Position Overview

Immunome is seeking a strategic Patient Marketing Lead to design and deliver a best-in-class, end-to-end patient experience. Responsibilities

Patient Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. patient marketing strategy across the product lifecycle, including unbranded disease awareness and branded campaigns

Associate Director, AI Operations & Enablement

About the Role 

Flagship is hiring an Associate Director, AI Operations & Enablement to accelerate the impact of the Enterprise AI function. Reporting to the Senior Director, AI Transformation Lead, this person will own day-to-day execution across three core capability areas: AI education and capability building, AI strategy and use case portfolio management, and AI tool and vendor management. 

This is an inaugural role on a small, high-visibility team. What You Bring 

Required 

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in technology, AI, digital transformation, or management consulting roles, including meaningful recent experience leading enterprise AI, digital, or technology enablement initiatives. 

• Hands-on AI fluency. Power user of leading LLM platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) with practical understanding of capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use by task type. Comfortable rapidly prototyping with low-code tools and AI features. 

• Agentic AI fluency. Working understanding of agentic AI concepts and current capabilities, including autonomous and long-running agents, multi-step tool use, MCP and connector ecosystems, and human-in-the-loop design patterns. Able to evaluate where agentic approaches are appropriate, where they introduce risk, and how to deploy them safely. 

• Use case portfolio management. Demonstrated experience running structured intake, prioritization, and ROI tracking processes for AI or digital initiatives across a federated organization. 

• Vendor and tool management. Experience evaluating, contracting, and administering enterprise SaaS, ideally including AI/LLM platforms. Comfort working with Procurement, Legal, and InfoSec on contract review, DPAs, and risk assessments. 

• Enablement and program delivery. Track record running training programs, hackathons, or change management initiatives for non-technical audiences at scale. 

• Cross-functional execution. Demonstrated effectiveness operating without direct authority across IT, InfoSec, Legal, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders. 

• Communication. Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate between technical and business audiences and produce executive-ready materials. 

• Client-facing experience. Previous experience in a client-facing consulting, customer success, or IT business partner role.

Role Summary:

Dyne is seeking a motivated Co-op student to support the early drug discovery team. The Dyne Co-op program offers students the opportunity to learn about the biotech industry while performing hands-on projects. The Sr. Director, Head of Regulatory & Medical Writing will be responsible for providing guidance to the medical and or regulatory writing group (contractors and internal writers) assigned to deliverables and ensuring appropriate work allocation and document preparation.; will also provide review and substantive editing of documents to ensure delivery of high-quality documents. This individual will work effectively with many other functional groups, including with Clinical Scientist(s), Medical Monitors, Regulatory and other functions as applicable, and collaborate with clinical medical writing as applicable to ensure scientific excellence in the execution of clinical trials. Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a BS with 15+ years, or MS or other advanced science degree (e.g.: RN, NP, MSN, PharmD, PhD, MD) with 10+ years of experience in oncology clinical research experience as a clinical or regulatory medical writer within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Prior experience leading a regulatory writing group
• Experience writing/leading the writing of critical clinical documents in major regulatory filings (NDA, BLA, MAA).
• Proficiency in the use and understanding of computer software e.g. word processing, graphics, reference manager, document management systems.
• Familiarity with all phases of drug development processes (discovery to market), clinical study protocol design, CTA/IND submissions, investigator’s brochures and clinical study data collection and results reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of routine document content preparation, including the use of style guides, medical dictionaries, and regulatory guidance documents and templates.

Senior Engineer, AI & Automation Cambridge, MA (Hybrid) 

Position Summary:  

Flagship Pioneering is building the infrastructure and engineering foundation to make AI a force multiplier across the company. This role sits within IT's Digital Platforms team and operates at the intersection of AI infrastructure, automation engineering, and enterprise use case delivery. You'll work directly with the Enterprise AI team and Digital Platforms to productionize AI capabilities at scale, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) builds and integrations, agentic tooling, and cross-functional automation pipelines. 

This is a high-ownership, hands-on engineering role. You will own the build and deployment of AI-powered workflows and systems across business functions, from intake through production. You'll also help establish the platform and tooling foundations that enable the broader organization to operate AI responsibly and at speed. 

What You'll Do 

• Design, build, and deploy AI use cases across Flagship business functions, including finance, legal, HR, research, and operations 

• Maintain AI infrastructure and automation platforms: MCP server builds and integrations, agentic frameworks, LLM (Large Language Model) orchestration, and low-code/no-code tooling (e.g., Zapier, Workato)

• Partner with the Enterprise AI Lead to scope and accelerate the AI use case portfolio, moving requests from triage to production 

• Build and maintain integrations between AI tools and enterprise systems (Coupa, NetSuite, Slack, M365, and others) 

• Establish MLOps platform to establish deployment, observability and feedback loops for deployed AI workflows: usage monitoring, output quality tracking, and prompt iteration cycles 

• Support evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled SaaS tools, including proof-of-concept builds and vendor assessments 

• Contribute to AI governance infrastructure: usage monitoring, ZDR (Zero Data Retention) compliance checks, sandbox governance, and documentation 

• Collaborate with Information Security on AI security posture, including data exposure risk, agentic workflow guardrails, and shadow AI detection 

What We're Looking For 

• At least 5 years of technical delivery experience  

• At least 4 years of software (python preferred) and automation engineering experience, with experience building and shipping LLM-based systems to production 

• At least 2 years' experience with cloud first architectures (AWS preferred) 

• At least 2 years' experience building and launching applications and solutions using standard DevOps and MLOps tools.  

