As a Staff Software Engineer I on Data Delivery, you will lead complex technical initiatives across backend systems, with a focus on measurement and planning. What you’ll be doing

• Domain ownership: Act as a project and domain DRI for measurement and planning initiatives within Data Delivery.

About the Role

We are hiring a Principal Engineer, Systems & Strategic Expansion to be the most senior IC in the engineering organization and the CTO's right hand on technology. This is a building role. At Inspiren, architecture happens by shipping systems, coaching others to make proactive technology investments, and building the tooling that makes good patterns the default. A defining responsibility of this role is making every engineer in the org faster while simultaneously raising the bar on architecture, quality, resilience, and security. What You Will Do

• Lead the product expansion into new markets: new hardware-enabled use cases, new ML-powered detections, new product experiences. Determine what generalizes and what needs to be built new by actually building both.
• Build production systems across the full stack: embedded/IoT, backend (TypeScript/Node.js), AWS cloud infrastructure, Kafka, mobile, and data platform (Databricks/Unity Catalog). 
• Make every engineer faster and better by building the agentic development infrastructure that makes the right way the fast way. AI skills that guide coding agents toward correct patterns. Validation pipelines that catch problems before they merge. Your goal: agentic development is the fastest path to production, and it produces architecturally correct, secure, resilient output by default.
• Proactively drive where the platform needs to go before it becomes a bottleneck. See around corners, create urgency, and build the path. Coach engineers through hard architectural decisions by pairing on designs, giving substantive code review, and helping teams build the judgment to make great decisions — with and without AI agents.
• Drive product urgency. You care deeply about shipping things that reach real users in real care environments. When something needs to ship, you create momentum. When something is being over-engineered, you redirect toward outcomes.
• Lead the product expansion into new markets, partnering with Product on which bets to pursue: new hardware-enabled use cases, new ML-powered detections, new product experiences. Determine what generalizes and what needs to be built new by actually building both.

What You Bring

• 12+ years of engineering experience, with recent years spent building. You have hands-on depth across at least three of: embedded/IoT, backend services, cloud infrastructure (AWS), event-driven architectures, mobile, and data platforms. You are still writing code and shipping systems.
• Architectural impact earned through building. You have shaped technical direction at the org level by shipping systems that established the right patterns, coaching others to extend them, and building the tooling that made those patterns the default. Not through mandates or review gates.
• A point of view on how agentic development changes the way engineering orgs build. You use AI coding tools daily and have gone beyond personal productivity to think about how you make an entire team faster while raising the quality bar. You have built or have strong ideas about building the scaffolding, skills, and infrastructure that make AI agents produce correct output by default.
• Product-engineering instincts and a bias toward shipping. You have launched products or major features with ownership over user outcomes. You know when to simplify, cut scope, or redirect to get something meaningful into production.
• The ability to influence experienced engineers without positional authority, through what you build, the clarity of your reasoning, and the momentum you create.

• Experience in healthcare, IoT, or regulated environments (HIPAA, PHI, safety-critical systems).

As a Staff Engineer, you will work across multiple teams to evolve a suite of web and internal tools that enable utility companies to more effectively manage risks associated with climate change and wildfires.

We're looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager for our Customer Office to own the enablement experience for Hootsuite's post-sale organization including Customer Success Managers, Renewal Owners, and the broader customer-facing teams responsible for retention, expansion, and long-term value delivery. This role sits within the Revenue Enablement function and is dedicated to building the capabilities, frameworks, and learning systems that drive net revenue retention.

What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the CTO, you will lead at least two engineering pods, each focused on key application areas within our product. You’ll play a hands-on leadership role—guiding teams, shaping technical direction, and contributing directly to code and system design.

We believe in leading from the front. You don’t need to be the strongest engineer on the team, but you should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves regularly and setting a strong technical example.

The ML Platform Engineering team at Afresh is responsible for building and maintaining the foundational infrastructure and tooling that powers all of our machine learning and applied science solutions. We provide the shared components and services that enable our teams to develop, deploy, and scale robust ML models. About the Role

As a Staff ML Platform Engineer on the ML Platform Engineering team, you will be instrumental in elevating our core ML platform to its next level of performance, reliability, and scalability. WORK ARRANGEMENT

This is a hybrid role based out of our leased Markham, Ontario office (target opening date: July 2026). In alignment with Redwood’s Canada In-Office Policy, the following schedule applies:

• Monday and Tuesday are mandatory in-office days for all GTA-based employees.

