The Position

CallRail is seeking a curious and adaptable Product Designer to join one of our Core Products teams. In this role, you'll work on the features and flows that sit at the heart of the CallRail platform—across integrations, billing, and attribution—designing experiences that are clear, reliable, and genuinely useful for small businesses.

You'll be embedded across our integrations, billing, and attribution teams, partnering closely with Product Managers, engineers, and fellow designers to solve real customer problems and ship great work. We lean heavily into AI tools like Gemini and Claude as part of how we design and prototype—you'll be expected to use them throughout your process, from early exploration through handoff.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive user flows, interfaces, and rapid prototypes for integrations, billing, and attribution—crafting experiences that are clear, reliable, and easy to act on for small business users

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers during discovery to understand customer needs, explore solutions, and test early concepts

• Translate complex product capabilities—integrations, billing logic, attribution data—into experiences that feel approachable, transparent, and easy to use

• Participate in customer research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions

• Own design execution for features and initiatives—from wireframes and interactive prototypes to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff—while working within a dynamic, evolving SDLC and leaning into AI tools like Gemini and Claude to accelerate your process and push the quality of your work

• Contribute to shared design system and best practices for complex product areas like integrations, billing, and data attribution—helping establish consistency and clarity across the platform

• Collaborate within a cross-functional product squad and participate in the broader design team through critiques, design system contributions, and workshops

• Bring flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities, welcome ambiguity, and carry positive energy through change

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS or data-driven products.
• Experience designing for marketing analytics, attribution, or advertising platforms—particularly around data visualization, funnel reporting, or multi-channel campaign insights—is a strong plus.
• Hands-on comfort (or genuine excitement) using AI tools like Gemini and Claude to accelerate your design and prototyping workflow; experience designing complex B2B product areas like integrations, billing, or marketing attribution is a plus
• A user-centered mindset and experience applying design thinking to real customer problems
• Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and working with design systems
• Experience conducting or supporting usability testing and using qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate on designs
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Design partners
• A foundational understanding of how web applications work, and curiosity about the underlying systems—APIs, billing logic, data pipelines—that power the products you’ll be designing

The Position

What You'll Do 

• Support the development and execution of the quarterly product roadmap, acting as the bridge between high-level vision and day-to-day execution to ensure Engineering partners have the clarity and prioritization needed to deliver against key business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Lead end-to-end A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve site conversion, user experience, and overall performance.
• Proactively research and leverage emerging AI tools to automate internal workflows, personalize web experiences, and synthesize complex user data into actionable insights.
• Maintain site reliability and data integrity by supporting QA efforts for new features and validating that all tracking, tagging, and analytics are accurately implemented.
• Provide CMS support for website content updates as needed to keep the site current and optimized.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for stakeholders and partners, communicating project timelines, progress, and performance results.

What You'll Need

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Web Experience, or a related role with a proven track record of driving conversion growth.
• Extensive experience collaborating with Engineering teams in an Agile environment, including managing backlogs, writing user stories, and facilitating sprint planning.
• Ability to take high-level quarterly goals and break them down into prioritized, technical work items.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, or similar).
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and a solid understanding of web architecture and site performance.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker as well as experience validating Google Tag Manager implementations to ensure data integrity.
• Interest in emerging AI trends and tools, with an eye for how they can improve internal efficiency or the user journey.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Builder.io) and project management software (JIRA and Asana).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements and performance results for non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do 

• Regularly talk to customers, define and analyze data, and be diligent in discovering relevant evolutions in technology and the marketplace

• Manage the daily workflow with a sprint team of engineers, QA, and designers. Do whatever your team needs to help them keep moving. 
• Maintain constant communication with the product, engineering, CX, sales, and marketing teams. This position will function as the hub for their team's communication across the entire company.
• Ensure we ship incredible features and improvements that meet the timing needs of the market.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of launching successful data, analytics, or AI/ML-driven products. (Direct experience in Conversation Intelligence, Speech Analytics, or Business Intelligence is highly desirable).
• Deep understanding of the principles of Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning model interpretation, and data visualization best practices.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear product requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy from concept through execution in an agile environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex product concepts to diverse audiences (technical teams, executives, customers).
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Atlassian/Jira) and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Pendo, Tableau, FullStory).
• Proficiency with prototyping (e.g. FigmaMake, Lovable) and AI prompting tools
• Experience with B2B SaaS models and understanding how rich customer insights drive business value (e.g., improving sales coaching, optimizing marketing campaigns, reducing churn).
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

The Position

The Revenue Operations Program Manager serves as the vital link between our business stakeholders, technical teams, and front-line users. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will be the primary advocate for operational efficiency, ensuring that our internal systems (including our CallRail product suite) are optimized, documented, and successfully adopted.

This is a non-technical leadership role focused on requirements gathering, project lifecycle management, and the seamless transition of technical solutions into the hands of our stakeholders.

What You'll Do 

Requirement Strategy & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to identify and document requirements related to operational pain points; forward recommendations with appropriate stakeholders and Revenue and Customer Operations leadership. 
• Translate provided complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and project scopes.
• Represent the Revenue Operations team in cross-functional initiative meetings as required, ensuring operational interests are prioritized.
• Identify points of conflict and surface prioritization needs with appropriate stakeholders and Customer Operations leadership. 

 Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Author and maintain comprehensive user documentation to ensure internal teams understand system updates and workflows.
• Develop clear process maps for internal toolsets.
• Standardize the handover process by delivering finalized technical specs to the CX and Sales enablement teams for training rollout.

Quality Assurance & UAT Leadership

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, capturing feedback and ensuring the final deliverable meets the original business intent.
• Manage the QA documentation lifecycle of Revenue Operations owned systems, ensuring all bugs or friction points are resolved prior to full deployment.

System Advocacy & Internal Support

• Serve as the Internal Product Customer for CallRail products, ensuring our team is using our own technology to its fullest potential.
• Act as the "Tier 1" non-technical resource for GTM system-related questions, triaging issues before escalating to GTM System Administrators.
• Maintain and audit sales product calculators to ensure pricing and logic remain accurate for the go-to-market teams.

Insights & Reporting Guidance

• Provide high-level guidance on system reporting capabilities. 
• Identify opportunities for better data hygiene within our tech stack.

What You'll Need

Professional Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Project/Program Management within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing the project lifecycle, specifically in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution teams (SDRs, Sales, Tech Ops).
• Demonstrated experience in Requirements Gathering: Ability to take a vague business "pain point" and turn it into a structured functional requirement document.

Technical Familiarity (Non-Admin)

• Strong proficiency in CRM ecosystems (Salesforce preferred): You don’t need to be an admin, but you must understand how data flows and how objects relate to one another.
• Experience with Project Management tools: Proficiency in tools like Asana to track project milestones.
• Visual Documentation: Experience using Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro to build process maps and workflow diagrams.

Skills & Competencies

• The "Translator" Ability: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and business needs to technical teams.
• UAT Mastery: Experience designing and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and managing feedback loops.
• Operational Mindset: A natural inclination toward documentation, "clean" data, and creating repeatable processes.
• Conflict Resolution: Comfortable managing competing priorities and navigating stakeholder pushback in a fast-paced environment.
