Asana’s Sales team is focused on finding efficient paths to successful, profitable, long-term customers by building a user-driven marketing and sales engine. To do so, we employ a bottom-up enterprise sales model by helping many small, successful customers evolve into larger, successful ones. We act as a key voice of the customer to the product team. We help identify and overcome technical, educational, and competitive obstacles to our continued growth.
We are looking for a Corporate and Enterprise salesperson to join our CEE team who is driven, willing to take risks, and adaptable. This role will be instrumental in powering the Asana revenue engine through innovation & energy, consistently scaling our business and maximising value for our customers. You'll join a talented team focused on helping our current & future customers understand and leverage the power of Asana and work Management.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

For this role, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is 418,000PLN - 460,750-PLN. The total OTE includes a base salary range of 229,900PLN - 253,413PLN and performance-based sales incentive pay (based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan). These ranges are a guideline; actual base salary and OTE may vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and the ranges for this role may be modified.

We are recruiting a Transcreation Manager to work as part of our team and deliver excellent marketing communication in various languages (transcreations).
As Transcreation Manager you will be planning and organising translation and transcreation jobs, liaise with in-market-creatives (copywriters, transcreators, translators and editors), allocate jobs and track project progress.
We are strongly committed to delivering the best possible international communication, and part of your job is therefore to quality-check transcreations at different project stages. You will have the opportunity to liaise with various stakeholders and clients, as well as to build strong relationships with in-market creatives and work with different people and talents around the world. You will be working across all marketing channels and gain insights in other account teams such as production, digital, broadcast or on-site client teams.
Part of the job is also to execute administrational tasks such as PO and raising sales orders, building glossaries as well as maintaining and managing translation memories. You will also be required to plan your projects at hand in a proactive manner, monitor their progress and solve problems that might arise. Create automated metadata pipelines using AI/NLP to extract, normalize, and enrich dataset context (ontology, definitions, sensitivity, lineage), and automate metadata population, semantic matching, and lineage inference for faster cataloging.
Develop AI agents and tooling that summarize dataset health, recommend joins/transformations, infer lineage, and route remediation tasks to owners.

About the Team:
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Content Creation team, you will be at the forefront of real time applications within Box. Being one of the core applications, we are one of the first stops customers make when using Box platform. You will play an integral role in paving the future path for what it means to generate content within Box.
The Content Creation owns Notes and Canvas products of Box's platform. The functionality that this team builds is used by our largest cohorts of users (versus just admin users). They are the only true real-time service at Box, using web sockets to deliver a real-time editing product. It's a complex problem space that we are experts in, and it's a great team to join if you want to contribute to creating one of the most vital Box products. The team is mostly developing Front-End with React.js, for Back-End tasks they use mostly Node.js.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CRM Project Manager to join our growing CRM department. This role supports a Senior CRM Project Manager and plays a key part in driving structure, operational excellence, and cross-team alignment within a fast-paced iGaming environment. You will oversee CRM-related projects end-to-end, ensure process clarity, maintain smooth communication flows, and help the team execute efficiently. Responsibilities
• Support full-cycle management of CRM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Maintain and improve existing operational processes and contribute to creating new ones to increase team efficiency.
• Manage task tracking, Jira boards, workflows, priorities, and SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between CRM, Marketing, R&D, Analytics, Security, and other departments.
• Lead meetings, gather requirements, document key decisions, and ensure follow-up actions are clearly defined.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, onboarding materials, process guidelines, and knowledge bases in Confluence.
• Collect, analyze, and structure information for decision-making and project reporting.
• Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to team training materials.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and structured summaries for management and stakeholders.

• Ability to structure complex information, manage multiple workstreams, and maintain clarity in fast-paced environments.

Data Engineering initiative inside box is expanding and this role will help build the data platform engineering features and capabilities of the cloud cost management platform.
In this role you will be working alongside our team building data pipelines, support our product and analytics team members, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work with a team of high-performing data engineers and analysts to identify business opportunities, design and build scalable data solutions
Build and own data pipelines that clean, transform, and aggregate data from disparate sources
Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability
Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using GCP BigQuery and Spark
Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader

WHO YOU ARE
3+ Years of relevant industry or relevant academia experience working with large amounts of data
Experience building and optimizing scalable data pipelines, architectures and data sets
Be cognizant of emerging technology trends and find adoption opportunities to improve existing development processes
Expert in SQL
Experience with at least one of the programming languages: Scala, Java
Experience with scripting language: Python, NodeJS
Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Dataproc, Dataflow/Fusion)