• Hands-on development experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) including prompt engineering, tool use, and multi-step agentic workflows 

• Building experience with MCP and other agentic tool frameworks 

• Familiarity with maintaining RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures, vector databases, and document ingestion pipelines

THE POSITION

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives for our single cell RNA sequencing products through the development of new business and management of current customer accounts. Summary:

A hands-on role providing both strategic and operational activities. This role develops and executes multi-product global regulatory CMC strategies for investigational products and leads the preparation and filing of regulatory CMC submissions. Manages interactions with Health Authorities for CMC topics. Your Role

• Lead the end-to-end medical information strategy, including oversight of external MI vendors and call center operations

About the role:

The base salary range for this position is $140,000– $160,000 per year. About the Role >>> Senior Director, International Finance and Operations 

The Senior Director, International Finance & Operations will lead the establishment and ongoing finance operations of the Company’s Ireland entity. This role is responsible for building finance infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Irish and EU requirements, and supporting integration with global financial systems. 

Reporting to the VP of Finance, this individual will serve as a key execution partner in delivering the Company’s international expansion into Ireland, a critical strategic priority. This role will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external advisors to drive timely, coordinated execution across all aspects of the entity build-out and ongoing operations, including but not limited to finance operations, indirect tax compliance, and local governance.

Job Description

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) oversees projects within a vertical account team to ensure quality and provide continuity and tactical alignment while also leading high-profile projects from the client through to the project manager and cross-functional team. The SAM will partner with the Account Director to assist brand partners with the development and management of the tactical plan. Role Overview

The Pipeline Clinical Lead is a senior clinical development leader accountable for the scientific and medical direction of early stage clinical programs. The Senior Manager, Internal Controls & Sustainability Reporting is responsible for executing the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the company’s internal control framework across financial reporting and select non‑financial reporting processes. This role plays a critical leadership position in ensuring compliance with SOX (404), managing enterprise-wide control assessments, partnering with business and IT leaders, and serving as a key liaison with Internal Audit and external auditors.
This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of the company’s reporting and supporting growth through strong governance and risk management. Key Responsibilities

SOX & Internal Controls Leadership

• Drive the company’s SOX 404 compliance program end to end, including scoping, risk assessment, control design, testing strategy, remediation, and certification support.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of entity-level, process-level, and IT general controls (ITGCs).
• Support management’s assessment of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and support quarterly and annual certifications.

Risk Assessment & Control Design

• Partner with process owners to identify financial reporting risks and design efficient, scalable controls.
• Assist in the standardization and optimization of controls, reducing redundancy while maintaining compliance.

Operational Audits

Role Overview

The Director of Accounting Operations is primary responsible for managing the accounting operations for the US entity, overseeing the Accounts Payable and expense reimbursement processes, and leading key accounting systems and master data governance. This role is a key leader within Controllership, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal policies. This leader will drive continuous improvement in our close cycle, reporting processes, accounting systems, and internal controls, while partnering cross‑functionally to support business growth and transformation. This role, reporting to the Corporate Controller, will work closely with the Consolidations & External Reporting, Treasury, IT, and FP&A functions.  

Key Responsibilities

• Own month end accounting and reporting responsibilities for US entities including but not limited to reviewing journal entries, variance analysis, and creation of operating entity reporting packages with timely submission into the financial reporting team in compliance with the quarter-end reporting calendar.
• Responsible for overseeing the accounting for right of use assets, payroll, fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and collaboration accounting involving payable, advanced funding and milestone payments. Accountable to ensure all accounts are properly reported and supported.
• Oversee the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely processing, recording, and disbursement of third-party and I/C invoice payments.
• Prepare quarterly balance sheet and income statement analytics for the US operating entity.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and other SOX 404 controls on a timely basis.
• Oversee the administration of the Company’s cloud-based lease platform.
• Responsible for ensuring integrity of the general ledger, maintaining the chart of accounts and clearly defined mapping between ERP & Consolidations platforms.
• Assist Financial Reporting with ensuring Legend accounting policies are current and incorporate new industry technical accounting guidance and reflect changes in Legend’s accounting process.
• Partner with IT and drive successful implementations of incremental SAP modules (WBS, Treasury module, AP modules).
• Oversee the administration of the company’s T&E platform (Concur), expense reimbursement and ensuring company-wide compliance of the Company’s T&E policy.
• Drive automation and potential AI capabilities in the company’s PTP & R2R processes. Develop, implement and manage dashboard to drive performance of key accounting operations KPI’s.
• Cooperate with external auditors, timely deliver the financial information to third-parties and regulators when necessary.
