Our market-leading technology and insurance program have created a foundation for explosive growth, and insurance agency producers comprise our most critical growth channel. We’ve built the most producer-friendly quoting, binding, and policy management platform in the small commercial space specifically to serve Producer’s unique needs. But while our technology is second to none, we’ve found that Producers deeply value personal relationships, and that responsive support on active deals is imperative in maximizing our Producer experience (and revenue growth).

As an Account Executive, you will act as a Deal Champion and be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of submitted quotes and putting Honeycomb in the best position possible to win this business. Your scope starts with qualifying deals after they are submitted to understand how we can most effectively position our solution. You’ll develop quick and lasting relationships with Honeycomb’s producers, and triage a variety of action items to a passionate cross-functional team that includes Regional Sales Managers, Underwriters, and Customer Service Representatives. And when we don’t win, you will collect all-important information as to how our offering can improve moving forward. In addition to your actions accelerating deal-level success, you will also play a key role in our sales and product development feedback loop, helping us to ensure that we retain sustainable product-market fit while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Leverage structured reporting to prioritize the most valuable Producers to call and Deals to qualify each day
• Conduct Deal qualification calls with Producers, documenting key ‘deal drivers’ such as why the policy is being marketed, who we’re competing against, target premium, timelines, and ultimately what it will take to win
• Escalate detailed coverage questions, large sales opportunities, and other strategic follow-ups to Regional Sales Managers
• Create tickets for Customer Support to execute tactical requirements, such as quote changes or policy Endorsements
• Build sales cases and collect information to inform expedited Underwriting
• Document why we lose deals, informing our pricing, coverages, and go-to-market roadmap moving forward

Basic Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales capacity, working with customers of insurance or B2B technology products
• Comfort coordinating with cross-functional internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

AI Underwriter

The Role 

• Computer Vision — helping evaluate and validate AI systems that analyze property imagery for risk assessment purposes.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Operations Specialist

Honeycomb is seeking a Revenue Operations Systems Specialist to own and scale our HubSpot CRM ecosystem—and the connected revenue tech stack that supports it—powering our Customer Success, Sales, Partner Distribution, and Underwriting teams. This role will be centered in HubSpot while partnering across integrated platforms and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, DocuSign, Talkdesk, IVANS, Fathom, Email Delivery Platforms, and other operational systems) to improve data compliance, cross functional processes, automation, and end-to-end workflows.

This role is deeply hands-on with HubSpot, focused on system configuration, workflow optimization, data integrity, report creation, and cross-system integrations. You’ll serve as the bridge between business users and RevOps, maintaining the backbone of our GTM infrastructure and ensuring that our CRM and connected systems are accurate, reliable, and evolving with the business. 

This position is ideal for someone who loves solving operational puzzles, thrives in technical CRM administration, and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to turn business requirements into elegant, scalable system solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Own HubSpot CRM maintenance: pipelines, goals, properties, workflows, deduplication, data hygiene, and governance.

What You’ll Do

Honeycomb Insurance is growing its independent agent channel, and we need someone to own that growth end-to-end. The Agent Channel Marketing Manager owns the numbers: broker activation rate, GWP per agency, and submission volume from the agent channel through designing & implementing the programs that move those numbers.

You will set the marketing strategy for how we bring agents on, activate dormant relationships, cross-sell to active producers, and win back lapsed ones. You will work alongside our Demand & Digital Lead on execution in our systems, but the strategy, content, messaging and the metrics are yours.

This role requires deep familiarity with the commercial insurance distribution landscape. You need to understand how independent agents think, what they need to trust a new carrier, and what moves them to submit business. 

• Lifecycle Program Design & Management

  • Design and own the full broker lifecycle: onboarding, reactivation, cross-sell/upsell to active agents, and win-back for lapsed relationships
  • Develop and manage broker segmentation strategy to personalize outreach and prioritize high-value agency relationships
  • Build gamification mechanics around the principal/producer experience to drive increased GWP per agency
  • Create content and messaging for broker-facing communications (emails, sell-through tools, and more)
  • Collaborate with the Demand & Digital Lead on email execution and campaign deployment 

  Agent Enablement

Within six months, activation rates are moving, you have a full enablement toolkit in market, and you are a recognized internal voice for the broker channel. Within a year, your programs are generating measurable lift in GWP per agency and submission volume, and you have the data to prove it.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong Excel proficiency to join our finance team. While experience in the insurance industry is a plus, it is not required. Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Process and review customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.

What You’ll Do

The Commercial Lines Product & Forms Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness of our commercial insurance products. This position is responsible for ongoing business testing to validate that rating, underwriting rules, and policy forms function as intended within internal systems. The analyst also supports product expansion by compiling, maintaining, and validating state-specific form lists as the company enters new jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular and systematic business testing to ensure rating algorithms, underwriting rules, eligibility criteria, and policy forms are operating accurately across all platforms.
• Perform regression testing after rate, rule, or form changes are implemented.
• Identify defects, document issues clearly, and collaborate with Product, IT, and Compliance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Validate end-to-end policy issuance, including quoting, binding, and document generation workflows.
• Maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation to support repeatable and consistent testing practices.

Forms Management & Multi-State Expansion Support

• Compile and maintain comprehensive forms listings for each state and product offering.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Underwriting, and Legal to validate required state-specific forms and updates.
• Assist in forms mapping and configuration to ensure accurate attachment rules within systems.
• Monitor regulatory updates and coordinate necessary adjustments to forms libraries.
• Support market expansion efforts by researching state requirements and preparing forms documentation for filings and system configuration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Actuarial, Compliance, Underwriting, and Technology teams to ensure product accuracy and readiness.
• Participate in project meetings, product rollout discussions, and system enhancement sessions.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on rating and forms behavior within commercial lines systems.

 Basic Requirements

• Required

  • 5 -7 years experience in property and casualty insurance (e.g., property, liability, package, workers’ compensation)
  • Strong understanding of rating, underwriting rules, and policy forms.
  • Prior experience in system testing, QA, or product support.

The Director of Actuarial is a critical position supporting Honeycomb’s Underwriting Team. In this role, you will report to Honeycomb’s Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) and work closely with the Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and Product/Engineering teams. You will be responsible for pricing, reserving analysis, rate indications, and ensuring data quality to effectively run the business. What You’ll Do

• Conduct regular rate indication analyses and make recommendations to the CUO and Underwriting team for rate adjustments
• Analyze loss performance of Honeycomb’s product and make recommendations to drive growth and improve profitability
• Conduct quarterly reserves to develop ultimate loss ratios by line of business
• Act as a liaison to Honeycomb’s capital and reinsurance partners to align profitability performance and goals
