Who we’re looking for:
You’re already experienced in removing, repairing and fitting tyres, with the ability to diagnose tyre faults and determine whether repair or replacement is the right solution for the customer.
You’ll also have some experience of delivering great customer service and excellent time management skills, as you’ll be organising your work schedule each day
You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you are able to work as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently.
You will be a people person with excellent verbal, Numerical and written communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications / Experience
You will be a hardworking Assistant Accountant with previous knowledge of Kerridge/ADP or similar systems. Motor trade experience would be advantageous although not essential. Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and a positive mental attitude is what is needed to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilites:

Our Bodyshop Technicians play a vital role within our Aftersales team by delivering first class customer service every time. We want you to be part of our success. If you’re timed served or a qualified Bodyshop/Cosmetic Technician, whether you work in a dealer group or independent garage, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Bodyshop/Cosmetic technician. You'll be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn, while being able to work to the highest standards and also require a full UK driving license.
Having previous experience of working with brand would be advantageous, although not essential as supportive training can be provided.

Responsibilities
You will have prior experience in a similar premium automotive environment with a proven track record in transactional sales and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. You will be able to demonstrate experience in leading a highly motivated team and know how to get the best out of each team member.
Experience monitoring financial performance against budget and the ability to identify and address any shortfalls promptly is a must. You will need the ability to understand finance and insurance product regulations and have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate a sale. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential.