• Wednesday through Friday are flexible — work from the office or remotely based on team needs, project requirements, and personal preference.

• A monthly innovation and team-building day will be held in-office. 

• All GTA-based employees are required to be in-office for one full week (Monday–Friday) each fiscal quarter. Dates are communicated at least four weeks in advance.

Given the nature of this role — supporting multiple ELT members and serving as the operational anchor for the Markham office — additional in-office presence may be expected during leadership visits, executive offsites, and key planning periods. YOUR IMPACT

As Redwood opens its first Canadian office in Markham, Ontario, this newly created role sits at the intersection of two critical functions: launching and running a best-in-class physical workspace, and providing high-impact executive support to 3-4 members of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

You will be the on-the-ground force that brings our Markham office to life — establishing culture, coordinating the day-to-day, and making sure local team members have everything they need to do their best work. Simultaneously, you will operate as a trusted executive partner, keeping senior leaders organized, on time, and focused on what matters most.

You will collaborate closely with two other EAs (based in Florida and Virginia) to ensure consistent, high-quality executive support, and you will report to the Chief of Staff to the CEO. This is a high-impact, high-trust role for someone who is deeply organized, proactive, and energized by variety.

Office Management (40% time)

• Support all activities related to the opening of our leased Markham office, including coordinating with vendors, building management, and IT to ensure readiness for a July 2026 launch — target headcount of 40–55 employees by end of year.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters — facilities, supplies, equipment, maintenance, and vendor relationships.

• Create a welcoming, functional, and well-organized work environment that reflects Redwood's culture and supports both on-site meetings and remote engagement.

• Plan and execute in-office employee engagement events, team meetings, all-hands gatherings, and culture moments that connect local employees to the broader global organization.

• Own office budgets, expense tracking, and invoice processing related to facilities and operational needs.

• Establish and maintain office policies, procedures, and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations and Redwood's global standards.

• Partner with IT, HR/People, and Finance to support seamless onboarding experiences for new hires based in or visiting the Markham office.

Executive Assistance (60% time) 

• Provide proactive, anticipatory calendar management for 3-4 ELT members, including one semi-local to the Greater Toronto Area and others based remotely. 

• Coordinate complex, multi-party meeting scheduling across time zones, balancing competing priorities with professionalism and good judgment.

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visa/entry requirements, and detailed travel itineraries.

• Own expense management — accurately processing and submitting expense reports and ensuring timely reconciliation for supported executives.

• Coordinate logistics for leadership offsites and cross-functional executive sessions — including room booking, A/V, catering, and materials.

• Maintain organized digital filing systems, shared drives, and reference documents for ELT members.

• Collaborate with the EA team in the US to share best practices, align on processes, and cover for one another as needed.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism at all times.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of combined experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative operations, ideally within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.

About the Data Science Organization 

Northbeam’s Data Science organization serves as the intelligence layer of the company, owning the end-to-end science behind marketing measurement and optimization. About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Data Scientist to advance the statistical and experimentation foundations of Northbeam’s marketing intelligence products, including MMM, Incrementality, Insights, and Recommendation engines.  This is a full-stack data scientist role, operating across the entire lifecycle—from researching and developing advanced statistical and causal inference approaches to implementing, deploying, and maintaining production systems.

You will work at the intersection of R&D and product, owning modeling end-to-end: from data exploration and experimental design to model validation, production integration, and live system iteration. The opportunity
The Total Rewards Partner serves as an advisor to senior leaders within one of Unity’s five business functions (Grow & AI, Engineering/Product, COO, G&A, or Sales & Marketing) and is a core member of the People “Trio” alongside Talent Strategy and Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will partner closely with senior functional leaders to design, implement, and deliver Unity’s compensation and headcount planning programs. What you'll be doing

