About Gusto
At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve.
All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.
AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.
GustoPro is a cloud-based platform built specifically for accounting firms. It empowers firms to streamline payroll, people operations, and advisory services for their clients, all within a single, integrated platform. GustoPro features client dashboards, automated workflows, robust reporting, and seamless integrations with other accounting software — enabling firms to elevate their client service and accelerate practice growth. Learn more about GustoPro
As a Partner Account Executive for GustoPro, you will play a critical role in expanding Gusto's footprint within the accounting market by recruiting new accounting firm partners, enabling them to succeed on the platform, and driving them to a healthy, self-sufficient state before transitioning them to an Account Manager.
Working directly with our Head of Sales and Head of GustoPro Sales, you will shape our new partner sales motion while owning the full arc of partner activation — from first conversation to a successful handoff. The benchmark that tells us activation is working: 10 net new clients added and the firm's 30-day enablement plan complete.
You'll engage with C-level executives and senior payroll specialists at accounting firms, with a focus on large regional and national players. You'll act as a consultant, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how GustoPro can boost efficiency and help them realize more value for their clients while delivering upside for the firm.
The Partner Onboarding Agreement — a 30-day enablement contract signed at close — is your operating document once a firm is in. It defines milestones, role responsibilities across the firm, and the incentive structure that keeps both sides accountable through activation.
We're looking for a true "builder" — someone who's excited to wear multiple hats, design systems and processes, and run experiments. Comfort with a dynamic environment and the ability to pivot when needed is essential.
Our target on-target earnings (OTE) compensation for this role is $125,000/yr to $150,000/yr in Denver, Las Vegas, Chicago, Atlanta & most remote locations, $155,000/yr to $182,000/yr for San Francisco & New York and $120,000 to $180,000 CAD for Toronto. This OTE is structured with a target 70% base pay and 30% commission pay with an uncapped commission structure. Final offer amounts and the exact base/commission split are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience, and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.
Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto.
Gusto is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Gusto considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Compensation at Inspire11
Inspire11 follows Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Pay Act of 1963, the Illinois Human Rights Act, the Illinois Equal Wage Act, and the Illinois Equal Pay Act of 2003. We believe that people performing the same role at the same level, with similar levels of ability or experience, should be similarly compensated. We also believe that the most critical factors driving compensation should be an Eleven’s skill, experience, performance, responsibility, and effort. We may also consider an employee’s length of service, relevant education, training, or certification, and the requirements of a specific job. We may also consider whether the cost of living or competition for talent in specific markets requires adjustments in compensation for employees in those markets. Our goal is to fairly compensate all our Elevens based on these factors within the Company’s financial ability.
Compensation may be increased or decreased at Inspire11’s discretion based on an employee’s performance reviews, market conditions, and the Company’s financial performance. Inspire11 will always notify an employee in writing before any change is made to their compensation.
Bonuses
We may allow employees in Sales, Recruiting, or Leadership to earn periodic bonuses based on sales, revenue, client-specific or practice-specific targets. These targets are communicated to each eligible employee via offer letter or annual update. All such target-based bonuses are calculated based on the Company and an individual’s periodic performance and will only be awarded if: (a) the employee is meeting performance expectations and is an employee in good standing of the Company; (b) the target is met; and (c) the Company’s current financial performance and market conditions permit the bonus to be paid out. All periodic bonuses are discretionary and are earned only when paid out.
Each year, the Company will decide whether the Company’s financial performance, market performance, and business realities allow it to create an annual bonus pool. If the Company decides that annual bonuses may be awarded, then the Leadership Team will grant annual bonuses to employees in good standing based on the same factors discussed in the previous paragraph while also considering employees’ diligence, performance, expertise, skill, judgment, and experience. To be eligible to participate in this annual bonus pool, an employee must be hired by no later than October 1st of the preceding year. Annual bonuses and merit increases may be prorated based on hire date. Employees eligible for target-based periodic bonuses are not eligible to participate in the annual bonus pool.
Options or Other Equity in Inspire11
Inspire11 has a legacy program that allowed certain high-performing employees to purchase shares of the Company through an affiliate. The Company also has a newer program that grants options annually to high-performing employees based on their performance reviews, their managers’ recommendation, and leadership approval. These options have a vesting period associated with them.
Benefits
Full-time employees are eligible for the following contributory benefits, where premiums are partially paid by the Company and partially by the employee:
Full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits provided wholly by the Company:
Full-time employees are also eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) plan, which allows employees to contribute to a standard or Roth IRA. According to a vesting schedule, the Company matches 100% of employee contributions up to 3% of an employee’s salary.
