Position Description
LISC Fund Management (LFM) seeks an experienced and collaborative professional to serve as Senior Originator. This role is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and advancing mission-driven real estate investments across LFM’s place-based and national funds, with a primary focus on affordable housing transactions.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Fund Investments, the Senior Originator leads origination efforts in designated markets and funds, including the Cleveland Housing Investment Fund, the National Strategic Investment Impact Fund (NSIIF), and future place-based vehicles. The position is accountable for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of transactions and managing deals from initial sourcing through intake, credit committee approval, closing, and transition to asset management.
The Senior Originator works closely with underwriting, construction, asset management, fund management, and investor relations to ensure transactions are structured appropriately and executed efficiently. While supported by dedicated underwriting staff, the role requires the ability to evaluate financial analysis, assess credit considerations, and contribute meaningfully to investment committee discussions.
This position requires a self-directed professional who can manage multiple transactions simultaneously, cultivate relationships across markets, and contribute to market development through outreach, conference participation, and partner engagement. The Senior Originator plays a key role in advancing LFM’s investment strategy and supporting annual origination goals across its affordable housing and community development portfolio.

LISC DC is seeking a multi-skilled individual with a passion for strengthening DC’s affordable housing stock through effective and thoughtful technical assistance, financial investment and capacity building activities. This position is a year-long contract (estimated May 2026- May 2027) that would focus on implementation of the organization’s 3C (Connecting Capital to Communities) initiative that supports small multi-family (5-49 unit) affordable buildings in DC neighborhoods. Position Description
LISC is seeking candidates for the Analyst position in the organization’s Charter School Financing (CSF) team. As part of a team looking for new and innovative ways to help high-quality charter schools succeed in a challenging financial environment, the Analyst is responsible for the tracking, reporting and ongoing management of LISC’s charter school portfolio. The Analyst will be responsible for annual compliance reports to the Department of Education and CSF’s charter school funders as well as preparing annual school-related due diligence for the charter school loan portfolio. The Analyst will stay informed of city and state specific market information pertinent to schools in CSF’s portfolio. They will be the primary relationship manager for all loans currently in the loan portfolio, monitoring performance, and staying informed of ongoing academic performance, enrollment, charter renewals and leadership changes. They will provide support to the lending team as needed for market and academic analysis.
The Analyst provides frequent updates on the charter school portfolio performance and impact summaries. They are also is responsible for anticipating loan pay-offs and unwinding NMTC transactions as needed. Any loan amendments beyond one-time extension of the loan origination period will be the purview of the Analyst. Additional duties include building and maintaining relationships within the charter school lending sector and serves as a resource in the field, presenting at conferences and on industry committees. This position will travel for site visits, industry events and presentations, and project directors’ meetings with the Department of Education. The Analyst of Charter School Financing will report to the Director of Lending, Charter School Financing.

Position Overview
The Director of IT Applications Development and Business Intelligence provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s enterprise application portfolio, with particular focus on systems supporting finance, lending, and program delivery. Reporting to the CIO, this role ensures that business applications meet today’s operational needs while evolving to support emerging capabilities—particularly those enabled by artificial intelligence—in partnership with the Director of IT Program Management and Director of IT Infrastructure and Security.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
•Define and execute a multi-year strategy for enterprise business applications that anticipates how AI is transforming software development, configuration, analytics, and operational support.
•Guide the evolution from static, heavily customized systems toward configurable, composable platforms enhanced by AI-driven insights, automation, and decision support, while maintaining strong governance, data integrity, regulatory awareness, and human accountability.
•Advise in translating business, financial, and lending requirements into scalable, future-ready application strategies.
•Partner with the Director of IT Program Management to align application strategy with portfolio planning and delivery sequencing.
Application Portfolio Management
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and lifecycle management of enterprise business applications, including financial, lending, CRM, ERP, and program management systems. (Salesforce, NetSuite, Box, IvyTek Finance, other SaaS partners)
• Establish application standards, architectural principles, and integration patterns that support adaptability.

Qualifications

•Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
•Subject matter experience supporting finance, lending, banking, or financial operations, including systems related to loan origination, servicing, grants, underwriting, or financial reporting.