• As part of the “Trio,” partner closely to ensure seamless communication and alignment while serving as the primary advisor to functional leaders on compensation and headcount planning, including guidance on pay programs and workforce investments.
• Participate in functional leadership meetings (staff, offsites, QBRs) as an embedded member of the Talent Leadership Trio
• Advise on compensation matters for hires, promotions, retention, reorganizations, and business transformations up to and including SVP, ensuring alignment to Unity’s philosophy and governance
• Interpret and apply job architecture, salary ranges, equity refresh frameworks, and recognition programs in a business-relevant way, leveraging centralized Compensation and Equity teams where deeper expertise is required
• Monitor market trends, pay practices, promotion velocity, and recognition patterns; surface risks and recommend course corrections to function and Total Rewards leadership
• Facilitate and administer compensation cycles and off-cycle programs, bringing business context to investment decisions and calibration discussions
• Provide structured feedback to centralized Compensation and Benefits teams on program effectiveness, edge cases, and evolving business needs
• Utilize the Compensation Analyst – Programs & Total Rewards Enablement for complex, project-based analyses and ensure efficient use of support resources
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Unity’s Total Rewards programs and relevant market developments through ongoing partnership with centralized teams

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience in compensation, rewards, or total rewards consulting, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to advise business leaders on compensation strategy, pay decisions, and market trends
• Familiarity with market pricing, incentive/bonus plan administration, or equity programs; ability to learn and scale quickly into advanced areas as needed
• Strong analytical, spreadsheets, and communication skills; experience with Workday, Pave, or similar systems preferred

• Mastery of research methods and rigor: 12+ years of UX research experience in complex enterprise software or SaaS environments. You have a deep command of the craft that allows you to spot flaws in research design or AI-generated summaries.

• Conduct delivery reviews and executive briefings with VP Engineering and CTO-level stakeholders, translating platform findings into strategic business context
• Proactively identify technical risks, blockers, and expansion opportunities across your portfolio and surface them to the right teams

You’re a Strong Fit if You Have

• 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Architect, Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or equivalent post-sale technical advisory role
• Deep hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms — Buildkite is a strong plus; Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, TeamCity, or similar required
• A strong technical foundation in DevOps tooling — Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff for our Managing Director of AI—someone who combines strategic vision in AI with hands-on execution and technological know-how. You'll be both a force-multiplier and a transformation architect: designing AI-enabled processes, building automated engines that run independently, leading organizational rollouts, and ensuring crisp execution across our AI solutions practice.

This role goes beyond traditional Chief of Staff responsibilities. You'll design processes that leverage AI, build repeatable systems that scale, and lead entire client transformations from discovery to sustained adoption. Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Executive Leadership

• Partner with the Managing Director of AI and the executive team to translate priorities into sequenced plans, resourcing, and measurable outcomes
• Lead Human Agency's AI transformation methodology: define offerings, build repeatable frameworks, and establish best practices for AI-enabled workflows
• Design end-to-end processes that embed AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, knowledge assistants) into client workflows and internal operations
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business cases, use cases, and implementation roadmaps for executive audiences
• Produce high-quality executive materials (briefings, roadmaps, decision memos) that drive alignment and decisions
• Identify where AI creates leverage across client engagements and surface strategic opportunities to leadership

AI Process Design & Automated Engines

• Design and build AI-powered systems that operate independently with minimal ongoing intervention—automated engines that scale beyond individual engagements
• Create repeatable processes for AI implementation: discovery frameworks, solution architectures, evaluation routines, and governance models
• Design prompts, playbooks, and knowledge bases optimized for reliability, consistency, and reusability across multiple clients
• Implement lightweight automation using no/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) integrated with AI capabilities
• Establish monitoring and feedback loops that enable self-correcting, continuously improving systems
• Document patterns and best practices that can be deployed at scale

Client Service Delivery & Organizational Rollouts

• Own end-to-end delivery on multiple client engagements involving AI-enabled solutions (e.g., knowledge assistants, workflow automations, content summarization, research copilots), from discovery through launch and sustained adoption
• Lead company-wide and client-wide AI adoption initiatives—managing stakeholder alignment, training, governance, and measurement across entire organizations
• Run comprehensive discovery to surface use cases, success metrics, risks, change-management needs, and technical requirements; translate findings into scopes, timelines, and clear acceptance criteria
• Coordinate solution build-outs with internal teammates and external partners: data/connectivity needs, tool selection, integration planning, prompt engineering, and rollout choreography
• Design change-management approaches that address skill gaps, cultural resistance, workflow disruption, and organizational readiness
• Partner with client leadership to sequence rollout phases, manage dependencies, and demonstrate ROI

