As an Implementation Consultant, you will be managing the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise companies from contract signing through launch. You will proactively develop and manage integration architecture, change management strategy, and timelines. You will be expected to collaborate across departments, including Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering, to ensure a successful transition for our clients.

Stripe is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regulatory Compliance & Money Laundering Reporting Officer (RC & MLRO) to lead our regulatory compliance and financial crimes program in Japan. This role sits within the Affiliates pillar of the Financial Crime, Compliance & Risk Oversight (FinCRO) organization, and you will be reporting to the APAC Affiliates Lead.
You will be the named RC & MLRO of Stripe Japan and will lead/assist in the registration of Stripe Japan as a Funds Transfer Business Operator (FTBO) with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau (KBF), under the oversight of the Japan Financial Services Agency (JFSA). In your role as the RC & MLRO, you will be the principal decision-maker and strategic lead on regulatory compliance and financial crime risk management decisions, serving a critical role in ensuring Stripe’s continued safe growth and success in Japan. You will also be the public face of FinCRO in Japan. The ideal candidate must have deep subject matter expertise and a proven track record building and evolving tech-forward regulatory compliance and financial crime programs (collectively, compliance programs).

Legal Director, Hardware Engineering, Procurement, Software Development Engineering and R&D
Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking an experienced and strategic legal leader to oversee legal support for the Hardware Engineering, Procurement, Software Development Engineering, and R&D organizations in Japan.
As Legal Director, Hardware Engineering, Procurement, Software Development Engineering and R&D, you will lead a team responsible for providing comprehensive legal guidance to key business divisions, including product design and development, component procurement, software engineering, and research and development.
While this position primarily supports business units in Japan, it will also require close collaboration and alignment with legal and business teams across other regions.
We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented leader who can build an influential legal function deeply integrated with the business, adapt to evolving needs, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture. In addition to providing hands-on legal support as an individual contributor, this position will also take on managerial responsibilities for its own team and expected to act as the leader of the broader Japan Legal, Public Policy and ESG Department.
Responsibilities:
• Provide legal support for the following business areas in Japan, including contract drafting, review, negotiation (both in English and Japanese), legal risk assessment, and strategic legal advice:
– Hardware design and development teams, including semiconductor and key component development for PlayStation consoles and peripherals
– Procurement and purchasing departments
– Software development teams
– R&D organizations
– Information security and IT-related functions
• Partner with other regional legal teams to assess and address geopolitical and regulatory risks
• Provide legal counsel and decision-making support to senior management and engineering leaders
• Lead, mentor, and develop legal team members, including performance management and organizational development
• Collaborate with business leaders to align legal strategies with business goals and enable innovation
Minimum Qualifications:
• At least 15 years of corporate legal experience, including in-house counsel experience at a global company
• Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in both Japanese and English, including direct negotiation with major international companies
• Proven experience providing legal risk analysis and decision-making support for products, services, and business initiatives
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects in a global environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Legal experience in the technology industry
• Licensed attorney in Japan or another jurisdiction

About the Team:
This position is part of the Japan Legal Team within Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE), which drives the PlayStation business across hardware, software, content, and network services as part of the Sony Group.
SIE’s global Legal organization consists of approximately 180 members, with about 35 based in Tokyo.
The Tokyo Legal Team works in close collaboration with colleagues across regions and business units, leveraging diverse expertise to advance SIE’s global legal strategy.
The team embraces a hybrid work model, combining office presence in Shinagawa with flexible remote work, enabling members to engage in international projects while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

【Role Overview】
The Editorial Manager plays a key leadership role in building the PlayStation Store into a true daily destination for players. Sitting directly below the Director, Editorial, this role oversees the execution of global editorial programs and helps shape planning, standards, and workflows across regions.
You will manage core elements of the global editorial engine — from daily and weekly programming to cross-functional coordination, creative briefing, and data-led optimization. You’ll help establish editorial best practices, support innovation, and mentor the wider Editorial team as we elevate the Store experience for more than 100 million players worldwide.
This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with Product, Creative, Marketing, Store Operations, and global regional teams to ensure cohesive, timely, and impactful editorial delivery across the PlayStation ecosystem.
In addition to its global remit, this role owns editorial planning and execution for the Japan Store, translating global strategy into locally resonant experiences while feeding Japan-specific insights back into worldwide initiatives.
【What You’ll Be Doing】
Leadership & Ownership
Lead day-to-day execution of global editorial programs across PlayStation Store surfaces.
Serve as a key editorial leader, supporting the Director, Editorial in driving vision into operational reality.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Editorial team members and contributors across regions, including close partnership with Japan-based stakeholders.
Editorial Program Delivery
Oversee creation, curation, and delivery of daily and weekly editorial content, highlights, and narratives across global Store surfaces.
Manage and refine global content calendars, ensuring visibility, alignment, and quality across regions, with particular attention to Japan as a key market.
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Store Operations to ensure assets and copy meet PlayStation standards and deadlines across all regions.
Global Coordination
Partner with regional leads (including Japan, UK, and USA) to execute coherent global programs, adapt content for local relevance, and surface regional insights that can inform global planning.
Act as a key editorial point of contact for Japan, ensuring global plans are effectively translated for the market and that Japan-led perspectives are represented in global discussions.
Ensure alignment between global plans and regional publishing priorities, promotions, and seasonal beats.
Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners across global time zones.
Standards, Process & Quality
Help define and roll out editorial guidelines, tone-of-voice frameworks, and quality standards for global Store surfaces.
Apply cultural judgment and market awareness when reviewing or shaping content for global and Japanese audiences, while maintaining consistency and brand integrity.
Drive continuous improvement across workflows, tooling, and planning rhythms.
Ensure editorial content is accurate, engaging, inclusive, and aligned with brand and legal requirements.
Insights, Data & Experimentation
Partner with Analytics & Insights teams to evaluate performance of editorial content and programs across global and regional surfaces.
Use insights from Japan and other regions to identify opportunities for optimisation, A/B testing, and iterative improvement at a global level.
Support development of new editorial surfaces, formats, and storytelling approaches that advance the Store’s daily-destination vision.
【What We’re Looking For】
6–10+ years experience in editorial, digital publishing, content strategy, or program management in the video games industry.
Experience managing or mentoring editorial teams or content owners in global or multi-region environments is a strong plus.
Strong writing and editorial judgment, with experience shaping narratives, curation, and player-centric content.
Proven ability to manage complex content pipelines and deliver consistently at high quality.
Experience operating in cross-functional, global environments; confident communicator across teams and time zones.
Deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and the PlayStation audience, with familiarity with Japan as a key market.
Analytical mindset and comfort using data to inform decisions and program improvements.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
8+ years of full-cycle sales experience within the software or security industry
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven track record of progressive selling experience engaging with accounts at the C-suite level

You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
