Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.
Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.
About Axon 911
Axon 911 brings together Prepared and Carbyne under Axon. Together, we are creating the only platform that combines modern 911 infrastructure with an AI intelligence layer—helping public safety agencies move faster, make better decisions, and deliver better outcomes in the moments that matter most.
911 is the backbone of public safety, yet the professionals behind it have long been held back by outdated technology. Axon 911 is here to change that. Joining this team means more than taking a job—it means helping shape the future of emergency response and building a safer, more connected world.
As a Senior Sales Engineer, Public Safety (Mountain or Pacific Region), you are both a technical expert and a storyteller. You’ll work closely with Account Executives (AEs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and customers to translate complex technical requirements into compelling solutions. You will lead discovery, configure and demonstrate our platform, manage technical validations, and ensure a smooth handoff to post-sales implementation.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of technology, public safety operations, and customer success, and who thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Pre-Sales Solutioning
Technical Leadership
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
Customer Advocacy
Public Safety Technology & Systems Expertise
Candidates who are well-positioned for success in this role typically bring hands-on experience working with the core technology systems that power emergency communications centers.
This may include experience with:
• 911 call handling systems (CHE) such as VESTA, Viper, or Solacom
• Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) platforms used to manage emergency response workflows
• Radio console systems supporting multi-agency communications
• Logging recorders used for call review, compliance, and operational analysis
• Network and traffic analysis tools, such as Wireshark, used to troubleshoot system performance and integrations
Successful candidates often have direct experience supporting, configuring, troubleshooting, or operating these systems within PSAPs, ECCs, or other mission-critical public safety environments.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the United States. Candidates located in the Mountain or Pacific regions are strongly encouraged to apply. Due to the nature of the position, up to 75% travel is required, including customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
Benefits that Benefit You
Benefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work.
Pay Transparency
Axon offers a comprehensive total compensation package, which includes base salary, a generous annual bonus, and company equity.
The starting base salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 annually, excluding commission and bonuses, and varies based on geographic market. Actual base pay will depend on several factors, including level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location.
Our benefits are designed to support you physically, financially, and emotionally—through life’s major milestones and in your everyday moments. To learn more about our benefits, please visit www.axon.com/careers/benefits.

Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they check every box in the job description. About Us
Sage is on a mission to improve care and quality of life for older adults, starting with those residing in senior living communities. Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death among adults over 65, yet current prevention and emergency response systems are outdated and ineffective. Sage has built a modern approach to detecting when older adults need help and ensuring caregivers can respond quickly and reliably. Our mission is to create products that our partners love—and this role is core to that goal.
We're a small, tight-knit team of ambitious, multi-disciplinary entrepreneurs. As a software-enabled, mission-driven company, we focus relentlessly on the problems that matter most. We work hard and move fast, but we also operate with a marathon mindset: building something meaningful requires pace, intention, and care. The journey matters as much as the outcome.
About This Role
You will work closely with our Business Development Lead to shape Sage’s commercial motion—helping refine how we enter new markets, accelerate land-and-expand, and structure the sales organization for scale. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and relationship-building, and who understands the nuances of selling into senior living.
This role will require regular travel to our New York headquarters, customer sites, and industry events up to 50% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Benefits and Pay
Our headquarters are located in New York City’s Union Square, and we value cross-team collaboration and in-person connection. We encourage participation from all team members—great ideas can come from anywhere. While we take our mission seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We host offsites, outings, and team meals to stay connected as people. We offer office lunch, a fully stocked snack bar, and an in-office culture with flexibility for remote work.
We provide competitive base compensation along with stock options and a commission tied to 2026 revenue targets (TBD). The expected annual salary range for this role is $150,000–$175,000 USD depending on experience and interview performance. We offer fully paid health and dental coverage, plus vision insurance, premium primary and urgent care memberships, online health providers, unlimited PTO (“take what you need”), seven paid holidays, and a company-wide winter break.
