The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior, hands‑on DevSecOps Engineer with strong experience operating and securing cloud‑native production environments in regulated settings.
They have deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code, and are comfortable owning production reliability, security monitoring, incident response and audit readiness (e.g. SOC2, PCI‑DSS). They favour automation over manual processes and take a pragmatic, security‑first approach to building and running scalable platforms.
This individual works well across engineering teams, communicates clearly in a distributed environment, and is confident mentoring others on secure infrastructure and DevSecOps best practices.
The Role
The DevSecOps Engineer's objective is to integrate security controls and maintain a highly available cloud infrastructure. You will ensure our platform remains secure, scalable, and compliant with relevant security standards (including SOC2 and PCI-DSS) by focusing on the running, securing, and monitoring of services in production.
Key Objectives:
- Production Excellence: Operate production environments with a "security-first" mindset, monitoring both availability and potential threats.
- Infrastructure as Code: Build and maintain secure IaC to manage platform scaling and consistency.
- Continuous Compliance: Ensure the success of security audits through automated compliance checks and rigorous evidence collection.
- Culture & Collaboration: Bridge the gap between development, security, and operations to foster a robust DevSecOps culture within the wider Engineering department.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Manage core AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda) with a focus on encryption, least-privilege access, and service reliability.
- Monitoring & Incident Response: Develop and refine strategies for monitoring system health and security events using tools like OpenSearch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all AWS environments meet relevant security standards. Implement and monitor "Policy as Code" using Terraform to automate audit-readiness.
- Deployment & Security Automation: Maintain configurations for automation tools, secure deployments, and vulnerability scans. Work with standardized SDLC tools to ensure consistent delivery to production.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the teams and Software Engineers to ensure application deployments are successful, working as intended, and compliant with security standards.
- Technical Mentorship: Provide leadership and guidance on secure infrastructure practices to other Software Engineers across the organization.
- This position involves on-call responsibilities: Responding to operational incidents when necessary. We aim to minimize unnecessary paging and build fault-tolerant systems that reduce operational load.
Skills and Experience
Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 5 years+ in a DevSecOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering role, preferably in fintech or a highly regulated environment.
- Deep expertise in AWS (specifically IAM, EKS, VPC, S3, RDS, and EC2).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and security tools (e.g., WAF, KMS, Shield).
- Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS), including administration and deployment via Helm.

You have three or more years of experience in producing product-related content, preferably within SaaS technology, digital auth or payments sectors. The Role
As a Product Content Specialist, you will:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our card payment authentication products (incl. 3DS ACS, 3DS Server MPI, 3DS Directory Server), fraud risk intelligence products (signal and rules processing) and customer authentication products (biometrics, device signals, customer identity, OTPs, etc.)
- Create and structure high-quality, engaging content that effectively communicates product features, benefits, and usage to a variety of audiences.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a highly competent Database Engineer for both on-prem and AWS Cloud. The successful candidate has considerable hands-on experience managing multi-node, multi-TB, high-load clusters, and has worked in high-pressure environments interacting with Production, Development and Infrastructure teams to identify, chaperone and resolve issues in development and production. A deep understanding of and extensive work experience with Galera or Percona Cluster on MySQL and/or MariaDB is key. Relevant experience with industry security standards (PCI DSS, PCI 3DS) is a big plus.
The Role
As a MySQL Database Engineer at Entersekt, you will be part of a company that provides 24/7 support for mission-critical database systems for financial authentication solutions in the market. You will be responsible for performing daily database administration, database design and troubleshooting, replication, and performance tuning tasks for multiple MariaDB and MySQL Clusters in production and development.

Database management:
- Design, implement, and maintain MySQL/MariaDB database clusters.

Database security:

- Proven 3+ years’ experience as a Galera or Percona cluster Database Administrator in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of MySQL database architecture, administration, and performance tuning.

The Role
The Senior Quality Engineer: Automation & Integration Testing is responsible for ensuring high product quality across multiple teams, with a strong initial focus on manual integration testing between three development teams, alongside building and maintaining automated tests.
The role plays a critical part in validating cross-service workflows, identifying integration risks early, and progressively strengthening automation to support continuous integration and delivery. The engineer collaborates closely with development and product teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute manual integration testing across three development teams, validating cross service workflows, data flows, and end to end customer journeys.
- Design and execute risk-based test strategies, using manual and exploratory testing where automation is not yet feasible or effective.
- Define, build, and maintain automated integration and end to end tests, with a clear focus on gradually reducing manual effort through sustainable automation.
- Collaborate closely with developers to validate integration points, APIs, contracts, and system behaviour across environments.
- Build and maintain test infrastructure and utilities (test data, mocks/stubs, environment configuration) to support both manual and automated testing.
- Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast feedback, clear reporting, and reliable quality gates.
- Triage integration issues, automation failures, and product defects, providing clear diagnostics, root cause analysis, and high-quality defect reports.

Skills and Experience
Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering, including hands-on manual testing, integration testing, and automated regression execution.
- Strong experience designing and executing manual integration and exploratory tests across distributed systems.
- 3+ years of Java experience building and maintaining automated tests.
- Hands‑on experience with Karate for API and microservice testing, plus mobile automation for iOS/Android (e.g., Appium) and web automation (e.g. Playwright, Selenium).
