We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join a growing PMO team, with focus on program delivery, driving portfolio management and operating model practices for Backblaze.

• Drive program planning and execution through program management best practices, manage risk and dependencies across multiple programs and teams
• Drive portfolio management practices as required, which includes overseeing the portfolio delivery pipeline across multiple projects, from incoming requests to evaluation/discovery to successful delivery
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on program goals, strategy, scope, timelines, decisions and outcomes
• Apply your “T” in TPM (technical skill set) as an active contributor in technical requirements and design conversations with the program teams

About the Role

The Senior Customer Growth Specialist is a post-sales, outbound role focused on generating expansion pipeline from our long-tail customer base. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Sales, with a clear mandate: identify customers with growth potential, engage them proactively, and create qualified expansion opportunities.

This is a high-activity, commercially focused role. You will work from data, signals, and insights to prioritize outreach, qualify opportunities, and hand off expansion pipeline to Customer Success Managers or Sales partners. While customer experience matters, success in this role is measured primarily by pipeline creation.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively engage existing Backblaze customers through outbound outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Identify expansion opportunities using signals such as product usage, intent data, account activity, and engagement trends
• Qualify customer needs, timelines, and expansion potential through discovery conversations
• Create and progress qualified expansion opportunities in Salesforce
• Partner closely with Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Sales to ensure clean handoffs

The Right Fit:

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, outbound role (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Customer Growth, or similar)
• Strong English communication skills at a C1 level or above, with the ability to work directly with U.S. accounts and communicate confidently in a client-facing environment
• Strong comfort with proactive outreach and customer conversations
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

About The Role

The Director of Growth owns the self-serve revenue engine end-to-end — from top-of-funnel acquisition strategy through product-led growth, activation, and expansion — and operates with cross-functional authority across Product, Engineering, Marketing Ops, and our paid acquisition agency. This is not a funnel repair job or a lifecycle marketing role. It’s a growth leadership role for someone who thinks first about where new users come from, and second about everything else.

What You’ll Do:

Top-of-Funnel Strategy

• Own organic and paid acquisition strategy across all channels, including direct oversight of our paid acquisition agency — setting strategy, budget allocation, and performance expectations
• Drive developer community acquisition accross Reddit, Hacker News, dev-focused communities, technical content, GitHub presence, and DevRel-adjacent programs

Product-Led Growth

• Own the PLG motion: product qualification logic, activation funnel design, self-serve to sales-led handoff design, and expansion trigger strategy
• Work directly with Product and Engineering to prioritize self-serve improvements and advocate for PLG in planning cycles

AI/ML Segment Ownership

• Own the corporate narrative and translate it into channel strategy, content, and partnerships targeting our strategic markets

Funnel Performance & Analytics

• Own north star KPIs across the full funnel
• Partner with BI to build and maintain PLG dashboards

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work across external agencies, our Marketing Ops team, our Partner with Customer Success teams to facilitate the full lifecyle of customers who choose to begin their journey with us through our self-serve engine and partner with our engineering and product teams to build the case for product investment and engineering capacity

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on recruiting leader to help scale Backblaze’s talent function across the US and globally. About the Role:

This role combines foundational curiosity with growing technical expertise to resolve complex customer issues involving Backblaze products and 3rd party integrations. The Technical Support Engineer demonstrates initiative, analytical detail, and a commitment to professional communication while taking action on technical issues ranging from individuals and small businesses up to Enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Create historic records that clearly outline how our service is being utilized and pinpointing where possible issues could arise.
• Parse code visually to see what the customer’s code is doing and having the knowledge of the B2 and S3 compatible API’s to discern what is going on in the user code.
• Write scripts that involve the B2/S3 compatible API for testing.
• Test 3rd party integrations and doing deep drives to learn the ins and outs of all of the integrations, while documenting quick configuration, caveats and other useful information to help in training.

What You'll Do:

• Design, configure and maintain data solutions such as Vitess, Apache Cassandra, NATS, Redis/ValKey
• Work closely with Operations and Application Engineers to develop new solutions and optimize existing ones
• Improve production system scalability, performance, and availability
• Deliver enhancements to observability, operability and reliability to lower TCO

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in databases, eventing systems, or distributed caching systems
• Experience in Linux environments

Bonus Points:

• Kubernetes experience
• Experience running systems at cloud scale
• Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to help fuel growth by designing and executing "campaign attacks" that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

In this role, you will be the primary engine of execution. You will collaborate across teams to build and optimize integrated, multi-channel programs—spanning email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, and more—to ensure we reach the right audiences and deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with the Senior Director to workshop target lists and develop the specific methods we use to "attack" each campaign.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Campaign "Attacks": Collaborate in designing and executing integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid, and event channels.
• Workshop Target Lists: Take a data-driven approach to building and refining target account lists, using insights and intent data to ensure every campaign is focused and effective.
• Execute ABM Strategies: Play a key part in developing and refining our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, identifying high-value accounts and influencing buying committees to accelerate revenue.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Sales Leaders to align campaign strategies with business goals and pipeline objectives.
• AI-Powered Growth: Use AI as a force-multiplier to accelerate research, insights, and content iteration while preserving brand voice and accuracy.
• Storytelling & Brand Alignment: Collaborate with content, product marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent storytelling and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
• Analyze & Optimize: Continuously test, learn, and optimize programs for scalability, connecting marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

The Right Fit:

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related field.
• Proven Execution: A track record of executing data-driven, cross-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
• The Tech Stack: Analytical mindset with experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms to measure success.
• The "Plus" Skills: Experience (or a hunger to learn) Clay, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or utilizing intent data is a major plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can craft compelling messaging and articulate strategy clearly across teams.
• Project Management: Strong collaboration and project management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

About the Role:

We are looking for a GTM Engineer Associate to bridge the gap between our high-level marketing strategy and technical execution. Your primary mission is to fuel growth by designing and executing the technical infrastructure for campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline.

You won’t just follow a process; you will build and optimize integrated, multi-channel programs that leverage automation and AI to reach the right audiences at the perfect time. You are the "technical architect" who takes a creative campaign idea and engineers the delivery system that makes it perform at 10x scale.

What You'll Do:

• Automated List Architecture & Segment Strategy: Take a data-driven approach to building and refining target account lists by engineering automated workflows that ingest intent data and CRM insights.
• The Impact: You ensure our sales team never wastes a minute on the wrong lead, maximizing their efficiency and our overall pipeline velocity. Your focus here will deeply impact the effectiveness of our ABM campaigns.
• AI Orchestration for Personalized Creative: Use AI as a force-multiplier for demand generation—programmatically accelerating research, account insights, and content iteration at scale.
• The Impact: You enable us to send "1-to-1" personalized messages to thousands of prospects simultaneously, preserving brand voice while achieving human-level relevance.

The Right Fit:

• Professional Experience: 2–4 years of experience in GTM Engineering, growth marketing, technical demand gen, or a related technical field.
