You'll be the person ultimately accountable for the studio's success, measured by client satisfaction, team performance, creative quality, and commercial health. This is a role that sits at the intersection of client services, leadership, strategy, and commercial management. You won't be in the day-to-day detail of every project, but you'll have clear oversight of what's moving through the studio, and you'll set the standard for how the team operates, collaborates, and delivers.
We're looking for someone with a strong agency background who understands the complexities of working embedded within a major global brand. Someone who can partner with Brand Directors and senior marketing leaders as a trusted adviser, not just a service provider. Someone who can develop, coach, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team while keeping a sharp eye on commercial performance and growth opportunities.
Success means a client team that sees the studio as an indispensable partner, a studio team that is motivated, developing, and delivering its best work, and a commercial position that is healthy, growing, and clearly demonstrating value.
Act as the senior client lead for the studio, building strong, trusted relationships with Brand Directors, senior marketing leaders, and key stakeholders.
Partner with the client as a long-term strategic adviser, contributing to the development of brand and marketing strategy, not just executing briefs.
Be the escalation point for any client issues, approaching problems with a solutions-focused attitude and resolving them quickly while protecting both the relationship and the team.
Challenge the client constructively when needed, negotiating to create outcomes that work for both the brand and the studio, while maintaining a positive, productive partnership.
Ensure the studio consistently delivers to the expected levels of client service, quality, and responsiveness.
Lead the studio team by example, line managing senior team leads across social, creative, strategy, production, and content.
Develop, coach, and guide team leads and their teams to consistently add value, challenge briefs, and deliver outstanding social-first creative work.
Maintain oversight of the studio's work-in-progress and project pipeline, directing teams to deliver without being pulled into the day-to-day management of individual projects.
Spot potential in your team members, support their growth, and create an environment where people are motivated, accountable, and producing their best work.
Foster a studio culture that is collaborative, inclusive, and grounded in creative ambition and operational excellence.
Be responsible for growing the studio's offering, proactively identifying opportunities to expand the scope of work, push capabilities, and increase the studio's value to the client.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders beyond the immediate brand team, keeping the studio front of mind for new briefs, projects, and strategic needs across social, content, creative, and data.
Advocate for the studio's capabilities in social-first creative, content production, creator partnerships, strategy, and data and insight, pushing to extend the studio's role from production into more strategic and upstream work.
Identify emerging client needs and market trends, positioning the studio to respond with relevant, compelling proposals.
Manage the studio's P&L, forecasting operational income and tracking commercial performance against targets on a regular basis.
Ensure the team works to established processes, while challenging and refining ways of working to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and output quality.
Oversee resource planning and allocation across the studio's workstreams, ensuring the right people are on the right work and capacity is managed sustainably.
Report on studio performance, commercial health, and growth to senior management with clarity and accountability.
10+ years of relevant agency experience, with a significant portion in client services, account leadership, or business management roles.
Proven experience leading teams of 15+ people across multi-disciplinary functions, including creative, social, content, strategy, and production.
A track record of building and maintaining trusted partnerships with senior clients at Brand Director or VP level within major consumer brands.
Experience working with large FMCG or beauty and personal care clients, with a strong understanding of how global brand organisations operate.
A strong grounding in the commercial management of accounts, including P&L responsibility, forecasting, scope management, and growth planning.
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and expand studio scope, identifying and converting opportunities that extend the offering beyond production into strategy, creative, and data.
Experience developing, coaching, and leading senior team members, with a track record of building high-performing, motivated teams.
Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to brand and marketing strategy conversations, not just operational delivery.
The ability to balance oversight and delegation effectively, maintaining visibility of the studio's output without getting caught in day-to-day project detail.
A solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, with the composure and judgement to handle escalations, shifting priorities, and complex stakeholder dynamics.
Experience working in an in-house agency, embedded studio, or on-site model is a strong advantage, with an appreciation for the nuances of working within a client's organisation daily.
Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
A strong understanding of how Gen AI tools and capabilities are changing social content creation, creative production, and marketing strategy, with the ability to articulate this to clients and guide teams accordingly.
Agentic leadership mindset: a systematic approach to complex business challenges, identifying the most effective path forward and enabling the team to execute with clarity and accountability.
Experience guiding or sponsoring the adoption of AI tools and workflows within a creative or content studio, with a focus on practical value, responsible use, and client confidence.
The ability to position AI capability as a growth lever for the studio, incorporating it into proposals, scope discussions, and strategic conversations with the client.
Understanding of AI limitations and the importance of balancing technology with human creativity, judgement, and oversight.
Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self-directed learning.
Experience specifically leading social-first or content-led studio operations.
Multi-market or global account leadership experience.
A background that includes creative, strategy, or production roles before moving into client services and leadership.
Experience with transformation programmes, studio stand-ups, or capability building within embedded agency models.
Familiarity with social analytics, performance measurement, and data-led decision-making at a strategic level.

You'll be one of the key creatives behind social content, producing work that makes the brand one of the most engaging and trusted voices online. This isn't about polished ad campaigns adapted for social. It's about content that feels native to each platform, content that resonates because it reflects real people, real moments, and real conversations.
Working at the intersection of brand purpose and social culture, you'll create content that sits naturally alongside the creators, conversations, and trends your audience already follows. You understand that the most effective brand content doesn't feel like brand content at all. It feels honest, relevant, and worth sharing.
We're looking for someone who is culturally plugged in, creatively resourceful, and comfortable producing content end to end. Someone who can spot a content opportunity, concept it quickly, produce it with care, and deliver it while it's still relevant. Success means content that people genuinely want to engage with, that strengthens brand affinity, and that drives saves, shares, comments, and conversation.
Concept, shoot, edit, and produce social-first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, static, and emerging formats.
Develop content ideas that translate brand purpose and product messaging into authentic, platform-native moments that audiences relate to and want to share.
Create lo-fi, high-impact content using a mix of smartphone, DSLR, and simple lighting and production setups, prioritising authenticity over polish.
Storyboard and present content concepts, clearly articulating the creative idea and platform rationale.
Stay current with social trends, viral formats, platform features, creator culture, and emerging content styles, flagging relevant opportunities to the team and translating them into content ideas.
Produce reactive and real-time content that connects the brand to cultural moments and trending conversations while staying true to its voice and values.
Edit and adapt content across formats and platforms, reimagining a single shoot or asset in multiple ways to maximise reach and relevance (using Premiere Pro, CapCut, and native platform editing tools).
Collaborate with social media managers to align content with publishing calendars, campaign timelines, and community engagement priorities.
Support shoots and content production involving content creators, influencers, and real people, ensuring the process is inclusive, respectful, and representative.
Experiment with new formats, techniques, and creative approaches, sharing what works and what doesn't with the wider team.
Use Gen AI tools to support content creation, from ideation and visual references to editing and copy exploration.
Ensure all content meets platform specifications, brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements.
A portfolio demonstrating 2–4 years of social content creation, with examples of platform-native work that generated genuine audience engagement (shares, saves, comments, conversation).
Technical confidence across the content creation process: concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing, with comfort moving between smartphone and DSLR setups.
Solid editing skills in Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent, with the ability to adapt content across formats and platforms.
Fluency in social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels), including an understanding of what performs, why, and how content is discovered and shared.
A feel for cultural relevance, with the ability to spot trending moments, formats, and conversations and turn them into content ideas quickly.
Experience creating content for consumer brands, with an understanding of how to communicate product or brand messages in a way that feels genuine and relatable rather than forced.
The ability to work at social speed, managing your time and priorities to deliver quality content on tight turnarounds.
A collaborative, proactive attitude, with a willingness to pitch in across different types of content and production needs.
An interest in inclusive content creation, including authentic representation in casting, imagery, and storytelling.
Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E) to support ideation, mood boarding, visual exploration, and content iteration.
