Accounts Payable Specialist
Summary:
The position reports to the Expense Reimbursement Supervisor and is an entry level position for the Accounts Payable Department. This position will provide administrative and processing support for disbursement processing and invoice life cycle. The position requires 2 - 3 years experience in an accounts payable role, preferrable in a high volume environment. Must have a working knowledge of the following: accounting system, Excel spreadsheets, use of a business email system. It would be preferred that the candidate have a minimum of a 2 year college degree.
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Become a team member that helps process 6,300 invoices each month
Integrate into a strong well balanced professional team, learning and sharing knowledge together
Submit invoices electronically to business unit reviewers and approvers
Review general ledger coding segmentation and make corrections as necessary
Respond to all internal and external accounts payable inquiries
Reconcile monthly vendor statements to accounts payable vendor records
Assume responsibility for selected vendor pay group(s)
Assist in implementing system and procedural changes as needed
Selection and review of weekly vendor payments in various formats
Work special projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 - 3 years working in accounts payable, preferably in a high volume environment
Ability to work in a open work environment and be able to filter standard office noise levels
Possess business system knowledge and proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets, word document processing and business email usage
Work a standard 40 hour weekly schedule, with starting and stopping times to be determined by department manager

SUMMARY: The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for managing the flow of inventory from production to shipments at the brand level. POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Demand Planner is a senior-level role responsible for both executing and developing
comprehensive sales and inventory plans at the account level, while also overseeing the strategic
flow of inventory from production to shipment at the brand level. This role recommends buy
placements and manages receipt flow to ensure supply meets consumer demand while adhering to
corporate standards for profitability and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
Determine style demand and inventory plans based on statistical forecasting inputs and
historical trends.
Work with account teams to ensure proper forecasts and parameters are set in the retailer's
replenishment systems.
Partner with Sales on pre-season planning for Replenishment, Key Items, and Assortment
building at the account level.
Provide Account Executives and Business Planning with monthly replenishment financial
projections.
Pull in-stock and WOS data at the style/color level; report business trends to monitor in-season
performance and adjust plans as needed.
Meet regularly with Account Executives to discuss in-season issues and opportunities.

The Technical Designer is responsible for building and maintaining garment specifications and fit from initial design concept through to final fit approval for women's categories. This role ensures fit consistency and Brand standards for construction are maintained throughout the assigned category. This position requires strong technical proficiency, process management, and problem-solving skills.
Work with business partners to obtain clear direction on design aesthetic, fit intent, and construction.
Build effective working relationships with cross-functional partners in Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Development, as well as overseas offices and direct vendors.
Develop specifications and garment construction methods for assigned categories; assist in cost engineering styles for bulk production.

Position Summary:
As the Assistant Planner, you will provide crucial support to the Planning team (encompassing Business, Demand, Supply, or DTC Planning). Key Responsibilities:

Position Summary:
As the Human Resources Manager, you would be responsible for serving as the primary human resources contact for all employees based in our New York office. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and local compliance. You will act as a strategic partner to local management, helping to foster a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.

Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance improvement, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Performance Management: Support and administer the company's performance review process, working with managers to ensure timely and effective feedback, goal setting, and development planning.
Policy & Compliance: Interpret and ensure consistent application of all company policies and procedures. Stay current on federal, state (New York and New Jersey), and local employment law to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to support local recruitment needs. Oversee the new hire onboarding process for New York employees to ensure a smooth and engaging transition.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop or facilitate local employee development programs, including manager training and mandatory compliance courses.
HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks for the local office, including reporting, data integrity, and maintaining employee records.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, operating in a standalone capacity or with minimal local HR support.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) is highly desirable.
Legal Knowledge: Expert knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws, with specific emphasis on New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ) labor law and compliance requirements.
Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues, excellent judgment, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
