Role
We’re looking for a Senior Threat Hunter to join our team. The role will be located remote in Costa Rica reporting to the Director of Threat Hunting as part of the Zscaler Threat Hunting team.
This role is a customer facing role, responsible for delivering white-glove threat hunting deliverables to customers. As a Threat Hunter, you will split your time between exploring Zscaler customer telemetry to identify potential threats and interacting directly with customers to discuss these potential threats. For this position, we’re looking for someone to work standard business working hours with occasional on-call duties.

We are looking for an Associate Velocity Sales Engineer to join our Virtual Service Center team. This is a remote role based in Costa Rica, reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Sales Engineering. The Associate Velocity Sales Engineer is part of the Solution Center team, supporting partners and internal teams with foundational technical pre-sales activities. Role
We’re looking for a Senior Detection Engineer to join our team. The role will be located in Costa Rica reporting to the Senior Manager of Threat Hunting as part of the Zscaler Threat Hunting team.
Detection Engineers are responsible for advancing threat detection and hunting capabilities of our managed threat hunting service: Zscaler Threat Hunting. This role involves combining Threat Researcher and Detection Engineering skills to develop next-generation detection logic for our threat hunters, utilizing tools like Python, SQL AWS services, YAML-based detection logic, and SIGMA-like rules. The role also contributes to the scalability and maintenance of engineering projects, leveraging data platforms such as Hadoop and Athena. Finally, this position requires independently writing and updating detections and playbooks, which includes working flexible hours, such as weekend night shifts and providing on-call support.

The Role:

What You'll Do:
You will work on our storage platform which supports the B2 Object Storage and Computer Backup products, responsible for reliably storing the customer data. You will help improve durability, increase throughput, and drive architectural changes to support the long term requirements of our service.
