An overview of this role

This position is 100% remote and will be based in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, and/or Netherlands. 

GitLab is looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales team. As a BDR at GitLab, you get the opportunity to lead the initial outreach to targeted Enterprise and Mid Market accounts working in conjunction with the Field and Digital Marketing teams as well as the Sales and Customer Success teams. In this role you'll leverage creative marketing and sales tactics to prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas and roles to introduce GitLab's value. You'll be responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline for GitLab's Sales organization.

Our BDRs come from a diverse background. Many have worked in closing roles previously or managed teams.

We have an extensive onboarding and training program at GitLab and you'll be provided with necessary DevOps and GitLab knowledge to fulfill your role.

What you’ll do

• Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings and pipeline in your assigned territory.
• Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts to understand business needs, qualify opportunities, and create Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly BDR-sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) targets by consistently converting qualified prospects into opportunities.
• Research and prioritize target accounts using business and industry knowledge to identify key players, uncover compelling events, and develop tailored outreach strategies.
• Execute a multi-touch outreach cadence (call, email, social, etc.) to all prospects in your assigned territory using Outreach.io to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage, track, and accurately report all prospecting activities and pipeline in Salesforce to provide clear visibility into performance and forecast.
• Collaborate with Field, Corporate, and Digital Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to build targeted account lists, campaigns, and call strategies, and attend regional marketing events to engage participants, generate leads, and drive qualified Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
• Document and continuously improve Business Development Representative processes in the GitLab handbook, in partnership with your Business Development Manager, and mentor new BDR hires to help them ramp quickly and navigate key accounts.

About the team

As part of GitLab's growing Sales team, you will work closely with the Field and Digital Marketing teams, as well as the Sales and Customer Success teams. Our BDRs come from diverse backgrounds, and we provide extensive onboarding and training so you have the DevOps and GitLab knowledge you need to succeed.

As a Senior Bid Manager focused on supporting satellite development bidding activity, you will join a growing team responsible for providing unique space-based solutions to commercial and government customers. You will engage directly with several internal stakeholders including Engineering, Sales, Legal, finance as well as customers to deliver compelling proposals. You will collaborate closely with your Sales colleagues to manage the internal pipeline of opportunities through Spire’s sales governance, as well as developing customer specific high impact value propositions.

The role of the Senior Bid Manager requires a methodical, customer centric mindset with outstanding attention to detail and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. It will require developing a deep understanding of Spire’s technical capabilities and customer environment to deliver winning proposals.

Responsibilities of your role:

• Be a senior member of the Bid and Sales Engineering (SE) team, responsible for ensuring Spire’s proposals are delivered with consistently high quality, customer-value focused content
• Own the bid process and ensure proposals are managed through review gates, including scope, schedule, cost and risk reviews
• Develop value propositions with SE and Sales, translating these effectively into custom proposals 
• Work with Sales and Sales engineering to ensure the technical writing and graphics in proposals is to a high standard
• Lead both fast paced commercial and high value & complexity government tenders
• Owning the core templates for proposals to customers
• Owning the templates for internal deliverable templates required for submitting proposals supporting Spire’s Sales Review Process

Required Qualifications / Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in a bid/proposals/capture management role, leading cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Business, Finance or Engineering field
• Proven track record of managing highly complex bid pipelines, ideally in the Aerospace or Space industry
• The drive and energy to work in a fast paced, high-performance environment
• Proven track record in generation of value propositions for tenders in commercial or government customers & proficient use of business winning toolkits to deliver compelling proposals
  
  

Strong candidates will also possess skills or have direct experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Experience in the development of competitive tenders
• Knowledge and experience of business finance, working with subject matter experts on costing for high complexity programmes
• Experience in risk management & generation of risk registers for bids
• Experience of bid planning and management for high value, complexity and volume of bids through internal governance, effectively managing internal stakeholders to ensure on time delivery.
• Experience in government bidding in regulatory onerous environments, such as Aerospace and Space
• Proficiency in technical writing of proposals documents

About the role:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead medium to high complexity deployments of our Agentic AI / conversational AI platform for enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle—from scoping and planning through go-live and hypercare—working in a pod model alongside a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) and an Agent Architect (AA). You will be the primary owner of timeline, scope, risk, governance, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that customers successfully transition to an Agentic OS layer for their enterprise communications.

