We are recruiting a Transcreation Manager to work as part of our team and deliver excellent marketing communication in various languages (transcreations).
As Transcreation Manager you will be planning and organising translation and transcreation jobs, liaise with in-market-creatives (copywriters, transcreators, translators and editors), allocate jobs and track project progress.
We are strongly committed to delivering the best possible international communication, and part of your job is therefore to quality-check transcreations at different project stages. Role: Senior Account Manager (Part-Time)

About the role:
Working in close partnership with our client, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for the planning and account management of all creative work (both in-scope and Out-of-scope), making best use of all our creative resources both on and off-site in partnership with the Project Manager and on-site studio team. As on-site lead, the role is required to build strong collaborative relationships with clients both in London and globally, as well as manage the onsite team to create a first-rate client experience and outputs.
The Senior Account Manager work proactively, understanding marketing strategy and ensuring that client across multiple different business areas are working together to create consistency in all outputs. Working in a global remit, the role needs to understand transcreation and production with ease as well as the many local nuances that come with this.
Importantly, the Senior Account Manager will be the engine room of the on-site team within a fast-paced environment, that requires a collaborative aptitude to develop exceptional and professional client relationships that encourages optimal performance for the account.

About the role:
Working in partnership with our client, we are seeking a Senior Conceptual Generative AI Designer. In this role, you will drive scalable, high-craft content for world-famous brands across beauty, home care, and foods.
You will shape how the client uses generative AI to create on-brand visuals, motion, and campaign assets across social, e-commerce, retail media, and digital channels. Based in Kingston (hybrid), you will lead creative direction and design for priority brands and always-on programmes. Your expertise in design craft and AI-enhanced production will raise quality, speed up delivery, and improve effectiveness, ensuring distinctive work that is brand-safe and rights-clear. We support flexible working and are open to different arrangements.
You will be the creative force and systems thinker behind AI-enabled design pipelines that deliver timely, consistent, and measurable results. Role: Account Manager

About the role:
As Account Manager you will work closely with client's stakeholders and Oliver’s on‑site team to deliver creative and production work — with a particular focus on video content production and packaging design/artwork — ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief and on budget.
You will report to the Account Director and be a key day‑to‑day contact for the client. The account team is a cross‑functional, collaborative unit comprising account leads, producers, project managers, designers and artworkers. This on‑site team plugs into Oliver’s global capability to bring planning, creative and production expertise to the client when required.
