As a Support Technician II at Dedicated IT, you’ll help our healthcare clients manage their technology, support their employees, and respond to day-to-day support needs. Working within the Dedicated IT Service Desk, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting systems of all shapes and sizes across the healthcare industry.
You can expect to be equipped with modern hardware, tools that help automate and improve the support experience, and systems that help you continue leveling up your technical skills.
Support Technician IIs are customer-oriented problem-solvers who provide fast, accurate, and professional technical support. This role primarily focuses on fielding incoming calls, assisting with emailed tickets, resolving support issues within SLA, and mentoring teammates. As part of Dedicated IT’s core technical team, you’ll support a wide variety of client environments and solve technical problems through ownership, strong documentation, and creative problem-solving.

Functions of Support Technician - Level 2
• Handle support tickets and work to resolve client issues within SLA times
• Work with team, Service Delivery Manager, and Team Lead to provide top quality service
• Work on a variety of basic to complex issues requested by end users
• Create tickets, document detailed notes, and accurately tracking time
• Update technical documentation in system
• Own and work email tickets when not answering calls or when requested
• Escalate requests or tickets to Team Lead with detailed notes of attempted remediations and recommended solutions
• Train/Mentor and Assist Support Technician I's
• Identify possible Major Incidents and notify Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager immediately
• Find alternative workarounds to problems when established procedures fail
• Train users in supported software & hardware
• Assist clients with the installation of business line software and related services for infrastructure or end-user
• Vendor management for client related support ticket resolution
• Ensuring all cases are followed up on in a timely manner
• Provide timely updates to clients
• Assist in training new employees
Technical Skills Required
• Ability to solve problems without specific instructional guidance

• ConnectWise experience preferred

About the role:
The Customer Support Engineer II is responsible for providing outstanding technical support focused on the overall success of Nintex’s customers and partners. They will collect all relevant data required to effectively troubleshoot and understand how the customer is using our products. They will ensure that all Service Level Agreements are met, and that each customer has a positive experience with each contact.
Your contribution will be:
Technical Support and Product Expertise: Using the company CRM, Phone or Chat, interact with external customers and partners to resolve all technical issues with Nintex’s products and environments where Nintex products are deployed. The role will be an internal escalation point before a case is moved to development including the ability to identify the customer impact, the customer base impact, and how to prioritize. The role will perform complex troubleshooting for the product the role supports including, but not limited to; advanced SharePoint configuration, Network Load Balancing, Managed Services Configuration, SQL database layout, code review / scripting, and solution advice and queries. You will use company and third-party training sites to grow your own knowledge and stay at the forefront of software technology stacks used by Nintex and its customers and become a subject matter expert.
Customer Engagement and Ambassadorship: The customers must be the central focal point in all interactions, and you will act as the voice of the customer in all interactions ensuring all defined SLA’s are adhered to ensure their continued success. In this role you must know your customer, be able to identify the customer’s technical ability, and customize messaging to ensure the customer has a clear understanding of what is being conveyed to them. You will anticipate follow-up questions and provide additional documentation to proactively answer ancillary questions or future issues. The role will be accountable for managing cases for key enterprise customers.
Replications and Knowledge Base: Use company virtual machines and tools to replicate complex customer scenarios, confirm whether behavior is unique to Nintex and document all results into defined Nintex department. On completion of all cases, the role will participate in knowledge base creation for internal and external consumption to reduce future in-bound case volume and same case issues. You will approve knowledge articles created by the regional team and create detailed scenario-based documentation. You will form a highly technical specialty: examples including Development skills in JavaScript, .NET, SQL Server knowledge or something that will help bridge the gap between Support and Development

The Director of Executive Education Analytics leads a dedicated Cape Town-based analytics team responsible for the full performance of 2U's Exec Ed portfolio. 1. Team Management & Development
Lead and manage the Cape Town Exec Ed analytics team, including a Senior Manager, Lead Analyst (Portfolio), and Senior Analysts.
Set clear expectations for performance, output quality, and professional development across the team.
Own the hiring, onboarding, and capability development of direct reports and the broader team beneath them.
Create a high-performance team culture that is analytically rigorous, partner-oriented, and accountable to outcomes.
Serve as the escalation point for people, performance, and stakeholder issues within the Exec Ed analytics function.
2. Spend Management & Investment Oversight
Own the analytical oversight of Exec Ed media investment ensuring spend plans are grounded in performance data, aligned to program goals, and executed correctly by media teams.
Hold the team accountable to monthly spend plan production and budget management for every program in the Exec Ed portfolio.
Partner with the Demand Generation and Media teams to ensure investment decisions are informed by full-funnel analytics, not channel metrics alone.
Provide leadership-level visibility into spend performance, variance from plan, and the analytical rationale behind investment decisions.
3. Analytics & Program Performance
Ensure the team delivers rigorous, timely program performance analytics across all Exec Ed offerings - covering funnel performance, submit-to-registration conversion, and cohort-level outcomes.
Own the registration forecasting function for Exec Ed, ensuring forecasts are accurate, consistently produced, and clearly communicated to business stakeholders.
Drive the team toward analytical best practices including the use of consistent methodologies, clean data hygiene, and a push toward automation where appropriate.
Lead or sponsor program performance conversations with senior internal stakeholders, stepping in where Director-level presence is required.
4. Portfolio Performance & Partner Reporting
Maintain a portfolio-level view of Exec Ed program health - tracking trends, identifying systemic risks, and ensuring leadership has a clear picture of the business at all times.
Oversee partner reporting ensuring that analytics delivered to university partners are accurate, well-presented, and reflect the full scope of program performance.
Oversee contact strategy analytics and customer journey analytics for Exec Ed, ensuring the team is building the right frameworks to measure and optimize the learner experience.
Partner with the VP of Analytics and CMO on portfolio-level strategy, cross-functional priorities, and Exec Ed business planning.
5. . Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as the senior Exec Ed analytics representative in cross-functional forums involving Finance, Media, Demand Generation, and Partner teams.
Partner with the Finance team on program-level financial reporting, forecast alignment, and budget planning.
Coordinate with the Degree Analytics team particularly the Portfolio Analytics function, to ensure consistency in methodology and reporting standards across the organization.
Represent the analytics function in partner-facing conversations where a Director-level presence is required.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
8+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years leading a team of 4 or more analysts or managers.
Demonstrated ownership of a business analytics function with accountability for both people and outcomes.
Strong command of demand generation analytics, media spend management, and enrollment or registration funnel performance.
Experience engaging with external partners or clients in an analytics capacity - you are comfortable in the room with senior stakeholders.
Ability to operate with autonomy in a Cape Town-based role while maintaining close alignment with US-based leadership.
Excellent communication skills - you present analytical findings clearly and confidently to executive and partner audiences.
Proficiency in analytics and BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent) and strong SQL or equivalent querying skills.

About the role:
As a Platform Security Engineer, you are a developing security professional building expertise in securing cloud-native infrastructure, container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and product services within the Platform Engineering organization. You take ownership of moderately complex security tasks with increasing autonomy while receiving guidance on architectural decisions and strategic direction. Your focus is the security posture of our platform and product infrastructure — the container orchestration layer, service mesh, observability stack, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure that engineering teams build and deploy on.
You implement and maintain security controls, build standardized security processes for engineering teams (vulnerability management, production security checks, secure build pipelines), support penetration testing and SOC operations for the product environment, contribute to compliance-related activities from the product security perspective, and help embed security practices into the developer experience through tooling and documentation.
You are building depth and maturity in infrastructure security, application security, and shift-left practices needed to progress toward a senior platform security role.

The Role
