As a Technical Success Manager you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of SMB to mid-market accounts as the primary post-sales contact, driving product adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction. You'll conduct proactive engagements and business reviews that communicate SentinelOne's value while identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion in partnership with Sales.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of SMB to mid-market accounts, acting as the primary post-sales contact and trusted advisor.
- Assist with customer lifecycle management: drive high product adoption, customer retention, and overall customer satisfaction within your assigned portfolio.
- Create and present Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) that illustrate the value SentinelOne is bringing to our customers and align with their strategic goals.
- Conduct proactive engagement with all assigned clients, ensuring a meaningful meeting or relevant touchpoint occurs on a defined cadence
- Act on auto-generated alerts and tasks created to identify and resolve customer risk proactively and upsell opportunities
- Use toolsets and automation to manage and gain optics on the overall health and product adoption across your portfolio.
- Represent and advocate for SentinelOne customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
- Proactively monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and shepherd escalated or at-risk customers toward resolution via a remediation plan, leveraging internal resources.
- Identify opportunities for growth, upsell, and expansion within your portfolio and collaborate closely with Sales to execute on these opportunities.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
- Possess a strong, customer-centric approach with a proven track record of managing a SMB to mid-market portfolio.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a high-touch Customer Success Manager role, with experience managing a dedicated portfolio of clients.
- Demonstrated success in increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention within a set book of business.
- Exceptional ability to conduct impactful business reviews and executive-level presentations.
- Proven ability to understand complex customer challenges, advise on best practices, and translate technical value into business impact.

As a Senior Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will configure and manage the core Salesforce platform, overseeing user management, complex security rules, advanced Flows, and high-impact dashboards. You will design scalable architectural solutions and own the platform roadmap, with a specific focus on customizing the Salesforce CPQ environment to align with evolving business requirements. Beyond configuration, you will oversee critical system integrations and implement continuous deployment via DevOps tools, while providing strategic support and training to empower our global end users.
What will you do?
This role is structured as a hybrid position, with ~1 day/week at our office in Heredia. This is a varied, business-facing role with the following responsibilities:
- Platform Configuration & Management:
- All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Perform routine and basic administration of Salesforce, including managing Salesforce usage and limits, backups, data import and exports, and sandbox refreshes and maintenance.
- Solution Design & Roadmapping:
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- CPQ & Automation:
- Configuration and Customization of the Salesforce CPQ platform to meet business requirements, including product setup, price rules, product configurations, quote templates, discount schedules, and approval processes.
- Monitor and manage CPQ-related data integrity and accuracy across opportunities, quotes, products, orders, contracts, and subscriptions.
- Configure and optimize process automations and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrations & DevOps:
- Management and maintenance of integrated applications and third-party suppliers, including DocuSign, Marketo, Conga, Zendesk, NetSuite, and Legal CLM.
- DevOps/release management experience, including implementing and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices using tools such as Git, GearSet, Flosum, or Copado.
- Experience using tools like Apex Data Loader, Developer Console, Workbench, and DemandTools for data management and troubleshooting.
- Support & Documentation:
- Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and Optimizer.
- Handle user support tickets, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- New user and ongoing user training to monitor and improve user adoption.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation of configurations, customizations, processes, and changes to ensure transparency and continuity.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Required:
- Level of education: BA/BS Degree required
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge, with at least five years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes.
- Good understanding of the Lead-to-Order Process.
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements and designing scalable, best-practice solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- DevOps/release management experience.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms and requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in change management and governance.
Desirable:
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Experience with any CPQ is a plus (Salesforce CPQ preferred).
- Understands basic triggers/Apex code knowledge.

What are we looking for?
The SentinelOne Wayfinder MDR Team Lead must demonstrate a solid understanding of security and security analysis concepts, specifically the service playbooks and best practices, and propose improvements as well as new playbooks and processes. The Team Lead is expected to serve as an escalation point for their direct reports on threats and escalations, as well as provide training and guidance to less experienced analysts in their respective fields of expertise.
What will you do?
- Lead, mentor, and empower your team of MDR analysts through regular 1:1s, providing prompt feedback, and fostering a high-performing culture.
- Own your team's operational performance by defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and service goals.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for your team, providing expert guidance during high-stress incidents.
- Lead customer-facing escalation calls with confidence, communicating complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate and maintain good relationships across the Threat Detection and Response organization, as well as with teams outside of MDR (ex: Product Management, Support, R&D) to improve the overall quality of the MDR service.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new analysts.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing playbooks, promoting knowledge sharing, and developing the team's capabilities.
What experience and knowledge should you bring?
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a SOC, IR, MDR, or similar environment.
- Leadership: 1+ years of experience in a leadership, mentorship, or team lead role.
- Mindset: A leadership mindset that values learning, collaboration, and mentorship
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of incident response workflows, EDR/XDR platforms (SentinelOne preferred), and attacker tactics (MITRE ATT&CK).
- Composure: Strong composure under pressure and the ability to lead decisively during high-pressure situations.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience leading customer-facing escalations.
Language: Full professional fluency in English is required.

As an IT Technical Support Engineer you will support multiple platforms, including Windows, Mac, and Linux, and requires a strong track record in technical support and services.
The position is hybrid, based in our office at the America Free Zone in Heredia.
What will you do?
- Act as the initial point of contact for end users via telephone, email, or the ticketing system.
- Able to provide technical support to Internal users situated in remote locations by diagnosing and resolving issues related to Software, Hardware, Networking, and other day-to-day basis Tools. Also drive the issue until resolution.
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with users regarding the status and resolution of their support tickets.
- Expertise in troubleshooting macOS and Windows platform issues.
- Excellent at providing technical support to users via Zoom or Slack as needed.
- Able to communicate with APJ, EMEA, and USA region employees.
- Experience in managing tools ensuring user productivity, like GSuite, Jumpcloud, Slack, Intune, Okta, AD, 1Password, JIRA, Asset management, Service Desk, Confluence, etc.
- Proactive in the management of Service Request, Incident, and Tasks within SLA and Escalate to L2 resources with proper troubleshooting notes.
- Able to create Knowledge Articles and Knowledge Bases for the Helpdesk Team if needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, customer-focused products and services.
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, issue resolution, and dispatching tickets to the right team.
- Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Change Management as per the ITIL process.
- Working knowledge of ServiceDesk tools like JIRA Service Desk OR other helpdesk tools for ticket management.
- Add and modify AD and Okta groups to provide the user access.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other closely related field
- Prefer 1-2+ years of IT support, technical support, system administration, or related technical customer-facing roles.
- Experience with delivering customer services, both frontline, second, and third tier levels, preferably within a SaaS B2B vendor environment.
- Proficiency in Windows, Mac, or Linux.
- Network or Endpoint Security background preferred.
- Excellent customer-facing abilities and strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Demonstrated understanding of common customer service tools (Ticketing, Voice, Chat) and processes.
- Independent, responsible, and result-driven team player.
- AWS, GCP, or Azure experience is an advantage
