The Role
We’re hiring a VP of Finance to build and lead our finance and accounting function as we scale. You will own financial strategy, planning, and operations and play a key role in long-term capital management and M&A. You’ll partner closely across the business, including business development, insurance, operations, people, and engineering leadership. This is a player-coach role for a hands-on executive who balances strategic leadership with operational execution in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

We’re looking for an Insurance Operations Manager to support the execution of new insurance products and operational initiatives across the business.

This role offers a base salary of $140,000–$180,000 (U.S. range, adjusted for experience and location), plus a performance-based bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Product Analyst, Commercial Insurance supports the Sr. Commercial Product Leader across all product development, pricing, research, and filing activities. This is an opportunity for an experienced underwriting or product professional who combines strong technical expertise with business judgment and is comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor in a dynamic environment.
The base salary range for this role is $160,000 – $205,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for a performance bonus and equity.