Quality, Governance & Evaluation

• Set lightweight evaluation routines: accuracy metrics, latency benchmarks, cost tracking, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement cycles
• Establish prompt/playbook management, basic safety/guardrail checks, and UAT plans
• Build governance frameworks that enable responsible, scalable AI adoption across organizations
• Implement monitoring systems that track performance, usage, and business impact

Stakeholder Management & Enablement

• Lead standing client check-ins, executive presentations, demo readiness, decision logs, and release notes, presenting succinct options and recommendations
• Create comprehensive enablement materials: user guides, FAQs, training programs, and governance playbooks that empower client teams to operate AI systems independently
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication, anticipation of needs, and consistent delivery quality
• Present to executive audiences with clarity and confidence, addressing concerns about accuracy, security, and adoption

Operations & Project Management

• Design and continuously improve the operating system for AI work: intake → triage → prioritization → delivery → QA → launch → measurement
• Manage staffing assignments and subcontractor contributions across concurrent workstreams; keep tools current (Asana/Notion, Google Workspace, Slack)
• Budget & scope control: track time against SOWs, flag changes early, manage vendors, and ensure on-budget delivery with clear documentation
• Establish shared dashboards for delivery health (timeline, risk, burn, dependency status) and run tight meeting cadences

Communications & Reporting

• Prepare agendas, briefings, and executive-ready presentations; synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Provide clear, timely reporting to the Managing Director of AI and stakeholders on progress, risks, and decisions
• Contribute to Human Agency's AI thought leadership through documentation of best practices, case studies, and insights

Who You Are

Experience & Skills

• 5-7+ years in operations, client services, product/program/project management, strategic support, consulting, or transformation roles with direct ownership of client-facing delivery
• Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder projects and organizational change initiatives end-to-end (scope, timelines, budgets, risk, and change management)
• Deep AI fluency: hands-on experience implementing LLM-enabled solutions, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and knowledge management systems; can shape prompts/playbooks, evaluate quality, and choose appropriate tools or vendors
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, when to use AI, how to design for reliability, and how to manage risks responsibly
• Proven ability to design repeatable processes and systems that scale beyond individual projects
• Experience with no/low-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier/n8n), knowledge bases, and modern AI tooling

The Opportunity

Human Agency is an AI-native consultancy that builds, ships, and operates alongside our clients. We don’t advise from the sideline — we embed inside enterprise organizations and deploy production AI systems that do real work.

Our current anchor engagement is inside one of the largest privately held construction enterprises in the United States — LLM orchestration, document intelligence, workflow automation, enterprise integration. Not strategy decks. Not innovation labs. Systems that run.

We need a Managing Director of Technology to own the technical side of the house as we scale Human Agency. That means leading client delivery, making architecture calls, building the engineering team, and being the technical voice in rooms with C-suite executives. You’ll work closely on strategy with both the Founder and the Managing Director of AI — but the technical execution, the team, and the platform are yours.

This role requires someone who can move between writing production code and presenting to a client’s CEO in the same week. If that sounds like whiplash, this isn’t the right fit. If that sounds like Tuesday, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

Lead technical delivery for enterprise clients. You’re the most senior technical person in the room on our biggest engagements. You decide what’s feasible, design the architecture, and make sure it ships. When a client executive asks “can we do this?” — you’re the one who answers.

Build how we deliver, not just what we deliver. One client engagement works because of talented people and brute effort. Ten engagements work because of systems. You design the repeatable model — how we scope, staff, build, and deploy — so the team can run engagements without you in every meeting. That means building discovery frameworks, reference architectures, deployment templates, and evaluation routines that actually get used.

Hire and develop the engineering team. You set the bar, own the pipeline, and make the calls on who joins. We need people who can build with high autonomy in ambiguous environments, and you know how to find them. You also know how to make good engineers better through architecture guidance, code review, and honest feedback.

Own platform and infrastructure decisions. Build vs. buy, tooling, deployment, security — you make the calls. A Principal Engineer handles day-to-day infrastructure execution; you set priorities and architectural direction.