Depending on eligibility and their elections, full-time employees may also have access to certain tax-advantaged savings accounts set up through the Company, into which employees contribute withheld funds:
Paid Time Off and Leave

In addition, Inspire11 has a self-managed paid time off policy (PTO) that does not set predetermined upper limits on the amount of PTO an employee may take. All PTO must be requested in advance and approved by the appropriate supervisor to ensure client work can continue. All full-time employees are expected to take a minimum of one week of PTO each year.
Inspire11 offers paid parental leave to full-time employees who have been with the company for at least one year. Birthing parents are eligible for up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave, while non-birthing parents are eligible for up to 6 weeks.
About the Role:
Gusto is searching for a builder. Not a manager of an existing PEO sales team — a founder-minded sales leader who will design the motion, write the playbook, hire the team, and carry a personal book of business in the early months. This is a 0→1 opportunity to establish Gusto's PEO sales org from the ground up, and we're looking for someone who is energized by that challenge.
You will drive new PEO revenue by selling Gusto's co-employment solution to both prospects and our existing base of 400,000+ customers — Gusto's single biggest competitive advantage over legacy PEOs. The pace is fast, the market opportunity is real, and we're looking for someone who will bring experience, creativity, and a genuine passion for building to the table every single day. You align with our company values and have a knack for building for the long haul. If you're excited to roll up your sleeves, lead by example, and architect something from scratch, let's talk.
About the Team:
You will be the founding leader of Gusto's PEO sales function. In the first 6–12 months, you'll operate as a true player-coach — personally closing deals while simultaneously building the team, tooling, and infrastructure around you. You'll define the ideal customer profile, build out the sales stages and pipeline architecture in Salesforce, and establish the channel strategy (including broker and accountant referral partnerships) that will drive scalable new business over time.
This team will serve as Subject Matter Experts on PEO, guiding prospects through complex buying decisions and partnering closely with HR, benefits, and payroll counterparts to deliver a seamless customer experience. Your biggest unfair advantage: Gusto's existing install base. Like the best scaled PEOs, a meaningful share of your pipeline will come from converting existing payroll customers — and you'll be the one to design and build that on-ramp.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Here’s what we're looking for:
Our target on-target earnings (OTE) compensation for this role is $270,000/yr to $280,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $295,000/yr to $318,000/yr for San Francisco, & New York. This OTE is structured with a target 60% base pay and 40% commission pay with an uncapped commission structure.
We're looking for our new Head of Accountant Community to build and scale Gusto's brand presence and community with the accountant audience.
This is a highly visible, strategic role responsible for representing Gusto externally to accountants through thought leadership, community programs, events, and partnerships. You'll create the connective tissue between brand, community, and growth—driving firm recruitment, activation, and long-term engagement while strengthening Gusto's reputation as the small business partner accountants trust and advocate for.
This role is part of the go-to-market team responsible for driving pipeline and fueling growth across indirect channels. We combine creativity, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to design campaigns that reach, engage, and convert the right audiences at scale. Together, we've helped Gusto grow to serve thousands of accounting partners nationwide, and we're just getting started.
● Build and lead Gusto's accountant community strategy, defining how we show up consistently and credibly across owned, earned, and experiential channels.
● Represent Gusto externally to the accountant audience through thought leadership, speaking opportunities, events, community programs, and industry partnerships.
● Develop and scale community programs and experiences (virtual and in-person) that foster connection, education, and advocacy among accounting firms.
● Own and evolve Gusto's accountant-facing thought leadership strategy, partnering with content, comms, and product marketing to create narratives that build trust and authority.
● Partner closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure community efforts translate into firm recruitment, activation, and engagement.
● Design and execute events and sponsorship strategies (e.g., conferences, field events, roundtables, meetups) that strengthen brand affinity and accelerate funnel impact.
● Collaborate with PR, comms, and social teams to amplify community voices and elevate Gusto's presence in the broader accounting ecosystem.
● Establish feedback loops with accountants to surface insights that inform product positioning, messaging, and partner experience.
● Define and track success metrics across accountant community health, including awareness, sentiment, engagement, and top-of-funnel performance.
● Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to deliver high-quality programs efficiently and at scale.
● 7–10 years of experience in community marketing, ideally within partner- or relationship-driven industries.
● Proven experience building and scaling communities or external-facing programs that drive trust, engagement, and long-term growth.
