Our Product Pricing & Monetization team sits at the intersection of product and commercial strategy, responsible for holistic pricing and packaging across Gusto's full product suite.
We're looking for a Senior Pricing and Monetization Manager to focus across our platform. portfolio including Gusto Payroll, Gusto Time management and HR, and our suite of embedded financial services for employers and employees. You'll collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, data, engineering, and finance, with work that is visible to Gusto leadership.
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $152,000 - $180,000/yr in Denver, Phoenix, and Atlanta, and $180,000 - $218,000/yr for San Francisco & New York. The salary range for Toronto is CAD 133,000 - 160,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Trial Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research, a background in nursing or other healthcare fields, and a proven track record in patient recruitment. You'll engage with C-level executives and senior payroll specialists at accounting firms, with a focus on large regional and national players. The Partner Onboarding Agreement — a 30-day enablement contract signed at close — is your operating document once a firm is in. It defines milestones, role responsibilities across the firm, and the incentive structure that keeps both sides accountable through activation.
We're looking for a true "builder" — someone who's excited to wear multiple hats, design systems and processes, and run experiments. Comfort with a dynamic environment and the ability to pivot when needed is essential.

About the role:
We’re hiring a Principal Product Designer to lead AI design across Gusto.
This is one of the most senior individual contributor design roles at the company. You’ll define how AI works, behaves, and earns trust across the Gusto platform – starting with Gus, our AI conversational assistant, and expanding into AI-powered workflows embedded in payroll, benefits, HR, and beyond. You’ll shape the interaction model, UX principles, and product direction for AI across Gusto. You will work with senior Product and Engineering leaders to define our AI portfolio. You will develop important AI features that customers will consider and you’ll ship high-impact, customer-facing AI capabilities that help our customers get their work done faster and more effectively, while building their trust in Gusto. Tax is a critical pillar of Gusto’s platform. The Tax Platform team owns the core systems that determine how tax liabilities are calculated, tracked, paid, reconciled, and filed for more than 400,000 small businesses.
These systems sit at the intersection of money movement, regulatory compliance, and customer trust. The Tax Platform provides shared capabilities used across Tax, Compliance, and R&D, shaping how tax data flows through the company and how other teams build safely on top of Gusto’s tax foundation.
This is high-leverage, system-level work. About Role:
Urban Sky is seeking an Aerospace Engineer to help design and advance the next generation of high-performance stratospheric balloon systems. Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with balloon systems, aerostats, airships, blimps, or similar soft-goods-based systems. A background in soft goods, paired with a strong foundation in physics and material sciences, would be a good fit for this position.
In this role, you will need to understand material properties such as density, thickness, creep, tensile, elongation, tear, puncture, DSC, melt index, low temp brittleness, UV resistance, stress crack etc. and how to apply them to platform design. You’ll dive deep into the science and art of ballooning, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with trial-and-error testing and first principles thinking. This is a high-impact individual contributor role — you will be the primary engineer driving the reporting UI and clinical workflow that cardiologists and radiologists use to review, finalize, and deliver results.
Our engineering team skews backend-heavy, which means there is significant frontend work ahead and real ownership available for the right person. You will work directly with clinical stakeholders — cardiologists, radiologists, and Core Lab teams — to shape workflows that directly impact patient care.
The ideal candidate is a strong React/TypeScript engineer who is comfortable with backend API integration, has built clinician-facing interfaces before, and is genuinely excited about doing the detailed, grinding work of getting clinical UIs right.

Your Mission:
This FP&A position is a critical and highly visible role within the Iterable finance team that performs integrated analysis and consolidation to support department and company-wide planning, forecasting and performance reporting processes. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this role will partner with Research & Development (R&D) to support the company’s strategic objectives while keeping costs predictable. Your goal is to develop a deep understanding of links between our SaaS platform’s technical components and their financial costs to lead short and long-term forecasting of platform investments, technical development costs and partner directly with the CTO and head of product to align financial and development targets.
The successful candidate will specifically demonstrate a strong aptitude for interpreting, analyzing, and communicating complex business issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Problem-solving, prioritization, and attention to detail are critical. This position offers multiple opportunities to showcase analytical skills.
The core functions of the role include supporting the annual operating plan, fine tuning live forecast, contingent scenario planning, long-range planning, and month-end reporting processes while ensuring we maintain flexibility and continuously support the strategic objectives of Iterable.

About the Role
Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is seeking its first Chief Marketing Officer to define and own the brand and marketing function of a fast-growing, institutionally backed real estate investment platform. This is a rare opportunity to shape the identity of a firm with experienced founders, significant capital, and a clear path to becoming the nationally recognized leader in shallow bay, multi-tenant light industrial real estate.
The CMO will own the end-to-end marketing function—from brand strategy and investor positioning to digital presence and creative output—and will serve as the in-house steward of external marketing partners. The role is central to how Speed Bay presents itself to institutional LPs, private wealth platforms, and the broader market as it scales its fundraising and firm-building efforts.
The ideal candidate has led marketing for an institutional asset manager or distributed investment products business serving institutional and high net worth channels, is comfortable operating within FINRA marketing standards, and brings the strategic instincts to translate a complex investment platform into clear, compelling narratives for multiple distinct audiences. Experience with real estate investment products, 1031 exchange offerings, or non-traded REITs is a meaningful plus, but not a prerequisite. This person is both a creative leader and a disciplined operator—able to build durable marketing infrastructure while moving quickly to support active fundraising and broader firm-building initiatives.

Compensation
The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $200,000+. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and Speed Bay Senior Management approval. Speed Bay offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. Reporting to the Senior Director, Market Optimization & Trading, the Manager of CRR & FTR Trading is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Clearway’s congestion management strategies through active participation in ERCOT and CAISO’s Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) and Day-Ahead markets and the PJM Financial Transmission Right (FTR). This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and monetizing congestion opportunities while managing the company’s nodal risk and basis exposure across its generation portfolio. This role will also be tasked with developing hedging and risk management strategies across other parts of the portfolio. The position requires strong analytical, modeling, risk management, and trading skills to inform commercial decisions and support portfolio optimization within a rapidly expanding renewables platform.

We’re looking for our next Senior Technical Program Manager, an experienced scrum master who knows how to shepherd a product portfolio through the full product realization cycle while navigating competing priorities for a regulated product.
You’ll be responsible for driving Cleerly’s product realization process. You’ll help to lead the development team from planning through verification and validation to produce the best possible solution in a compliant, high-quality, and timely manner. You’ll have strong experience in risk management and delivering products in a regulated environment, such as software as a medical device (SaMD).
