We’re looking for a National Partner Manager (NPM) to work with OCD and Devoteam for EMEA. In this role, you will report to the Sr Director of Channels & Alliance, and work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on how we can build scalable routes to market with the right partners in your segment/region to reach customers and solve their cloud security challenges. You will help us design, build, and implement a successful channel strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Relationship:

Own relationships for OCD/ Devoteam at EMEA and local Level:
Named Partner sales reps, Named partner SE's
Drive enablement activities for National Partners with Partner Sellers and Technical team
Drive internal enablement with Wiz Sellers on Partner go-to-market and value
Develop and Execute Business Plans with managed Partner Accounts
Drive Account mapping activities with Regional Partner Sellers and Wiz Sellers
Support Account mapping activities with National Partner Sellers and Wiz Sellers
Regular Team Meeting cadence to present updates to the Wiz Sales team in region
1:1 with Wiz Sellers and RSD's
Best Practice Sharing with Wiz Sellers and Specialist team (can be RPM)
Go-to contact for any National partner conflict and support in Sales cycles of deals
Own escalations to ensure conflict is resolved
Hold Partners accountable for External Partner Rules of Engagement
Help hold Wiz sellers accountable for Internal Partner Rules of Engagement

Tactical Execution:

Own Reseller Agreement process while collaborating with Wiz Legal (if National partner related)
MNDA, OTRA, master agreements, order forms
Deliver Wiz First Meeting Pitch to Partner teams
Align with Wiz Marketing on regional strategy with Partners
Work with field marketing on driving attendance, and communicate follow up strategy
Goal to do 3 events per quarter per region (Wiz/CSP/Partner)
Manage available budgets (and spiff promotion, execution)
Deal Registration Qualification and administration
Manage deals alongside Wiz Sellers to ensure smooth partner engagement
Track private offers and work with Wiz Seller, Partner Operations to ensure the deal runs smoothly
Partner team forecasting ensuring proper deal management and engagement in opportunities
Weekly reports updates to teams supported and leadership

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Process Oriented. You pay attention to the details. You update your SFDC accounts. Your previous Sales Operations Teams love you.
A Channel Matchmaker. You know how to find the right partner for the right opportunity.
A Team Player. Selling is a team sport and the field is our customer. You were your previous Field teams "go to" channel person.
Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding.
SaaS Channel Experience.
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Cloud Service Provider Marketplace experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc).

Summary

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you’ll be responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform.

Ideally based in France, you will provide both strategic and hands-on technical guidance to customers throughout the Wiz journey, from onboarding to operationalization.

Technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills will be essential in address both the business and technical needs of our customers. Serving as the bridge between customers and the broader Wiz team, you'll streamline collaboration between Product Management, Sales, Engineering and Support for a cohesive customer experience.

What you’ll do

Provide customers with expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and assist in establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence.
Serve as the primary Wiz liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
Contribute to workshops aimed at helping customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform.
Develop trusted advisor relationships and establish a regular cadence with customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level, with a focus on increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and fostering satisfaction.
Help customers develop Success Plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
Measure customers’ achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externally.
Identify and address technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations quickly and efficiently.
Advocate for customer needs across various departments (product management, support, ...).
Offer insights regarding the availability of new features in Wiz.
Program manage account escalations effectively.
Collaborate with the Wiz Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals.
Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding Wiz usage across the customer’s organization.
Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform.
Continuously monitor news related to new & emerging cloud security threats.
Grow your knowledge of the Wiz ecosystem (Cloud Service Providers, Technology partners, ...)

What you’ll bring

3+ years of experience in technical customer facing roles, for example: Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer.
Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred.
Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and the security considerations associated with them.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer success, and exceeding performance targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
Fluent English and French

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineering Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional development and success.
You will thrive as a technical leader of the team not only in performing team leadership, but also getting your hands into technology.
Set clear performance expectations and objectives for the team and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
Coach and develop Solutions Engineering managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their leadership and coaching capabilities.
Partner with the Sales Leader to provide technical leadership to our customers and prospective customers in conjunction with helping our team meet joint quarterly sales targets.
Provide presentations to our customers and prospective customers such as whiteboards, product demonstrations, slides, and proof of value outcomes.
Help our customers and prospective customers plan in-depth test plans for showing the value of the Wiz platform in their environment (proof of value).
Invest time in learning new product features, industry related developments, and broadening your overall technical skillset.
Represent Wiz in technical forums such as trade shows, technical meetups, and industry events.
You will be the trusted advisor to your customers for all things related to cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Work closely with other regional and global Solutions Engineering leaders to share best practices and drive consistent processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

5+ years leading a team of Solutions Engineers and first-line SE Managers, across multiple customer segments and multiple product lines
Specific experience developing, managing, and coaching the performance of individual contributors and their leaders
A track record of recruiting, retaining, developing, and coaching a team of regionally focused skilled SEs and SE leaders
Experience deploying programs to advance the technical and selling skills of the leaders and SE team members
A demonstrable history of partnering with product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
A history of driving team accountability and deal management in Salesforce.
Cloud security experience
AWS/ Azure/ GCP hands on experience
Network engineering experience / background
Strong operating system, virtual machine and container knowledge
Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks
Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates and keys
Experience with traditional CSPM tools and / or cloud infrastructure security · Technical SaaS Selling experience
Awareness of the CI/CD process
