The Role..

Soho House is growing at pace, with a strong global pipeline of new site acquisitions, conversions and developments. The Senior Analyst, Development is a high-potential, analytically driven role that will own the financial modelling, feasibility analysis and underwriting outputs that underpin Soho House's new site development programme, ensuring every opportunity in the pipeline is supported by rigorous, well-structured and presentation-ready financial analysis.

Approximately 80% of this role is dedicated to development finance and underwriting. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, preparing investment decks, maintaining the development pipeline tracker, and coordinating inputs from across the business. In addition to underwriting individual development projects, the role will support the enhancement of Soho House’s development underwriting standards and methodologies, strengthening capital discipline, improving decision‑making quality and supporting a scalable, repeatable acquisition and development process as the business continues to grow.

Automation & AI

• Identify, design, and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive data operations and reporting workflows across the Fundamentals department
• Leverage AI tools and large language models to enhance data extraction, classification, and analysis pipelines
• Build and maintain dashboards and query templates to support the broader analyst team with scalable, self-serve data access

Cross-functional Support & Product Development

• Assist the Fundamentals analyst teams with ad-hoc internal data requests, query setup, and analytical tasks
• Develop a deep understanding of how Octus clients use the platform and contribute ideas for improving data products and user experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a data analytics, financial data, or credit research role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards, and the ability to interpret financial statements and assess financial performance

The Data Support Developer is responsible for the day-to-day data support of the Sky Road Product Suite.  They will be responsible for front-line (Tier-1) support of all Sky Road clients and processes during European trading hours, Tier-1 and Tier-2 support of client data questions and issues, and developing scripts and tools to facilitate monitoring, alerting, and reconciliation of client data and processes.  The client support team is the front line of support to all Sky Road clients.  The Data Support Developer will communicate with the development team on support issues that require escalation.  They will also work with the project management team to assist with the onboarding of new clients and to understand new client workflows to facilitate support.  The Data Support Developer will also assist with the QA testing process of data workflows during client onboarding and releases.

The Sky Road technology team consists of front-end developers, server-side developers, and data developers. Purpose of Role:

The main purpose of the role is responsibility for the posting, review and reporting of the Group’s management fees, performance fees, client rebates and commissions. This involves the oversight and analytical review of monthly net revenue bookings, billing processes and cash matching as well as ensuring that payments to clients are made on a timely basis. This role will report directly into the Manager of Revenue.

Specific responsibilities:

• Review and post into the general ledger; ensure revenues, rebates and commissions are recorded correctly
• Analyse and understand the drivers behind changes to accruals and month-on-month movements
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month-end reporting process
• Distribute payment schedules and invoices; ensure prompt collection of cash from clients/counterparties, including cash matching and management of returned payments
• Review, analyse and approve rebates and commission payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness; provide debtor correspondence as required
• Comply with CASS regulatory requirements

Technical competencies: 

• Minimum 1 years post graduate, work experience

• Build and own the capital allocation framework — how Helsing decides which programmes, markets and M&A targets to invest in

• Model CAPEX vs OPEX trade-offs for major investment decisions including facility expansion, owned hardware platforms and data centre infrastructure

• Analyse and propose capital optimisation levers including lease vs own, build vs buy, and government grant or subsidised financing opportunities (EIB, export credit agencies, national defence industrial funds)

• Support the CFO on term sheet analysis, financing structures and debt covenant modelling

• Own working capital management — programme billing milestones, payment terms with governments and primes, and cash flow optimisation

Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Translate operational plans into financial outcomes as a direct partner to the VP Business Finance and CEO

• Build financial models for major business decisions: new market entry, domain expansion, pricing strategy and headcount investment cases

• Analyse defence contract economics across contract types — cost-plus, T&M, fixed-price, IDIQ — and ensure bidding and revenue recognition reflect the correct financial treatment under IFRS 15

• Partner with the M&A team on financial due diligence for acquisition targets and post-close integration financial modelling