Areas of ownership:

Project Ownership & Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned Agentic AI customer projects (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality).
• Run the pod (TPM + FDE + Agent Architect) as a single accountable delivery unit.
• Select and apply appropriate delivery methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) based on customer context and risk profile.
• Drive project planning: work breakdown, dependencies, critical path, and resource allocations across internal and partner teams.
• Maintain up-to-date project plan, RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and change log.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary delivery contact for customer project sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate recurring governance: status calls, steering committees, UAT readouts, and go-live reviews.
• Translate technical complexity into clear business impacts for executive stakeholders.
• Manage scope and change requests, ensuring commercial and delivery impacts are understood and agreed. 

Cross-Functional & Pod Coordination

• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers on integration readiness, environment setup, performance, and production stability.
• Coordinate with Agent Architects on discovery, agent design, prompt/context strategy, and conversational tuning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales handoff through BAU operations.
• Where partners are involved (SI/GSI/BPO), manage co-delivery responsibilities, expectations, and escalation paths.

Methodology & Process Discipline

• Plan and facilitate sprints, retros, and sprint reviews for Agile/hybrid projects; lead stage-gate reviews for Waterfall projects.
• Enforce documentation standards (Charter, Design Docs, Runbooks, Handover Docs).
• Ensure risk and compliance requirements (security reviews, data governance, regulatory constraints) are captured and incorporated into the plan.

Metrics & Reporting

• Define and track deployment KPIs, such as:
• Time to Blueprint, Time to First Agent in UAT, Time to Go-Live
• Milestone On-Time Rate
• Defect and incident trends during QA/UAT and Hypercare
• Report delivery status, risk posture, and mitigation plans to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute data to capacity and utilization models to inform planning and staffing.

Who you are:

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions involving at least one of:
• Contact Center / CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or related CX platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work across technical and business stakeholders (IT, Security, Operations, Business Owners).
• Solid understanding of software delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall) and when to apply each.
• Strong skills in project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday, MS Project, Smartsheet) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Miro).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with global, distributed teams.
• Fluency in English & German is required

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience delivering AI/ML, NLP, LLM-based, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Background in professional services or consulting working with enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Experience with partner co-delivery (SI, GSI, BPO, or ISV ecosystems).

• Lead, mentor and coach a cross-functional team of software and QA engineers to achieve their full potential

The Strategic Accounts team at HubSpot services our highest-paying and most complex customers. This team is responsible for coordinating the post-sale customer experience, enabling customers to achieve outcomes and making the value they’re getting out of HubSpot visible as a way of driving usage, desired outcomes, retention and growth.

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) on the German Strategic Accounts team, you will work with a wide variety of primarily corporate/enterprise-sized businesses. What you’ll do  

• Proactively identify large, strategic UX opportunities that span both inside your areas and across the product. Work with other product design managers, staff, and principal product designers to drive cross-product initiatives through awareness and prioritization.
• Identify strategic user research initiatives that span multiple stage groups (and possibly the entire product), and work with other product design/research managers to organize research efforts.
• Be a frequent and active participant in milestones by reviewing UX deliverables (such as research and designs) that your team creates, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality output.
• Communicate the value of UX to cross-functional GitLab team members and work with them to leverage the product development flow. 
• Help the product teams of areas you support to prioritize UX initiatives including Deferred UX, triage and resolution of UX bugs, and overall usability improvements to the product. Lead UX Scorecard initiatives in order to consistently measure the experience of your product areas and show improvements over time.
• Contribute to product direction conversations, with emphasis on leading the experience vision for your product areas.

• Plan

Role Purpose 

This is a dual-focus role sitting within Unybrands' global People & Culture team. You will own the full early-stage recruitment lifecycle for roles across our international organisation, acting as a key partner to hiring managers worldwide. Alongside this global TA remit, you will serve as the dedicated HR Coordinator for our Berlin office, ensuring all German employment compliance, payroll administration, employee lifecycle processes, and Works Council obligations are managed accurately and in line with German law. 

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in building a Talent Acquisition career who also brings — or is eager to develop — solid knowledge of German HR operations. The split is approximately 70% TA and 30% German HR Coordination. 

Key Responsibilities 

Part 1: Global Talent Acquisition (70%) 

Recruitment Delivery 

• Own and manage the early stages of the recruitment process for entry-level and selected professional roles across all Unybrands locations 

• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit 

• Conduct structured phone and video screening interviews and provide hiring managers with clear candidate summaries and recommendations 

• Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates and interview panels globally, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process across time zones 

• Serve as the primary candidate contact throughout the early recruiting lifecycle, delivering a high-quality and consistent candidate experience 

Sourcing & Pipeline 

• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools 

• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs across the business 

• Conduct proactive outreach and maintain ongoing engagement with prospective talent 

• Support employer branding activities including job postings, career fairs, and early talent initiatives 