An agentic approach to your work: ability to self-organise, break down creative tasks, find efficient solutions, and deliver independently.
Willingness to experiment with AI tools as part of the content creation process, understanding when they add value and when human creativity and judgement are needed.
Understanding of AI limitations, with an eye for outputs that feel authentic versus generic.
Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self-directed learning.
Experience working on beauty, personal care, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Experience in an in-house agency, embedded studio, or social-specialist content team.
Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or similar).
Photography skills and experience with still content for social.
Experience creating content that addresses topics such as body confidence, self-esteem, or inclusivity.
Familiarity with social analytics and how performance data informs creative decisions.
Experience with accessibility in content creation (captions, alt text, inclusive design).

You'll be the person who connects a brand with the creators who bring it to life in the most authentic, relatable way across social. This is a multi-faceted role that blends influencer strategy, relationship management, creative thinking, and project management. You'll develop and manage the creator community end to end, shaping how the brand partners with influencers and content creators to drive reach, engagement, and genuine advocacy.
We're looking for someone who understands that influencer marketing isn't about reach alone. It's about finding and partnering with creators whose audiences trust them, whose content feels real, and whose values align with the brand's commitment to inclusivity and authenticity.
Success means a thriving, well-managed creator community that delivers consistent, high-quality content, a programme that scales across markets, and influencer partnerships that feel as authentic to audiences as they do to the creators themselves.
Identify, contact, and recruit creators on an ongoing basis, building a diverse community of influencers who authentically represent brand values and resonate with target audiences across platforms.
Evaluate potential creator partners based on audience relevance, content quality, engagement authenticity, brand alignment, and representation of diverse voices.
Maintain and manage a structured creator database, tracking tiers, content output, performance, and relationship status.
Develop and manage the creator engagement programme, building genuine, long-term relationships with influencers rather than transactional, campaign-by-campaign partnerships.

Coordinate with the creative and social teams to ensure influencer content is integrated into broader content calendars and campaign plans.
Track and record all creator content, ensuring proper usage rights, approvals, and compliance with advertising and disclosure regulations.
Report on influencer campaign performance, community growth, engagement metrics, and programme impact, using data to refine strategy and demonstrate value.
Monitor creator content quality and audience response, identifying what's working and feeding learnings back into briefs and strategy.
Track programme operations including newsletter engagement, event participation, and community health metrics.
Shape and refine the creator programme's processes, tools, and ways of working, building a model that is efficient, scalable, and replicable.
Support the expansion of the creator programme into additional markets, adapting the approach for different regions, platforms, and audiences.
Contribute to the wider studio's influencer strategy, sharing best practices and insights that raise the standard across the team.
Partner with brand stakeholders on influencer strategy, presenting programme updates, campaign results, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
Manage client feedback and approvals within the influencer workflow, keeping stakeholders informed and the process running smoothly.
3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management, with a focus on consumer brands, ideally in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG.
A proven track record of identifying, recruiting, briefing, and managing influencers and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Experience building and maintaining ongoing creator communities or ambassador programmes, not just one-off campaign activations.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships, campaigns, and workstreams simultaneously without dropping detail.
An understanding of influencer contracts, usage rights, disclosure regulations, and compliance requirements.
Creative thinking, with the ability to develop engaging briefs, gifting concepts, event ideas, and community activations that strengthen creator relationships.
Confidence presenting to and partnering with brand clients, with clear and structured communication skills.
Experience using influencer management platforms and tools (such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, Grin, or similar) and social listening or analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to report on campaign performance, interpret engagement data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Highly organised, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing complexity.
Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus, particularly if relevant to multi-market expansion.
Working proficiency with Gen AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to support creator research, brief development, reporting, and programme communications.
Agentic mindset: ability to self-direct, prioritise across competing workstreams, identify opportunities, and find efficient solutions independently.

