As an ML Engineering Manager, you will lead across several cross-functional teams, managing up to ~10 machine learning engineers and data scientists. You will support teams working on data- and machine-learning-driven product capabilities.

Our product teams are cross functional and will typically include product managers, designers, engineers and subject matter experts relating to the team’s domain.

You will be accountable for the technical direction and delivery outcomes of your area. • 8+ years of professional experience building ML- or data-driven systems, at least 3 years’ experience leading and managing ML or data-focused teams

• Product-minded, with the ability to demonstrate meaningful business impact through technology

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own product direction for Soperator — our Slurm-on-Kubernetes control plane for GPU clusters.
In this role, you will shape how ML engineers and research teams run, scale, and optimize distributed workloads in production.

The work you’ll do:

Accountable Program Lead & Engagement Manager

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level internal / external executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives.

• Drive customer presence and sponsorship at key Celonis and industry events, serving as a Celonis leader at conferences, webinars, and through published thought leadership.
• Collaborate on innovation or new asset development in specific domains, and contribute to playbooks, resources, and tools for the value engineering team to enhance their effectiveness.

The Qualifications you need:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience (or similar industries such as Production, Manufacturing etc.) required

An overview of this role

As the first Engineering Manager embedded the Upstream Studios organization at GitLab, you'll lead a focused team of Engineers responsible for two foundational surfaces: the Pajamas Design System, which powers the coherence of the entire GitLab product, and docs.gitlab.com, the documentation platform serving millions of GitLab users and contributors worldwide. 

This is a rare opportunity to define what engineering leadership looks like inside a design organization. You’ll report to the Chief Design Officer and partner closely with Product Design, Technical Writing, Localization, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering leaders across GitLab. Critically, the design system is a contribution-based, company-wide platform that engineers across the entire organization depend on and actively participate in. Building those partnerships and making it easier for engineers everywhere to contribute to Pajamas will be central to your success.

Technical Account Managers are highly experienced Architects who bring both deep technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to support a small portfolio of strategic clients (approximately 3 per TAM). Impact of a Technical Success Manager

As a Technical Success Manager (TSM), you are the technical linchpin of the customer journey and a dedicated strategic advisor for our key accounts. You bridge the gap between complex technical execution and tangible business value, acting as the "glue" that ensures the promises made during sales become a reality. While Support handles reactive troubleshooting, you are the proactive force preventing friction before it starts. By designing reusable workflows and documenting unique challenges, you don't just solve problems for one customer—you scale the collective intelligence of the entire Upsun Customer Success organization.

What to expect

• Strategic Advisory: Own the post-go-live relationship for high-value accounts, acting as a technical authority to align our platform’s capabilities with their long-term business objectives.
• Architectural Optimization: Guide existing customers through complex growth phases and architectural shifts, ensuring their configurations are optimized for peak performance and scalability.
• Proactive Adoption: Identify underutilized features and provide the deep-dive technical guidance necessary to ensure customers realize the full ROI of the Upsun platform.

Working at the intersection of data engineering and business logic, you will play a critical role in the Data Science and Engineering Department at Upsun. By transforming vast amounts of raw platform events and business data into high-quality metrics, you enable deeper insights into our customers and internal operations. Au cœur de la performance globale de Decathlon, notre équipe opère les infrastructures critiques et les flux de données (SAP & non-SAP) qui font bouger nos produits. Riche de 60 passionné·es, notre collectif se structure par pôles d’expertise avec un ratio de proximité fort (1 manager pour 8 collaborateur·ices). Notre défi ? TA FUTURE CONTRIBUTION 🚀

En tant que Software Integration Engineer SAP Autorisation  tu es le·la garant·e de l’équilibre entre agilité technique et la gestion de projet majeure de l’équipe. Tes missions s'articulent autour de trois piliers :

• Vision & Roadmap : Co-construire avec tes collaborateur·ices la feuille de route pour moderniser nos produits et préparer l’avenir des autorisation SAP avec les parties prenantes. Tu intègres les enjeux business tout en pilotant deux OKR ambitieux : atteindre une maturité de 8/10 sur la gestion des autorisations d'ici 2026 et assurer l’alignement des roadmaps avec la fin de vie et renouvellement des module autorisation SAP.
• Gestion de projet Autorisation :  
• Piloter des projets transverses entre les équipes cybersécurité, les développeurs et le métier.
• Garantir des intégrations sécurisées et performantes à grande échelle en respectant les normes et standards SAP.
• Accompagner les équipes avec pédagogie dans l'adoption de ces standards.

The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our 6-person team based in Paris. Together, we'll be transforming raw data into the insights and intelligence that fuel Mirakl's next phase of growth—from product strategy to AI-driven workflows, everything we build needs a rock-solid data foundation.

The team balances autonomy with collaboration, and we make time for team moments because the best work happens when you actually know the people you're building with. Expect daily stand-ups and bi-weekly syncs at the team level, regular 1:1s with your mentor and manager for personalized support, and monthly all-hands and quarterly kick-offs to connect your work to Mirakl's bigger picture.

Your Impact

This isn't a "maintain the status quo" role, it's a chance to shape how data flows through the entire organization.

• Partner with product and business stakeholders to understand needs and ensure data products deliver actionable value
• Develop data models and comprehensive semantic layer documentation to convert raw data into analytics-ready datasets
• Build and maintain dashboards guaranteeing reliable access to critical performance indicators

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• You're looking for a 6-month internship starting in September 2026

Your Impact

• Partner with product and business stakeholders to understand needs and ensure data products deliver actionable value
• Develop data models and comprehensive semantic layer documentation to convert raw data into analytics-ready datasets
• Build and maintain dashboards guaranteeing reliable access to critical performance indicators
• Develop and support agentic analytical solutions, empowering users to independently discover insights and optimize workflows
• Drive adoption of analytics solutions through user training, responsive support, and incident resolution

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• You're looking for a 6-month internship starting in September 2026
• You're pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and transformation of very large datasets
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques (e.g., star schemas, normalization)
• Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis techniques

Skills:

• Data visualization with tools like Metabase, Superset, or Tableau
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Python for analytics and automation 
• nice to have: dbt, AI-powered/agentic tools
