About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CRM Project Manager to join our growing CRM department. We are looking for a Middle Game Designer who lives and breathes mobile gaming. You won’t just be "making games"; you’ll be crafting experiences. You will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring our projects are balanced, engaging, and optimized for success in a competitive market.
Concept Development: Conceptualize and flesh out game ideas based on specific themes or market trends.
Documentation: Create, maintain, and evolve the Game Design Document (GDD) to serve as the "source of truth" for the team.
Systems & Mechanics: Design core gameplay loops, meta-gameplay systems, and mechanics that keep players coming back.
Economy & Balance: Master the math. You’ll be responsible for balancing gameplay difficulty and fine-tuning the in-game economy.

Full Lifecycle Support: Oversee the development process from initial prototype through to post-launch analysis, using data to iterate and improve.
1.5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in a Game Designer role specifically within the Mobile Games sector.