Systems, Data & AI-First Finance

• Lead the selection and implementation of Helsing's FP&A tooling — from planning platform (Anaplan, Pigment, Cube, or equivalent) to management reporting stack

• Build AI-powered forecasting models that draw on contract backlog data, programme burn rates and external defence budget signals

• Design the finance data architecture — ensuring planning data is clean, auditable and connected to the ERP

• Develop and deploy AI agents for automated variance analysis, forecast generation and board reporting — reducing manual effort and increasing analytical depth

• Define and own the single source of truth for all financial KPIs across the organisation

You should apply if you

• Have built an FP&A function from scratch — no inherited team, no legacy tools, no established process — and can demonstrate the planning infrastructure, reporting architecture and team you created

• Have operated successfully in a high-growth, venture-backed or recently listed technology environment and understand the financial complexity of scaling across multiple geographies and contract types

• Can build three-statement integrated financial models from first principles and model complex defence contract structures (cost-plus, T&M, fixed-price, milestone billing) under IFRS 15

About our Product Team:

Liberis is building the embedded finance platform that lets partners around the world offer innovative funding products to their small business customers. We're a growth-stage fintech with teams in London, Atlanta, Stockholm, Munich and Mumbai, and we're at a point where the platform challenges are genuinely interesting: we're not just adding features, we're building financial infrastructure that didn't exist a year ago. Engineering is going through an AI-first transformation, rethinking how teams are structured and how they ship. It's changing what a small team can do.

Product owns outcomes here, not just delivery. You will have real autonomy, a direct partnership with engineering leadership, and the space to make big calls on hard problems. If you've spent time in large organisations waiting for permission, this is different.

The role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Financial Systems domain. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, not features. You will own the foundational layers that the rest of Liberis builds on top of: the payment rails, ledger, merchant revenue intelligence, and identity systems that make our products work.

The problems here are genuinely hard. How do you replace a third-party classification engine with an in-house AI model without disrupting live underwriting? How do you build a new repayment capability that opens up partners who sit outside the payment flow? How do you manage payment infrastructure across multiple providers and geographies while migrating the platform underneath? If these are the kinds of challenges that get you out of bed, keep reading.

You will partner directly with a Head of Engineering and work across several small, focused engineering teams. We're in the middle of an AI-first engineering transformation: teams of 2-4 engineers work on a problem but execute like a full team, with AI embedded in how they build, test, and ship. There are around 20 engineers across the domain, and the way they work is changing fast. You'll be part of shaping that.

What you'll get to do:

• Own the product vision, roadmap and delivery across Financial Systems (Funding, Ledger, Merchant Revenue) and Merchant Identity.
• Lead complex platform initiatives end-to-end: vendor-to-AI transitions, new payment rail buildouts, cross-provider infrastructure management, and data model evolution. Several of these involve replacing legacy vendor systems with in-house AI models. These aren't feature requests. They're engineering-heavy, cross-team programmes with real commercial stakes.
• Sit with engineers daily. Understand the data flows and the API contracts. Be the PM who engineers want in the room because you make technical decisions better, not slower.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on initiatives that require buy-in from Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Engineering leadership. Build business cases, present pilot data, and make the commercial argument for platform investment.
• Manage vendor relationships and make build-vs-buy decisions with real contract deadlines and cost implications.
• Build technical roadmaps that balance architectural health with commercial delivery. Sequence migrations so the business keeps shipping while the platform improves underneath.