You'll be one of the people who makes a brand's social presence happen, day in, day out. From content ideation, trend tracking and scheduling to community engagement, copy writing, and performance tracking, you'll manage the daily rhythm of social channels and ensure the brand shows up consistently and compellingly across platforms.
This is a role for someone who is organised, culturally-fluent, and genuinely enthusiastic about social media as a discipline. Create and manage social content calendars across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms, ensuring a consistent cadence of planned, campaign, and reactive content.
Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring every post meets brand guidelines, platform specifications, and accessibility standards (captions, alt text, format requirements).
Write and adapt social copy for each platform, ensuring tone of voice is consistent, compelling, and native to the channel.
Coordinate with the creative team and content creators to ensure assets are delivered on time, correctly formatted, and ready to publish.
Support the Senior Social Media Manager in planning always-on content, campaign activations, and seasonal or product-launch moments.
Monitor social channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand, and thoughtful manner.
Engage proactively with audiences, fostering a sense of community and connection that reflects values of inclusivity and authenticity.
Track trending topics, hashtags, cultural moments, and platform features, flagging relevant opportunities to the wider team and, where appropriate, drafting reactive content.
Identify opportunities to surprise and delight audiences through creative engagement, timely responses, and community-building moments.
Track and report on social content performance across platforms, compiling regular reports on key metrics including reach, engagement, saves, shares, and audience growth.
Use native platform analytics and social management tools to monitor content effectiveness, identify trends, and flag insights that can inform future content decisions.
Support the Senior Social Media Manager and Data Analyst in building a continuous learning loop between content output and performance data.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure social assets align with the content calendar and campaign objectives.
Support the coordination of influencer and creator content within the publishing schedule, ensuring assets are approved, scheduled, and tracked.
Work closely with the brand team on day-to-day social activity, keeping stakeholders informed of what's publishing, what's performing, and what's coming next.
Support briefing processes, helping to translate client briefs and campaign objectives into clear direction for the creative team.
Stay current with social platform updates, algorithm changes, new features, and emerging content formats, sharing relevant developments with the team.
Contribute ideas for new content formats, series, and engagement approaches based on platform evolution and audience behaviour.
Ensure the studio's content approach reflects the latest platform best practices for organic reach and engagement.
3–5 years of experience in social media management for consumer brands, ideally in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG.
Strong platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels, including an understanding of content formats, algorithms, audience behaviours, and publishing best practices.
Experience managing social content calendars and publishing workflows across multiple platforms.
Solid copywriting skills, with the ability to write platform-native social copy that reflects a brand's tone of voice and connects with diverse audiences.
Experience with community management, including responding to comments and messages, engaging with audiences, and maintaining a consistent, on-brand presence.
Familiarity with social media management tools (such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) and native platform analytics.
The ability to track and report on social performance metrics, with a good understanding of what the numbers mean and how they inform content decisions.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing deadlines, and day-to-day publishing demands without losing attention to detail.
A genuine interest in social culture, digital trends, and the evolving beauty and personal care landscape.
A collaborative, proactive working style, with the confidence to flag opportunities, raise issues, and contribute ideas.
Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai, Grammarly) to support copy drafting, content ideation, trend research, and reporting.
An agentic approach to your work: ability to self-organise, manage priorities, find efficient solutions, and take initiative across a busy, multi-platform workload.
Willingness to experiment with AI tools as part of the social workflow, understanding when they add value and when human creativity, cultural nuance, and community instinct are needed.
Understanding of AI limitations, with an eye for outputs that feel authentic and on-brand versus generic.
Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self-directed learning.
Experience in an in-house agency, embedded studio, or social-specialist environment.
An editorial background or experience writing long-form and short-form content for social.
Experience working with influencer or creator content within a publishing workflow.
Familiarity with social listening tools and basic audience research.
Experience with accessibility in social publishing (captions, alt text, inclusive content practices).
An interest in or experience with brand purpose, inclusivity, or social impact in a marketing context.
Familiarity with paid social amplification and how organic and paid content work together.
