalation, or manual intervention, by building a data collection experience that sets clients up to succeed before they submit.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Product Management experience: You have owned an onboarding or activation funnel for a B2B or institutional product and can point to the drop-off you identified, the intervention you built, and the number that moved.
• Compliance and Institutional Client Fluency: You have a working understanding of AML, KYC, and KYB requirements for institutional clients and can translate them into product decisions in close collaboration with a compliance team. You are familiar with corporate entity structures, UBO documentation, and sanctions screening, and have worked on products where these were central to the experience.
• Global Product Experience: You have worked on a product that operates across multiple countries with distinct regulatory requirements. You understand the architectural implications of multi-jurisdiction compliance and have made product decisions shaped by that complexity.
• Data Ownership: You instrument your own funnel, identify where clients stall, size the opportunity, and prioritize without waiting for someone else to hand you the analysis.
• Cross-Functional Execution: You have shipped in environments where Legal/Compliance, Operations, and GTM needed to move on the same timeline, and you know how to create alignment across functions with different incentives.

About the Role

Dorsia is hiring a Head of Client Success to own the full hospitality partner lifecycle – onboarding, retention, expansion, and strategic account growth. You'll serve as Dorsia's most senior partner-facing operator and lead a small, internationally distributed team of Client Success Managers.

This role sits at the intersection of hospitality expertise, commercial acumen, and operational rigor. You'll be hands-on with strategic accounts while building the playbooks, tooling, and team capability to scale the function. Success in this role is measured by growth in partner revenue, inventory supply, and satisfaction across Dorsia's restaurant portfolio.

You'll report directly to the C-suite and operate as the internal authority on what partners need, how they're performing, and where the business should invest to strengthen those relationships.

What You’ll Own

Strategic Account Management & Partner Growth

• Own the full partner relationship lifecycle, from onboarding through long-term retention and commercial expansion
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic sessions with partners to drive retention, deepen engagement, and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure accounts have strong fill rates and maintain or exceed revenue goals 
• Serve as the senior escalation point for partner issues, ensuring resolution within SLA and maintaining trust at every tier
• Partner with Analytics and Finance to surface upsell and optimization opportunities across the portfolio

Partner Onboarding

• Architect and continuously refine a best-in-class onboarding experience for new restaurant partners joining the Dorsia platform
• Ensure every partner goes live with confidence, clarity, and a deep understanding of how to maximize their relationship with Dorsia
• Build scalable onboarding playbooks that grow with the team across markets and geographies

Training & Education

• Champion ongoing partner education – new features, product updates, platform best practices, and operational guidance
• Develop training resources, partner communications, and feedback loops that keep restaurant operators engaged and informed
• Position Dorsia as an indispensable operational partner, not just a technology vendor

Inventory Growth

• Own the supply side of Dorsia’s marketplace, ensuring inventory from every partner remains consistent, healthy, and growing over time
• Drive upsell conversations with partners to deepen coverage, unlock premium inventory, and increase mutual value
• Be boots on the ground in our markets to build strong relationships with operators, GMs, and ownership groups
• Leverage your understanding of market dynamics, including openings, events and seasonal programming, to proactively identify which partners, events and opportunities Dorsia should be onboarding

Client Success & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences that give leadership clear visibility into partner health, account tier performance, and CS team metrics
• Own the metrics that matter: partner health scores, inventory coverage, onboarding completion, upsell conversion, churn, QBR completion, and NPS
• Implement feedback loops that surface partner insights back to Product to inform the feature roadmap
• Build and maintain SLA compliance ≥95% across partner-facing workflows and booking resolution

Team Leadership

• Manage and develop a small, international team of CSMs (currently 2 US-based and 1 UK-based) with a clear vision for scaling
• Set performance standards, run structured 1:1s, conduct quarterly reviews, and build a culture of accountability and excellence
• Hire, onboard, and develop talent who bring genuine hospitality expertise and embody Dorsia’s values
• Define team SOPs, success metrics, and repeatable execution frameworks that scale as the portfolio grows

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or partnerships — with a meaningful portion in hospitality, food & beverage, or hospitality-tech
• Deep fluency in how restaurants operate: F&B economics, reservation dynamics, staffing structures, revenue cycles, and the unique pressures operators face
• A history of leading and growing high-performing CS or account management teams, including cross-functional and international ones
• Exceptional relationship management skills — you build trust quickly, navigate difficult conversations with grace, and leave partners feeling genuinely supported
• Demonstrated success driving upsell, expansion, and retention across a portfolio of commercial accounts
• Experience managing or collaborating with international teams; comfort working across time zones and cultural contexts
• Proven track record of leading QBRs and managing tiered commercial account portfolios with measurable retention and growth outcomes
• Strong operational instincts — you build structure, document everything, and create repeatable processes that scale

About The Role

We’re hiring a cross-channel Sr Performance Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, analyst, operator, and partner manager. You will own end-to-end media planning, buying (via agencies and platforms), optimization, and measurement across Video (TV, CTV, OLV), Audio, Display/Programmatic, Direct Mail, and other local media. You have experience with traditional channels —with deep, hands-on expertise in digital media. You are a flexible jack-of-all-trades who can zoom from long-term strategy into in-the-weeds execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. Critically, you know how to “build brand through a performance lens,” connecting upper-funnel investments to near-term impact and long-term value creation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead cross-channel strategy and plans: define channel roles, audience frameworks, geo strategy, flighting, and mix across TV/CTV/OLV, Audio (streaming and terrestrial), Display/Programmatic, Direct Mail, and other local media —anchored in digital excellence.

• Manage agencies and platform partners: write briefs, set KPIs/SLAs, negotiate rates, push for inventory optimization, enforce QA standards, and ensure brand safety and suitability.

• Build brand through a performance lens: architect brand investments and creative systems that drive efficient reach, quality frequency, brand lift, and measurable downstream outcomes (site traffic, qualified leads, acquisition).

• Drive performance and learning velocity: design and run a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap (audiences, creative, supply, formats, bidding, landing experiences); scale winners, sunset underperformers, and codify learnings.

• Own budgets and pacing: forecast, allocate, and dynamically rebalance spend; connect investment to acquisition and brand outcomes; communicate returns, trade-offs, and risks crisply.

• Elevate measurement: lead incrementality and geo experiments; contribute inputs for MMM; maintain attribution hygiene; partner with Analytics and Data Science on experiment design and decision frameworks.

What You’ll Need

• 7+ years in media planning/buying or performance marketing with deep expertise in digital (programmatic, CTV/OLV; paid social/search as applicable) and strong working knowledge of traditional channels (Linear TV, terrestrial radio, OOH, Direct Mail).

• Proven ability to build brand through a performance lens, linking brand media to acquisition and funnel efficiency while protecting quality reach and brand integrity.

• Demonstrated success managing agencies and platform partners, negotiating value, and holding a high execution bar.

• Strong analytical toolkit: experimentation, funnel diagnostics, incrementality, and translating insights into decisions; experience with BI tools and/or SQL is a plus.

• Hands-on familiarity with major platforms and tools: DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), CTV partners (e.g., YouTube, Roku), ad servers, verification/brand safety solutions, analytics/attribution (e.g., GA4, MMPs, MMM providers, lift testing).

• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management; thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and maintains a high quality bar.

• Ownership mindset with flexibility to switch between strategy and hands-on execution.

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, fintech/proptech, or performance-driven consumer brands.

• Agency and client-side experience 

• Depth in MMM/MTA, geo experiments, and incrementality frameworks; experience shaping a measurement roadmap.

• Comfort bridging brand and performance media; close partnership with creative, finance, product and data science teams
