Our Product Pricing & Monetization team sits at the intersection of product and commercial strategy, responsible for holistic pricing and packaging across Gusto's full product suite.
We're looking for a Senior Pricing and Monetization Manager to focus across our platform. portfolio including Gusto Payroll, Gusto Time management and HR, and our suite of embedded financial services for employers and employees. You'll collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, data, engineering, and finance, with work that is visible to Gusto leadership.
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $152,000 - $180,000/yr in Denver, Phoenix, and Atlanta, and $180,000 - $218,000/yr for San Francisco & New York. The salary range for Toronto is CAD 133,000 - 160,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). Being effective in this role means going deep on both the domain and the data — we don't separate the two.

Square is looking for a tenured Account Executive with a strong new logo sales background and self-starter disposition to join our Outbound Sales Team. About the Team:
The Sensors Division at STR focuses on technology development for advanced sensor systems and platforms in support of national security requirements. Our particular focus areas include airborne/spaceborne/surface-based radar, electronic warfare, underwater acoustics, hyperspectral imaging, and EO/IR sensing. To support these missions, the Division’s efforts span multiple technical areas, including RF analog/digital hardware, acoustic hardware, signal processing algorithms, machine learning algorithms, systems analysis, and real-time embedded processor implementation.
The Algorithms, Processing and Experimentation (APEX) Group specializes in development of RF/radar modes, skills and applications, with particular emphasis on advanced signal processing chains and associated algorithm research. We mature these technologies with the objective of implementation, integration, and eventual utility in RF-based systems, typically tailoring our work for highly specific Defense (e.g., Air Force, Space Force, Navy, DARPA, etc.) and Intelligence Community needs.

RAIL has two primary customers:
RAIL bridges the gap between Mission Autonomy and diverse sets of hardware by creating common hardware interfaces. To allow Anduril to effortlessly integrate with new hardware. RAIL enables Anduril to scale and deploy ambitious new robot designs on short timelines by leveraging learnings and investments from our existing portfolio of diverse hardware and products.
For example, Anduril procures autopilots from a multitude of different hardware vendors. Each autopilot has a subtly different hardware interface — some use MAVLINK, some use STANAG, others use bespoke vendor-specific serial interfaces. Despite having different interfaces, they all provide standard functionality that flies along a set of waypoints.
As an author of advanced mission behavior, I shouldn’t care whether my autopilot speaks MAVLINK or STANAG — I just want my vehicle to get flying. The cash compensation range for Toronto is (CAD) $134,285 - $158,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Reliability Engineering team partners across Anduril's engineering, manufacturing, and operations organizations to ensure our autonomous systems survive real-world conditions and deliver consistent performance for our customers. Our mandate spans the complete product lifecycle - from early concept design through production scale-up and fielded operations. We use data, statistical methods, and engineering analysis to forecast how our systems will perform over time and influence design decisions, including part selection, redundancy strategies, and maintenance approaches. We establish tailored reliability frameworks by program and partner with Quality to drive design robustness, failure prevention, and rapid response to issues in the field.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Atlanta, GA, driving reliability for our Altius product line. Altius is a versatile platform designed to provide on-demand capability that can be launched from ground, air, or sea to conduct a variety of mission types. This is a hands-on role focused on embedding reliability into early product architecture and detailed design - from early concept trade studies through design validation and launch integration. You'll be the reliability champion throughout the design and development process, working closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to ensure designs are robust. Your responsibilities will include conducting reliability predictions and allocations during architecture trades, leading design FMEAs and fault tree analyses to identify and mitigate failure modes, developing and executing design verification test plans, performing stress-derating analysis and parts selection reviews, and assessing design changes for reliability impact throughout the development cycle. The right person for this role brings deep technical knowledge of hardware reliability and failure mechanisms, has practical experience on product development programs, and can engage credibly with design engineers and Anduril's subcontractors on technical details while maintaining focus on system-level reliability outcomes. The guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) team within TRS performs implementation, analysis, test, and validation for GNC software solutions supporting our autonomous drone fleet. Applications include attitude and position control, waypoint and terminal guidance engagements, and navigating contested environments including communication and GPS denied environments.
This role will be responsible for guidance and control law development and validation, hardware and software in-the-loop test and analysis, and cutting edge navigation solutions supporting the entire range of drones within TRS.

This role is accountable for defining and executing product strategy across multiple domains, ensuring tight alignment to broader Business Unit and FanDuel-level objectives while balancing near-term delivery with long-term innovation.

Join Axon’s Business Solutions team as a Business Solutions Architect / Product Manager responsible for Axon’s Finance Systems portfolio.