TA Operations & Reporting 

• Maintain accurate candidate records and all hiring activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 

• Track recruiting metrics including pipeline progression, screening-to-interview ratios, and time-to-fill 

• Ensure all job advertisements meet local legal requirements — including AGG compliance (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz) for Germany-based roles 

• Identify opportunities to improve screening efficiency, sourcing strategies, and overall recruiting workflow 

• Partner closely with hiring managers and People & Culture stakeholders globally to understand role requirements and hiring priorities 

• Coordinate work permit and visa processes with external immigration support where required 

Part 2: Germany HR Coordination (30%) 

German Employment & Compliance 

• Ensure all employment contracts, amendments, and correspondence are compliant with German employment law (Arbeitsrecht) and maintained up to date 

• Manage Works Council (Betriebsrat) relations, including consultation processes, co-determination obligations, and timely notification for all relevant HR matters 

• Monitor changes to German labour legislation and advise the wider People team on any impact to Unybrands policy or practice 

• Liaise with external German employment lawyers as needed for complex or novel legal queries 

Payroll & Social Security 

• Work together with our Global Payroll Manager in all things related to German payroll 

• Manage Sozialversicherung (social security) registrations, de-registrations, and ongoing employer reporting (Krankenkasse, Rentenversicherung, Arbeitslosenversicherung) 

• Coordinate with the global payroll team to ensure German data flows are accurate, including salary changes, bonuses, and benefit deductions 

Employee Lifecycle Administration 

• Manage onboarding and offboarding for all Berlin-based employees, including employment contracts, Arbeitszeugnis (references), and all required documentation 

• Administer probationary periods (Probezeit), Elternzeit, Mutterschutz, Krankheitsanmeldung, and Urlaub processes 

• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records (digital and physical) in accordance with DSGVO / BDSG 

• Issue all required employee documentation including income confirmations, Bescheinigungen, and employment letters 

• Support disciplinary and grievance processes in line with German law and Unybrands standards 

HR Operations & HRIS 

• Respond to general HR queries from Berlin-based employees and line managers and route more complex issues appropriately 

• Maintain and update the HRIS with accurate data for all Germany-based employees 

• Liaise with IT and Finance to support employee lifecycle processes such as system access and payroll inputs 

• Maintain HR ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution of employee requests 

• Work together with our Global Payroll Manager to administer German employee benefits including occupational pension (bAV), health insurance options, and any other locally relevant benefits 

• Produce regular HR reporting for the Germany population — headcount, attrition, absence, and key people metrics 

Qualifications & Experience 

Essential 

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, HR coordination, or related work (internships considered) 

• Strong interest in — and some hands-on experience of — end-to-end recruiting and candidate-facing work 

• Working knowledge of German employment law, including Arbeitsrecht, Kündigungsschutzgesetz, and Betriebsverfassungsgesetz 

• Familiarity with German payroll processes, Sozialversicherung, and statutory leave types 

• Experience managing or supporting Works Council (Betriebsrat) relationships, or strong awareness of the obligations involved 

• Fluent German (native or C2) and English (business proficient) — written and spoken 

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) and comfort with HRIS and ATS platforms 

• Ability to handle confidential employee and candidate data appropriately, in line with DSGVO

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

About the role

We're looking for an Event Manager based in Bremen or Hanover to take ownership of a calendar that spans scientific conferences, partner and business summits, town halls, product and programme launches, press events, student life and campus celebrations, graduations, and executive convenings.

You'll be the operational and creative lead for online, offline, and hybrid events serving students, faculty, staff, prospects, partners, media, and the broader Constructor community. The role reports to the Head of PR & Events and works closely with marketing, academic leadership, and executive teams across multiple countries and time zones.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. You should be equally comfortable shaping the concept for a flagship conference, negotiating with a Bremen catering vendor, briefing a Nobel laureate guest speaker, and troubleshooting AV ten minutes before a town hall goes live.

What you'll own

Event strategy and planning. Translate the annual event plan into concrete proposals — formats, agendas, venues, vendors, staffing, budgets, timelines, and success metrics. Build event concepts that fit the audience, whether that's a scientific symposium, a partner roundtable, a student festival, or an all-hands.

End-to-end execution. Run events on the ground in Bremen and travel to support events elsewhere in Germany, Switzerland, and internationally. Manage venue selection, AV and production, signage, catering, accommodation, transport, registration, and on-site staffing.

Speaker and guest experience. Identify, secure, and host speakers, panellists, special guests, and VIPs. Own the full guest journey — from invitation and briefing through hospitality and follow-up.

