ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Partner Marketing & Events Specialist supports the planning and execution of partner-led marketing initiatives and events across priority verticals in Australia. Reporting to the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in Podium’s verticalised Marketing team, helping drive pipeline growth, brand presence, and partner engagement through high-quality event experiences and go-to-market collaboration. Experience in Automotive or Home services (trades) industries is highly regarded!
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys fast-paced execution, managing multiple priorities, and continuously improving performance through insights and experimentation. The role works closely with Sales, Partnerships, Integrations and broader Marketing teams to deliver impactful in-person and virtual events that support business growth.

The Role
Podium is looking for a talented AI Engineer where your primary mandate is twofold: rebuild and modernise our lead funnel using AI-first architecture, and design and deploy a suite of internal AI agents that eliminate repetitive, manual work for our AEs and SDRs — giving them more time to sell.

About the role

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an outstanding Sales Manager to lead and grow our Australia-based SDR sales team. This is a unique opportunity to manage a full-funnel sales motion, play a key leadership role in our high-performing sales org, and drive acquisition growth across key verticals.
As a hands-on leader, you will coach and mentor individual contributors, ensure strong alignment across teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-velocity SaaS environment.
Lead, coach, and inspire a growing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on verticals.
Drive performance by holding the team accountable to core KPIs and monthly quotas across outreach, pipeline creation, and closed-won revenue.
Work with our capability team to deliver impactful sales coaching and training sessions, embedding best practices in outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, and closing.
Lead hiring efforts and ongoing development of sales talent to support team growth.
Build and execute on strategic plans to scale the sales function in alignment with company targets and market opportunities.
Accurately forecast and report on performance metrics to local leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CX and Partnerships to optimise our go-to-market motion.
Be a culture carrier – lead by example with a positive, can-do attitude and a customer-first mindset.
5+ years of sales experience, ideally in high-velocity SaaS or technology sales targeting SMBs.
2+ years' sales leadership experience managing individual contributors
Demonstrated experience managing and scaling sales teams
Strong ability to inspire and coach both individuals and leaders; a hands-on leader who’s comfortable jumping into calls, training sessions, and 1:1s.
A proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
High EQ and strong communication skills – can lead with transparency, deliver feedback with care, and motivate under pressure.
Data-driven and operationally minded; confident in reading reports, analysing metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
Experience in building vertical strategies or working within verticalised sales teams is a strong plus.
A “founder mentality” – someone who thrives in fast-paced, scrappy environments and is excited to build, scale, and evolve.

Product Designer, AI
We're building AI Employees that run local businesses - agents that answer phones, book appointments, and close deals autonomously 24/7. As a Customer Success Manager (SMB), you will own the health, retention, and growth of a portfolio of small business customers. You will proactively drive product adoption, identify revenue expansion opportunities, and ensure customers realize measurable value from Podium’s platform.
This is a high-volume, revenue-impacting role where you are directly responsible for renewals, churn mitigation, and account growth. You will act as a strategic partner to your customers, guiding them throughout their lifecycle and helping them achieve their business goals through Podium’s Interaction Management platform.
Manage and act as the main point of contact for a high-volume portfolio (100+ Podium Clients).
Own customer renewals and be directly responsible for retention performance.
Identify and drive upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
Proactively monitor customer health, usage trends, and engagement metrics to mitigate churn risk.
Educate customers on best practices to increase product adoption and ROI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Marketing to advocate for customers and improve the overall experience.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasdct renewal and expansion opportunities.
3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Accounts Management, Retention, Collection, Sales, or simlar Customer-Facing roles (SaaS preferred).
Strong commercial mindset with comfort dicusing different commercial terms.
Great job stability is required.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with small business owners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and identify risk signals.
Ability to work onsite in our Guatemala City (Zone 10) office, Monday–Friday.
Experience in SaaS or technology environments.
Experience working for client porfolios.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and customer success tools.
Experience working with small business customers.
High adaptability and comfort in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will own the first 60 days of the customer journey, ensuring a seamless implementation and successful product launch. You are responsible for driving time-to-value, coordinating integrations, leading customer trainings, and setting the foundation for long-term retention.
This is a project-management-driven, customer-facing role that requires strong organization, technical confidence, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact during the first 30–60 days of the client's lifecycle.
Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new Podium accounts.
Coordinate product setup, integrations, and account configurations.
Drive time-to-value by ensuring customers successfully launch and adopt the platform.
Conduct tailored onboarding sessions and full-team trainings across customer locations.
Proactively manage and resolve onboarding-related escalations.
Maintain detailed documentation and project tracking within CRM systems.
Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff after onboarding completion.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
3–5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Implementation, Account Setup, Project Manager or Training/Enablement.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear deadlines.
Strong client-facing communication skills and executive presence.
Experience leading virtual trainings or customer workshops.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing usage data.
Must be available to work onsite in Guatemala City (Zone 10), Monday–Friday.
Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or other customer success tools.
Experience working with SMB customers.
Experience coordinating integrations or technical implementations.
Process improvement or operations mindset.

Role Description
As the Senior Vertical Marketing Manager, you will serve as a pseudo “CMO” for your vertical and become the go-to expert on understanding customer needs, pain points, and the industry landscape.
