About the role
We are hiring a Senior BI Analyst to serve as the dedicated analytics partner to our Technology organization. This role sits on the central BI team alongside analysts supporting other business functions and a small team of BI developers who own our modern data platform. You will be the primary analytics point of contact for the CTO org and the Finance partners supporting it, with a particular focus on engineering efficiency, capacity, delivery metrics, and public cloud spend.
This role is uniquely important right now. As a SaaS company in the late stages of migrating from private cloud to public cloud, public cloud economics — unit costs, usage drivers, commit strategies, and efficiency metrics — will be a core part of this role. Prior depth here is a plus but not required; we expect the right analyst to build that expertise quickly by partnering closely with our Finance and FinOps teams, and to translate what they learn into insights the CTO, engineering leaders, Finance, and FinOps can actually act on.
You will also inherit a set of existing tech ops and efficiency reports (sprint planning, team capacity, delivery throughput, etc.) that today live outside our standard architecture. A core part of your charter is partnering with our BI developers to modernize these reports and bring them onto our tech stack — with proper models, governance, and documentation.

The Data Engineering team (DAENGR) is the backbone of Route's data ecosystem. We are primarily responsible for the data infrastructure, quality, standards, frameworks, and architecture that power enterprise data, reporting, and analytics across the entire organization. ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the VP of Business and Market Development for Mission Critical Infrastructure, you will be the primary architect of LVT’s expansion into the most sensitive and high-stakes environments in the world. Leveraging a deep background in physical security and risk management, you will act as the vertical's strategic "overlay" expert, partnering with our sales teams to identify, influence, and close high-value deals.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor leadership role that requires a sophisticated understanding of how physical security technology integrates into the lifecycle of mission-critical assets. You will define the go-to-market strategy that positions our AI-driven intelligence as the standard for Hyperscale Construction teams (AWS, Google, Meta) and Tier 1 General Contractors (DPR, Turner), ensuring our solutions meet the rigorous security protocols and compliance standards required by global data center and infrastructure leaders.
This role can be based out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah, or remotely within the United States, with regular travel to meet with prospects and customers across the United States.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Architect Vertical Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market framework specifically tailored to the unique compliance and security demands of Mission Critical Infrastructure.
Drive Pipeline Excellence: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) overlay for the GTM team, providing the industry depth required to qualify opportunities and accelerate the sales cycle within the data center and critical construction sectors.
Influence & Close: Partner directly with sales representatives on key accounts to deliver compelling, vertical-specific value propositions that drive revenue growth.
Champion the Brand: Serve as the "Face of LVT" within the vertical, leveraging an elite network of contacts across Hyperscale owners and top-tier General Contracting firms.