● Strong track record of representing a brand externally through events, speaking, partnerships, or thought leadership.
● Experience developing integrated programs that connect brand and community efforts to measurable business outcomes.
● Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for senior, professional audiences.
● Strong cross-functional collaborator who can influence without authority and partner closely with sales, product marketing, comms, and leadership.
● Data-informed mindset with experience defining and measuring success across brand, engagement, and funnel metrics.
● AI fluency: Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Glean) to improve efficiency in content creation, personalization, and insight generation, with strong judgment about when to apply AI vs. human expertise in community building.
● Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while building something net-new from the ground up.
● Bonus: experience marketing to accountants, professional services firms, or other referral-based ecosystems.
Our cash compensation amount for this role is $152,655/yr to $190,000/yr in Denver, Phoenix/Scottsdale, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Atlanta; $180,000/yr to $225,000/yr for San Francisco & New York, and CAD $147,000 to $180,000/yr for Toronto. Shift4 is expanding globally and hiring a new Partner Manager, Marketplace!
The SkyTab Marketplace connects restaurant operators with the third-party software they need to run their business — from online ordering and reservations to accounting, loyalty, and beyond. Partners are the lifeblood of that ecosystem, and this role exists to recruit them, onboard them successfully, and help them thrive on the platform.
As Partner Manager, you'll own relationships with a portfolio of technology partners — managing the full lifecycle from initial outreach through launch and ongoing growth. You'll be the primary point of contact for partners, the internal advocate for their needs, and the person accountable for making sure integrations are live, healthy, and driving value on both sides.
This role is based onsite available at any of the following Shift4 locations: Tampa, FL / Atlanta, GA / Center Valley, PA
Responsibilities
What Success Looks Like
Six months in:
One year in:
You Should Know
This is an externally-facing role with real accountability for outcomes. Partners will look to you for answers, timelines, and solutions — you need to be comfortable owning that even when you have to go find the answer internally.
Integrations have a technical dimension. You don't need to be an engineer, but you'll be working with partners on API-based integrations and will need to get comfortable with the basics — reading documentation, understanding what's technically feasible, and knowing when to pull in engineering support.
The marketplace is still growing. You'll be working in a space that's actively being built, which means some processes will be undefined and some paths will need to be created. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action are important.
Qualifications
Why This Role Matters
The SkyTab Marketplace exists to give operators access to a curated ecosystem of tools that work together seamlessly. The Partner Manager is the person who makes that ecosystem real: recruiting the right partners, getting them live, and ensuring the integrations operators depend on are healthy and growing.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of product, commercial, and technology. If you want to help shape the restaurant tech ecosystem and build something operators genuinely rely on, this is the role.

Ensure vendors meet data privacy and security standards, including appropriate data processing, cross-border transfer mechanisms, and confidentiality obligations.
Disputes and Legal Matters: Handle low-level disputes and legal inquiries that arise in the normal course of business. Provide sound, practical legal guidance to internal teams for routine matters. Liaise with external counsel as needed on more complex issues, and draft and manage legal correspondence, including demand letters, cease and desist notices, and other dispute-related communications. Significant litigation, regulatory matters, or high-risk disputes will be managed in coordination with external counsel.
HR Legal Advisory: Partner with our People team to advise on employment-related legal questions, including compliance, policy questions, and employee relations matters. Provide practical, business-oriented guidance that balances legal compliance with operational realities. Escalate complex, multi-jurisdictional, or high-risk employment matters to external counsel where appropriate.

Support basic corporate governance matters across the company’s global entities, including drafting of company resolutions or coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers on entity management and required filings, as needed.
Contract Oversight and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for all active and completed contracts. Monitor contract timelines and proactively manage renewals, extensions, and close-outs. Proofread and fact-check all legal documents for accuracy and consistency, and communicate contract terms clearly to non-legal colleagues.

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! We are seeking a Program Experience Designer, People Operations — a rare blend of learning designer, experience architect, and AI practitioner who sits at the intersection of how people learn and how technology can make that learning exceptional.
You are not a pure instructional designer and you are not a pure technologist. You are the person in between: someone who understands the science of how adults learn, designs experiences that respect the learner’s time and context, and knows how to use AI to build programs that are smarter, faster to scale, and genuinely personalized. You bring a user experience mindset to everything you build — because you know that a learning program is only as good as the experience of going through it.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to one of the most significant transformations underway in Geotab’s People Operations function: reimagining how we onboard talent and develop leaders globally. The future of these programs is AI-driven, customized to each learner’s role, region, and experience level — and you will help build it. You thrive in ambiguity, prototype quickly, and care deeply about measurable outcomes over aesthetic polish.
