The role

About the Team
The Ads Analytics team plays a critical role in Roku’s Advertising organization, leading measurement and analytics initiatives that power decision-making across the advertising ecosystem. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data systems to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Collaboration & Mentorship

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices in software and data engineering.
We’re Excited If You Have
8+ years of experience in software and/or data engineering with expertise in big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Apache Airflow.
Expertise with at least one of the following: Apache Druid, StarRocks, and Trino.
Strong understanding of SOLID principles and distributed systems architecture.
Proven experience in distributed data processing, data warehousing, and real-time data pipelines.
Advanced SQL skills, with expertise in query optimization for large datasets.
Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and data visualization tools.
Experience building highly scalable, low-latency, APIs.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as needed.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. (preferred)

Reporting into a Project Director you will manage global meetings, events and congress participation for our pharmaceutical clients. You will ensure each event is profitable, compliant and meets clients and team's expectations. This role, which includes national and international travel, will involve client partner, supplier and financial management at all stages of the delivery - pre, on-site and post event.

The Research and Insight team exists to be the voice of the consumer in the agency, collating, curating and sharing game-changing insight with our agency colleagues and clients across EssenceMediacom offices in Manchester and Leeds. We fulfil this in 4 key areas:

JOB PURPOSE
We’re looking for an Influencer Lead to help define and grow the influencer discipline at DEPT®. Based in London and part of our Creative & Media team, you’ll play a key role in evolving our creator offering developing standout campaigns, supporting our junior team, and ensuring our work is creatively brave, culturally relevant, and consistently excellent.
You’ll work across some of our most exciting global clients like PepsiCo, eBay, Just Eat and Visa crafting ideas, shaping deliverables, and guiding the day-to-day work of the influencer team. This is a role for someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment and is excited to push the boundaries of what influencer marketing can be.

You're an excellent teacher who can break down complex movement patterns and exercises into terms patients and families can understand and replicate. You recognize that your success isn't measured just by what happens during your visits, but by how well patients can continue their progress independently between sessions.
You're comfortable working one-on-one with patients for extended periods, building rapport while maintaining professional boundaries. You understand that home health PT requires flexibility - adapting to schedule changes, varying patient conditions, and the unique dynamics of providing care in someone's personal space.
You're organized and detail-oriented, able to manage your schedule, complete thorough OASIS documentation, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams while staying focused on what matters most: helping patients regain their independence and function.
Home health physical therapy offers unparalleled professional satisfaction. You'll have the time to truly know your patients, the autonomy to design and implement treatment plans, and the privilege of seeing remarkable transformations as patients progress from inability to independence.