Vendor and budget management. Build and maintain a network of reliable suppliers production, catering, AV, design, hospitality. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track spend against forecast.

Cross-functional coordination. Partner with marketing and PR on event promotion, content, and media engagement. Work with academic departments on conference and university events, with executives on town halls and partner-facing events, and with student affairs on campus and student-led events.

Measurement and improvement. Define KPIs for each event, track attendance and engagement, gather feedback, and report results. Use what you learn to improve the next one.

Concept development. Bring new ideas — formats, themes, partnerships, production approaches — and turn them into events that stand out.

What we're looking for

• Several years of hands-on event management experience across multiple event types — ideally including both corporate/business events and academic, scientific, or university events.
• Strong project management skills: comfortable running 5+ events in parallel at different stages, with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Solid operational knowledge of event logistics — venue and space planning, AV and production, signage and branding, catering, accommodation, and speaker coordination.
• A confident negotiator with vendors and suppliers, with a track record of delivering high-quality events on budget.
• Excellent people skills — you'll interact daily with senior executives, professors, students, partners, journalists, and external suppliers, and you make all of them feel well looked after.
• Comfortable working in an international, multi-entity environment across time zones with colleagues and partners in Europe, Latin America, and beyond.
• Self-directed and resourceful — we don't hand you a playbook; you build it.
• Fluency in English is required; German is strongly preferred (at least B2), given the Bremen base.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% and to work occasional evenings and weekends around event dates.

Nice to have

• Experience with scientific or academic conferences calls for papers, programme committees, and abstract management.
• Experience producing executive-level events, board meetings, partner summits, and press conferences.
• Familiarity with event tech stack registration platforms, hybrid streaming, and CRM integration.
• Experience in pitching and placing event-related content with media outlets.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Feedzai, you will play an integral role in the sale of our leading RiskOps platform to high-profile Financial Institutions. • 5+ years of professional experience as Solution Consultant in complex environments, supporting teams to land and expand client’s portfolio.
• Proven experience in the Financial Services industry - Financial Crime
• Relevant commercial / sales experience, with a track record working as a Solution Consultant / Pre-sales Engineer, supporting quota carriers in selling enterprise-level software in complex and mission-critical environments.
• Experience at a growth-stage Enterprise software SaaS company.
• Ability to understand and determine an enterprise's client’s needs and how Feedzai’s products might best fit through a consultative approach.
• Strong business acumen with executive presence, strong presentation skills and excellent listening skills

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Own Lyft Europe’s AV partner relationships end-to-end, serving as the primary external point of contact for partner leadership in the region
• Steer negotiations across our partnerships, coordinating input from cross-functional specialists and navigating complex commercial structures 
• Lead European top-of-funnel origination, identifying, qualifying, and advancing new AV partner conversations across the European ecosystem
• Track partner deliverables and milestones across active partnerships, proactively flagging risks and resolving commercial issues before they escalate
• Manage ongoing partner relationships and own the vision for our in-flight deployments, identifying opportunities to expand the scope and scale of each partnership

• Work closely with the wider Freenow teams across Europe to ensure alignment on European market strategy and leverage local expertise and relationships
• Represent the European perspective in Lyft's global AV Business Development strategy discussions

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships with deep knowledge of the European automotive or mobility ecosystem
• Established relationships with European AV companies, OEMs, or fleet operators
• Demonstrated track record of owning senior-level commercial relationships with complex, multi-party stakeholders
• Strong commercial instincts, able to read a deal structure, identify risks, and negotiate effectively
• Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a remote setup, able to represent Freenow/Lyft at a senior level externally without close day-to-day oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages (German,French, Spanish) are a plus
• Experience working with or across Chinese technology companies is a plus
• Prior exposure to the EU mobility regulatory landscape is a plus

You: 

As an Account Development Representative at Feedzai, you play a key role in enabling the sales of our leading AI/Machine learning platform. • In-house Consulting: Outside of the AV focus, the candidate may act as a project manager for high-impact, cross-functional projects as required by the company’s Senior leadership.
• Scope of Projects: These may include organizational changes, M&A activity, go-to-market strategies for new services, business opportunity research, sustainability initiatives and others.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in strategy and project management in consulting or high growth technology 
• Bachelor’s degree in  Business, Economics, or a related field. 
• Optionally specialized Project Management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP)  
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and senior executive audiences. Advanced proficiency in creating presentations and corporate reports is required.
• Demonstrated success in working with senior leaders and external partners to influence investment decisions and drive significant business outcomes.
• A strong analytical focus on detail, accuracy, and strategic thinking.
• Experience working specifically with Autonomous Vehicles (Desired) 

• Fluent in English
