Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Global Benefits leads the strategy, design, and governance of Shift4’s global benefits programs across all regions to ensure alignment with the company’s Total Rewards philosophy, regulatory requirements, and global growth objectives.

This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and external brokers to develop competitive, compliant, and scalable benefits programs that support employee well-being, manage risk, and optimize cost. The Senior Global Benefits Manager oversees global health, welfare, retirement, and risk programs, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across 30+ countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global benefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and insured risk benefits across all regions.
• Oversee annual benefits renewals, vendor negotiations, and broker partnerships to ensure competitive positioning and cost discipline.
• Manage global benefits governance, including compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and multinational pooling arrangements.
• Partner with Finance to forecast and manage global benefits costs, including trend analysis, stop-loss strategy, and renewal modeling.
• Lead benefits integration efforts for acquisitions, ensuring seamless transition and alignment to Shift4’s benefits framework.
• Develop and maintain global benefits policies and documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across geographies.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to advise on local benefits practices, employee inquiries, and country-specific requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and market trends (e.g., EU directives, pension reforms, healthcare cost trends) and provide strategic recommendations.
• Oversee benefits administration processes and ensure accuracy, vendor performance, and service quality.
• Support employee communication and education efforts related to benefits programs.
• Drive global benefits harmonization initiatives where appropriate while balancing local regulatory and market realities.

Minimum Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in global benefits or total rewards, with direct experience managing multi-country programs.
• Strong understanding of global health, welfare, retirement, and risk benefit structures.
• Experience working with multinational brokers (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Aon) and global pooling arrangements.
• Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and statutory benefit requirements.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in benefits cost forecasting and trend analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Strong project management skills, particularly in global rollouts or M&A integration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex benefits information into clear guidance.
• Experience in a high-growth, global technology or payments environment preferred.

Shifft4 is expanding globally and we are adding to our teams, seeking a Senior Workday Reporting & Analytics Analyst to drive the design, development, optimization, and delivery of Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will be a technical expert in Workday reporting capabilities, including calculated fields and Workday Prism Analytics, and will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions. This individual will be central to advancing self-service reporting, improving data quality, and enabling HR and business leaders with actionable insights.

This role is onsite and can be based at any of the following Shift4 locations: Tampa, FL / Center Valley, PA / Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports using standard and advanced reporting tools (Matrix, Composite, Trending, etc.) and calculated fields to meet operational and strategic needs.
• Develop and optimize Workday dashboards, Discovery Boards, and visual analytics that support managers, HR partners, and leadership.
• Lead requirements gathering with HR stakeholders, translating business needs into efficient, scalable reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain Workday Prism data models that integrate multiple sources and enhance reporting capability.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues with existing reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to surface analytics needs, prioritize deliverables, and support data governance.
• Support testing, validation, and enhancement activities for Workday releases and new module rollouts.
• Document reporting logic, data models, user guides, and best practices; create job aids and training materials to increase self-service adoption.
• Assist in defining reporting standards and governance frameworks to ensure consistency across the enterprise.
• Collaborate on HR process improvement, identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve data flows.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HRIS, Data Analytics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics, including hands-on design of complex reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting tools, including advanced reporting and calculated fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.

• Workday Certification(s), especially in Reporting or Prism.
• Experience working with Workday Prism Analytics and multi-source data models.
• Experience with HR data governance, KPI definition, and reporting standards.
• Familiarity with Workday Security roles and access structures.

This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to develop competitive, equitable, and scalable pay structures and incentive programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The Senior Compensation Program Manager drives compensation planning cycles, leads benchmarking and market analysis, and manages strategic compensation initiatives, ensuring consistency, compliance, and best-in-class practices across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, management, and continuous improvement of global compensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and equity frameworks.
• Oversee the annual compensation planning process (merit, bonus, and equity cycles) in partnership with HR Operations and Finance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to budget.
• Develop and maintain global salary structures and pay bands across functions, geographies, and job levels to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Conduct and oversee market analysis using global compensation surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Aon) to ensure alignment with targeted market positioning.
• Manage compensation governance, policies, and compliance, including global pay transparency, pay equity reviews, and local labor regulations.

• Lead compensation-related projects such as job architecture alignment, system implementations (Workday Advanced Compensation), and acquisition integrations.

• Monitor compensation trends and best practices, providing strategic recommendations to senior HR and business leaders.

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards; experience managing global programs required.
• Deep understanding of compensation strategy, market pricing, job evaluation, and incentive design.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; experience with compensation tools such as Radford, Mercer, or Workday Advanced Compensation preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with HR, Finance, and business leaders across geographies.
• Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and trends, including pay transparency, FLSA, and EU pay directives.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
