As a Proposal Manager, you will sit at the center of Divergent’s most critical growth efforts and own the development and execution of complex, high-value proposals from initial strategy through final submission. You will serve as the connective tissue across program management, business development, engineering, legal, finance, and executive teams, ensuring all contributors are aligned while juggling multiple proposal responses and ensuring they stay on track for successful delivery.
You will drive response strategy, shaping how Divergent’s capabilities are positioned against customer requirements and competitive dynamics. This includes highlighting strengths, identifying risks, and working directly with technical subject matter experts to refine solutions and mitigate gaps. You will own proposal planning, generation, execution, and submission end-to-end, including compliance, review cycles, pricing alignment, and final submission.
This role requires exceptional project management and attention to detail, as well as creativity, critical thinking, and bias towards action.
At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels S05 - S06 as evaluated through our interview process.

Compensation and Benefits: Your base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $180,000 annually.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Katalyst. An Editor II pitches multiplatform coverage and interview ideas; chases, books and scripts interviews with reporters and guests that are done by the hosts live on the show, in the podcast or in a pre-recorded taping. The Editor II will also be assigned to edit those radio scripts, recorded interviews or other stories, which may also appear on video, that will be published on NPR owned and operated platforms as well as other sites.
This Editor II is expected to work a shift scheduled from approximately 3pm - 11:30pm ET / 12pm - 8:30pm PT. However, like other staff on Morning Edition, this position sometimes requires filling in on other shifts throughout the day as needed, including on holidays..
As with any editor at Morning Edition and Up First, an Editor II frames stories and offers structural input and line edits. They are familiar with the AP style of news writing and are expected to help the staff they work with meet NPR standards.
Other assignments or shifts may include executing and managing the editorial and operational direction of the live show or podcast with supervision. On occasion, this Editor II may be assigned to travel with a host to report from the field.
This is a union represented role covered under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement with SAG-AFTRA.

What You'll Do:
As a Senior Solutions Architect focused on our Space Services offering, you will join a growing team responsible for providing unique space-based solutions to the commercial market. You will engage directly with the Spire Account Executives and customer base to understand operational requirements, qualify opportunities, and design space-driven solutions. The role of Senior Solutions Architect requires a deep understanding of challenges of building, launching and operating small satellites. With an emphasis on our Space Services offering, you will build intimate knowledge of the Spire satellite subsystems, payload capabilities, and system interfaces critical to customers seeking to deploy systems onto our network. Successful candidates will have a broad and deep technical experience designing space systems along with strong communications skills and the ability to thrive in a customer focused environment. Who You Are:
You are a seasoned technical professional with experience in customer-facing roles, bringing expertise in satellite mission design, development, and testing. With a strong engineering background in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or systems disciplines—or equivalent technical experience—you excel at understanding complex customer requirements and delivering innovative solutions. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills allow you to effectively engage with stakeholders on different levels. Proficient in satellite design, orbital simulation tools like AGI STK, and satellite-based remote sensing, you have a clear grasp of mission design trades, RF spectrum considerations, and payload capabilities. At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below. This is a national range. For purposes of complying with applicable laws, the range applies to candidates in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Washington, and other states.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement.
In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program. Candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive health plan and other benefits that can be reviewed at Netskope Benefits site.

Position Description
LISC DC is seeking a multi-skilled individual with a passion for strengthening DC’s affordable housing stock through effective and thoughtful technical assistance, financial investment and capacity building activities. This position is a year-long contract (estimated May 2026- May 2027) that would focus on implementation of the organization’s 3C (Connecting Capital to Communities) initiative that supports small multi-family (5-49 unit) affordable buildings in DC neighborhoods.