As a Program Experience Designer, People Operations, your key area of responsibility will be shifting HR programs from one-size-fits-all delivery to customized, AI-enhanced learning journeys. You will be responsible for designing adaptive learning architectures, creating modular content structures, and developing continuous learning touchpoints that support new hires and leaders. You will also need to provide regular status reports to key partners to ensure the project is on time and meeting expectations. You will need to work closely with People Operations, HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate learning needs into business solutions.
To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, prototypes quickly, and brings a user experience mindset to everything you build. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and project management skills with an ability to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and manage multiple programs simultaneously. The successful candidate will also be able to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities to ensure timely results.
Play a hands-on role in reimagining HR programs including global onboarding, leadership experience and more. Focus on shifting programs from a one-size-fits-all delivery to customized, AI-enhanced learning journeys tailored to each learner’s role, region, seniority, and prior experience.
Design adaptive learning architectures that sequence and personalize content dynamically — so a tenured industry professional and a new graduate have meaningfully different experiences within the same program.
Extend the impact of onboarding beyond the first week, building continuous learning touchpoints that support new hires through their first 90 days and beyond.
Design leadership development experiences that meet leaders where they are — building programs that adapt to individual growth areas, deliver just-in-time coaching resources, and scale across Geotab’s global teams without sacrificing quality or relevance.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks to build programs that are engaging, appropriately challenging, and structured for long-term retention.
Design end-to-end learner journeys — from needs analysis and outcome definition through content architecture, experience flow, and assessment — with the learner’s perspective at the center of every decision.
Bring a UX mindset to program design: map learner states, identify friction points, prototype and test experiences before full build, and iterate based on real usage data.
Develop modular, composable content structures that can be personalized, sequenced adaptively, and updated without requiring a full redesign.
Use AI tools to design, generate, and enhance learning content — from drafting scenario-based modules and knowledge checks to building conversational learning experiences and adaptive learning paths.
Leverage AI to create truly customized learner experiences at scale: personalizing content delivery based on role, region, prior knowledge, and real-time performance data.
Evaluate and recommend AI learning tools and platforms, with the ability to distinguish genuine capability from vendor hype — and the judgment to know when to build versus buy.
Stay current on AI developments in the learning and HR tech space and translate emerging capabilities into practical enhancements to Geotab’s programs.
Partner with People Operations, HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into well-designed programs and business solutions.
Build frameworks, templates, and playbooks that help the broader People Ops team adopt new design methods and AI-enhanced tools independently over time.
Facilitate working sessions to surface tribal knowledge, align on learning outcomes, and ensure programs reflect Geotab’s culture and values across all regions.
Ensure programs are globally ready — designed for cultural adaptability and regional compliance from the start, not retrofitted after the fact.
Define success metrics that go beyond completion rates — measuring time-to-productivity, learner confidence, knowledge retention, manager satisfaction, and behavioral change.
Instrument programs to capture meaningful data on what is working and where learners are struggling.
Conduct regular program reviews and share actionable insights with stakeholders and leadership.
3–5 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or program development within a People, HR, or L&D function.
Strong foundation in adult learning principles, competency-based development, and experience design — you can articulate why you made every design decision.
Demonstrated experience applying UX thinking to learning: learner journey mapping, experience prototyping, usability testing, and iteration based on feedback and data.
Hands-on experience building with AI tools — you have used AI to design, build, or meaningfully enhance learning programs, not just discuss the possibility.
Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing quality with speed to impact.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills — you can run a needs analysis session, align on outcomes, and navigate competing priorities without losing the thread.
Experience designing for global, multicultural audiences with an understanding of regional compliance, localization requirements, and cross-cultural learning nuance.
Comfort working with learning data — you know what to measure and how to use it to make programs better.
Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Codex, Sonnet, and Claude Code
Experience with AI learning platforms, adaptive learning systems, conversational learning design, or AI coaching tools.
Familiarity with learning management systems (Absorb) and how to design within their constraints and capabilities.
Background in UX design, service design, or human-centered design — formal or self-taught.
Knowledge of learning analytics frameworks and how to connect learning data to business outcomes.
Post-secondary Diploma/Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Organizational Development, Human Resources, UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Flex working arrangements
Home office reimbursement program
Baby bonus & parental leave top up program
Online learning and networking opportunities
Electric vehicle purchase incentive program
Competitive medical and dental benefits