Shape our AI strategy through the lens of what actually ships. You have real opinions on LLM orchestration, RAG, agents, evaluation, and fine-tuning — formed by building things, not reading about them. You decide which technical bets we make and which we skip, based on what creates value for clients, not what looks good on a slide.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve built and shipped AI/ML systems in production. Not prototypes. Not demos. Things that run and that people depend on.
• You’ve hired and led a technical team — at least 5 people, ideally more. You’ve seen what breaks when a team grows and you’ve fixed it.
• You can explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical executive in a way that helps them make a decision. You’ve done this in high-stakes settings.
• You have strong opinions on AI architecture grounded in hands-on experience — and you change those opinions when the evidence says to.
• You’re comfortable in the weeds. When something is broken or a team is stuck, you get in and help, not schedule a meeting about it.
• You know your way around cloud infrastructure and engineering practices well enough to make platform calls with confidence.

Bonus points for: you’ve scaled a startup or early-stage company before — built the team, built the systems, lived through the growing pains; experience in a services or consultancy model (SOWs, staffing, client delivery); a network of engineers you’ve worked with and would hire again.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with early-career experience who is ready to take on more ownership and expand their exposure across the full accounting cycle.

Summary

We are looking for a well-rounded Senior Staff / Principal level Functional Safety Engineer with 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry to lead and drive Automotive IC products to achieve ISO 26262 functional safety compliance at ASIL D. The ideal candidate has a solid track record of independently managing safety projects through successful certification and brings strong knowledge of ASPICE Level 3 process development.

This role will be a hands-on technical leader, ensuring safety compliance across the full IC lifecycle, conducting audits and assessments, and serving as the primary point of contact for safety-related concerns with OEMs, Tier 1 customers, and partners.

This position is located in: Canada - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional safety activities for Automotive ICs in compliance with ISO 26262 (ASIL D).
• Define, implement, and maintain Safety Plans, Safety Concepts, FMEDA, Safety Manuals, and Safety Cases.
• Implement System Element out of context (SEooC), Assumption of Use (AoU) apprach and derive safety goals with ASIL decomposition strategies.
• Drive technical safety architecture definition for digital, analog, and mixed-signal ICs, including design and verification of safety mechanisms (ECC, lockstep CPUs, watchdogs, voltage/clock monitors).
• Perform and lead FMEA, FMEDA, and FTA analyses ensuring ASIL metrics (SPFM, LFM, PMHF) are satisfied.
• Independently conduct Functional Safety Audits, Confirmation Measures, Assessments, and Reviews.
• Collaborate with internal design, verification, and software teams to ensure freedom from interference and safe partitioning of ASIL vs. QM functions.
• Partner with OEMs, Tier 1 customers, and external assessors to address safety issues, support audits, and resolve concerns.
• Perform HW evaluation on non-compliance Ips (internal and external based)
• Support ASPICE Level 3 process development, ensuring alignment of FuSa with broader quality and process frameworks.
• Mentor junior functional safety engineers and help shape best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Eng., or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Semiconductor development, specifically Automotive ICs.
• Proven record of leading functional safety projects independently through ASIL D certification.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 26262 (Part 2–11) and related standards.
• Past involvement in ASPICE Level 3 infrastructure and process development.
• Deep hands-on experience with:
• FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA
• Fault injection testing and safety metrics analysis
• Safety mechanism design and verification
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (DOORS, Jama, Polarion) and safety analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with OEMs, Tier 1s, certification bodies, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Background in digital/analog/mixed-signal SoC design.
• HW/SW tool evaluation and classification
• Sound knowledge and background in ASPICE (up to level 3) and Cyber Security (ISO/SAE 21434).
• Strong experience in external audits and assessor engagement (e.g., TÜV, Exida and UL).
• Good understanding of Automotive relevant standards and tools i.e., IATF 16949, AEC-Q100, PPAP, APQP and five core Automotive tools.

Salary Range:

• The actual offered base salary will vary depending on factors such as work location, individual qualifications, specializations, years of experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and internal equity. The annual salary range for this position is $140,000 CAD - $200,000 CAD. The compensation package will also include incentive compensation in the form of pre-IPO ISO options, in addition to base salary and a full range of medical and other benefits.
