The Function The purpose of the Investment Finance and Operations function is to deliver target returns for Business Relief and Income Service investors. We achieve this by deploying raised capital and providing suitable financing facilities to both public and private sector entities, in line with the risk and return profiles defined for our investor base. |

The Team This team support the Private Credit business, working closely with the Origination, Finance, Credit and Technology teams. A key priority is the management of the lending life cycle of a £1.6bn growing portfolio with a focus on enhancing existing processes, support and oversight of day-to-day tasks, emphasis on strong controls and accuracy and enhancing data quality. |

The Role We are hiring two individuals to join our Private Credit Operations team. These are new roles designed as an entry point into financial services and lending operations for candidates with limited prior industry experience who are looking to begin or develop a career in the sector. This is a broad, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day administration of a private credit loan portfolio across the full loan lifecycle. You will gain exposure to how a lending business operates in practice while developing core operational, financial and stakeholder management skills. The role sits across two areas: Deal Operations – supporting new lending transactions and onboarding Over time, you may rotate across both areas to build a full understanding of the lending lifecycle. |

The Role The Control & Reconciliation Executive will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data across the Private Credit loan portfolio. We’re looking for someone who is early in their career, has gained experience in this area and has a strong appetite to learn and grow. This role will be responsible for key reconciliations, reviewing financial data, investigating discrepancies and ensuring that operational controls are operating effectively. The individual will work closely with the Operations and Finance teams to maintain robust processes and improve data quality across the lending platform. The role requires strong analytical capability, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. The successful candidate will also support the ongoing improvement and automation of processes as the Private Credit platform continues to scale. |

The Role We are seeking a Cash Operations Executive to join the Private Credit Operations team and take responsibility of the Cash Operations function. This is a hands-on role responsible for the accurate posting, allocation and monitoring of all cash movements across a c. £1.5bn loan portfolio spanning multiple funds and legal entities. By helping teams make informed decisions and embedding risk awareness into everyday activity, they strengthen Triple Point’s resilience and long-term success. |

The Role The role is responsible for reviewing and challenging lending proposals across multiple verticals including SME Debt Finance, Property Development Finance, Corporate Lending & Leasing, Speciality Finance and Funds Finance. Working closely with origination teams, product heads and the Head of Credit, the Senior Credit Director ensures that transactions are approved within risk appetite and credit governance is applied consistently across the platform. The Senior Credit Director s a voting member of Private Credit Credit Committees and supports the Head of Credit in maintaining overall portfolio discipline and credit culture. This role is focused on transaction underwriting and credit governance. |

The Technical Operations & Cyber team safeguards Triple Point’s infrastructure and ensures our technology runs smoothly, securely and reliably. The team supports colleagues with day-to-day IT needs while maintaining robust systems and cyber resilience to keep customers' data & operations safe and effective. The team sits within the wider Digital & Tech team.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Cyber Engineer to lead project-based security engineering work, with a focus on securing identity, devices and cloud platforms.
You will serve as Triple Point’s specialist in identity, access, and cloud security controls, supporting the secure operation and working predominantly within our Microsoft 365, Azure, and Salesforce environments. Working closely with the Head of Technology Operations & Cyber, internal stakeholders, our IT MSP, and our SOC, you will ensure our environment is secure, resilient, and well-governed.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role owning security engineering projects end-to-end from design and planning through to implementation, documentation and transition into BAU.
