Staff Product Manager
Location: Remote (US)
Reports to: Chief Product Officer

enterprises, healthcare, utilities, connected vehicles, manufacturing facilities, critical
infrastructure, and government entities.

the actionable insights, critical vulnerability data, and remediation guidance necessary to
mitigate product risk and protect the connected attack surface. We are committed to a remote

The Role
We’re building ambitious new product and service offerings at Finite State, and we’re looking for
a Staff Product Manager who can both work strategically and dig into the details when
necessary.
This is a strategic, high-visibility role for a PM who:
• Has deep domain knowledge in product security or adjacent cybersecurity areas and
understands how security practitioners think and buy
• Excels at synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive good product decisions
• Is fluent in AI tools for research, content generation, and synthesis — and uses them to
multiply their output
• Is excited to help build the industry’s first agentic product security assurance team
What You’ll Do
• Own a product area end-to-end. Understand customer and market needs, define the
key outcomes and metrics for product and customer success, steer our development
teams to build the right things, and measure the results
• Be the expert on your domain. Develop deep understanding of the product security
assurance challenges that our customers are tackling
• Automate your job. Use AI automation to ensure that we always have the latest data
driving our product decisions
• Own product messaging for customers and the market. Support our go-to-market
organization with useful and relevant product information as we ship new and improved
capabilities
• Build across software and services. Our combination of software and services is key
to our success. Partner with our services team to deliver the best outcomes for
customers.
What You Bring
• 8+ years in product management with at least 3 years in B2B enterprise software in
cybersecurity or an adjacent area. You must be comfortable working with complex
technical products.
• Domain experience in security-adjacent products. You’ve worked on products where
security, compliance, or risk management is a core part of the value proposition — not
just a feature.
• Market intelligence as a core skill. You’re a strong researcher and synthesizer. You
can take a messy landscape of customer conversations, competitive moves, usage data,
and regulatory shifts and turn it into a clear, actionable picture that an engineer can read
and act on.
• AI aptitude. Our team uses AI for research, content generation, synthesis, and analysis.
You’ve built AI capabilities in your products and used AI to automate product work with
repeatable feedback loops.
• Strong communication skills. As a fully remote organization using AI to accelerate, we
rely on clear written communication and data to make decisions.
• GTM partnership mindset. You understand how product decisions connect to revenue.

Full-Stack Engineer, AI Native GTM Systems
Location: Remote, U.S.-based
Department: Business Systems / GTM Ops
Reports to: Director of GTM Ops
The Role
We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to build AI-native applications and systems that power how Finite State sells, supports, and grows.
This role is for a product-minded engineer first. You will work directly with the Director of GTM Ops to turn business problems into software, agents, and workflows that improve execution across the customer lifecycle. You will design and ship products end to end, with a focus on AI-native experiences, sound architecture, and fast iteration.
What You’ll Do
- Build internal applications that improve execution across GTM, operations, and customer-facing teams
- Design and ship AI-native products, agentic workflows, and full-stack systems end to end
- Develop integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, product data, and other business systems
- Build AI-assisted and agentic workflows that improve speed, decision quality, and execution
- Build reliable data flows, orchestration layers, and system architecture that scale with the business
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value problems and ship practical solutions quickly
- Use modern AI development tools and engineering workflows to accelerate delivery without compromising quality
What You’ll Build
- AI-assisted research tools that prepare reps before calls with account, buyer, and deal context
- Prospecting engines that research, enrich, and route accounts and contacts
- Pipeline and deal review tools that surface risks, next steps, and coaching insights
- Interactive GTM playbooks with competitive intelligence, objection handling, and recommended actions
- In-workflow copilots and agentic tools that support sellers and customer teams in real time
- Customer health and expansion models that identify risk and growth opportunities
- Automated onboarding workflows that reduce time to value
- Trial, support, and conversion tooling that improves the buyer experience across the funnel
- Internal apps, APIs, orchestration services, and workflow layers that connect fragmented tools
- Data pipelines and operational systems that improve quality, visibility, and reporting accuracy
What You Bring
- Strong full-stack engineering ability with experience shipping production applications end to end
- Experience building modern applications with tools such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and SQL
- Strong system design skills and good judgment around architecture, maintainability, and tradeoffs
- Experience building AI-native products, agentic systems, or intelligent workflows that go beyond simple prompt wrappers
- Familiarity with frameworks and tooling such as AI-SDK, LangGraph, Agno, or similar orchestration patterns
- Strong product sense and the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into usable software
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, authentication, and event-driven or workflow-based systems
- Comfort working directly with internal stakeholders and owning delivery with minimal oversight
- High velocity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or custom engineering harnesses
Preferred Experience
- Experience building software for GTM, operations, or other internal business teams
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and modern GTM tooling
- Experience with data workflows, analytics systems, and operational reporting
- Background in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technical product environments
- Familiarity with enrichment providers, workflow orchestration, and modern GTM infrastructure