Who you are:

• A systems thinker. When someone describes a requirement, you think about the data model underneath, the identity resolution upstream, and the three teams whose work will break if you get this wrong. You find the edge cases before engineering does.
• Technically deep. You can read a schema, follow a data flow, and have a real conversation with engineers about API design, migration strategies, and system trade-offs. You don't write production code, but engineers respect your judgement because you've earned it.
• Comfortable with complexity. The domains you will own don't have neat boundaries. Merchant identity touches everything. Financial systems underpin every product. You have led large migrations, platform consolidations, or system redesigns and know that the hard part is sequencing, not architecture.
• Execution driven. You break large, intimidating platform programmes into deliverable increments. You keep momentum through complexity rather than getting lost in it.
• Commercially grounded. You can articulate why replacing a vendor saves six figures a year, why a new repayment method unlocks a major revenue stream, or why a migration matters for speed to market. You bring skeptical stakeholders along with data, not slides.
• A clear communicator. You adjust naturally between a technical deep-dive with an engineer and a strategic update for the exec team. You write well, present clearly, and keep stakeholders informed without being asked.

What we think you'll need:

• Experience owning platform or infrastructure-level product areas: data platforms, identity systems, ledgers, core banking, payments infrastructure, or similar.
• A track record of leading complex migrations, vendor transitions, or platform redesigns in production, with real deadlines and commercial pressure.
• Experience in fintech, lending, payments or financial services. You understand payment rails, revenue-based finance, and the regulatory context around financial products.
• Strong data skills and genuinely excited about using AI tooling to move faster, whether that's interrogating data, drafting specs, or accelerating your own workflow. You'll be joining an org that's betting heavily on AI across both its products and its ways of working.

Our mission is to help SMEs and sole traders grow and manage their money more effectively through market-leading savings, deposits, and investment solutions. By building a trusted, unified wealth platform integrated directly into Tide’s business account experience, we aim to become the primary hub where small businesses manage liquidity, build reserves, and grow their financial wellbeing.

The Wealth Services division encompasses savings accounts, investment products, deposit optimisation, cash management tools, and key partnerships with banking and investment providers. We are in the early stages of the journey, with strong traction and a large, underserved SME market ahead. ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, visionary VP of Wealth Services to define and scale Tide’s end to end wealth proposition. You will be the business, commercial, and product owner for the division, holding full P&L accountability and shaping the strategic roadmap that accelerates deposit growth, expands AUM, and delivers a best-in-class wealth experience for SMEs.

Partnering with the dedicated VP of Engineering for the domain, you will lead product management, commercial operations, and go to market functions for Wealth Services. The Financial Services Sales Team focuses on sales to hedge funds, asset management, investment banking, and private equity And Corporate Sales is verticalized with a focus on the Fortune 1000 in the following sectors: Life Sciences, Technology, Media, and Telecom, Energy and Industrials, Consulting, and Consumer Packaged Goods. Both the Financial Services and Corporate sales teams have Enterprise and Mid-Market sales professionals, and there is an additional corporate team of sales professionals focused exclusively on Investor Relations.

About the Role:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and accomplished new business sales professional to join our growing Corporate Sales team focused on selling into our mid market customer base. This is an opportunity to join a high growth company and sell an award winning product that is experiencing rapid adoption across all industry verticals. The person in this role will make a significant contribution in the company’s growth and future success.

Who You Are:

• An Accomplished Sales Professional who has experience selling into corporate vertical markets, which may include: Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT), Consume Packaged Goods (CPG), Life Sciences, Professional Services or Energy and Industrial markets: You understand Sales is both art and science, and clearly can articulate your version of the ‘science of sales’;    what activity leads to success and ultimately what you need to do to consistently hit your targets. Whether that is pipeline building, managing a heavy volume of product trials, or spearheading a complex negotiation, you have gained these skills through experience in SaaS sales, preferably focused on financial information and/or research solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Cold call, prospect, conduct frequent technical demonstrations and in a full 360 Sales role, targeting corporate  intelligence departments selling into a corporate vertical market.
• Research opportunities, prospect, initiate discussions, build relationships, conduct demos, manage product trials, and most importantly: close deals! This is an end-to-end new business sales role and no task is too small or too large.
• Forecast accurately and develop the necessary pipeline to meet/exceed quota.
• Work closely with our Product Specialist team during trials to ensure client engagement and ultimate purchase.
• Gather and distribute product feedback from clients and prospects to the sales and product teams to help us continually enhance our product offerings.
