We're looking for an Engineering Manager I to lead one of our autonomous feature squads. You'll own the day-to-day engineering leadership of a cross-functional team (1 PM, 1 Designer, 4–5 engineers) responsible for a meaningful area of the Shopmonkey platform. This is not a "project manager with an engineering title" role. You are technical, you are in the code, and you care deeply about how software gets built — not just that it ships. You won't be on the critical path for planned project work, but you'll be deeply involved in guiding your team through every phase of the SDLC: scoping, design, implementation, testing, release, and iteration. Your job is to make your team faster, sharper, and more effective — by coaching, unblocking, and identifying the gaps nobody else sees. You'll also contribute directly to the codebase. Not as a primary feature developer, but as a force multiplier — proactively improving code quality, tackling the work that falls between the cracks, and leading by example when it matters.
Our platform is built on two primary monorepos (backend and frontend) using TypeScript throughout. The stack includes React, Node.js, Next.js, Redux, and Redis on the application side; CockroachDB and ClickHouse for data; Synadia NATS for messaging; and GCP for infrastructure. We use OpenTelemetry and Prometheus for observability, with supporting services in TypeScript and Go. THE ROLE
The Business Systems Analyst, Legal Operations will design, optimize, and support the systems and workflows that power our global Legal function. This role translates Legal and business objectives into scalable processes, data models, and technology solutions—enabling higher productivity, better decision-making, and responsible use of automation and AI across the Legal portfolio.
You will partner closely with Global Legal Ops & Enablement (GLOE), Legal practice groups, Finance, HR, DTG/IT, and external vendors to build and maintain an integrated ecosystem (e.g., ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery, CLM/CM, knowledge/AI tools, matter management, e‑billing and reporting).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategy & Business Partnership
Partner with Legal and business leaders to understand goals, pain points, and priorities; translate them into clear system and process requirements.
Map end‑to‑end Legal workflows (intake, triage, self‑service, assignment, execution, closure, and analytics) and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and risk reduction.
Help shape the Legal technology roadmap, including trade‑offs across “run-the-business” enhancements and “change-the-business” initiatives.
Solution Design & Delivery
Translate high‑level requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
Work with DTG/IT, vendors, and Legal stakeholders to design solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with corporate architecture and data governance standards.
Support configuration and integration work across platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, CLM, Salesforce, knowledge/AI tools) in partnership with technical teams.
Coordinate and execute functional testing, UAT, and defect triage, ensuring high‑quality releases.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
Define and maintain metrics and dashboards for Legal (e.g., intake volume, cycle times, SLA performance, self‑service adoption, NPS/CSAT, AI‑enabled use cases).
Partner with Finance, FP&A, and Legal leadership on data sets that support budgeting, resource planning, and portfolio prioritization.
Ensure data quality and integrity across systems, including master data, matter metadata, contract metadata, and knowledge objects.
Change Management & Enablement
Develop and execute change management plans (communications, training, documentation, office hours) to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
Create and maintain playbooks, knowledge articles, and self‑service content for Legal and business users.
Gather feedback post‑launch, monitor performance against expected outcomes, and iterate to improve.
Run-the-Business Operations
Own and prioritize the enhancement and defect backlog for key Legal systems in partnership with product owners and service owners.
Triage incoming requests, ensuring clear scope, impact assessment, and alignment to roadmap and capacity.
Act as a Level 2/3 point of contact for complex issues, coordinating with DTG/IT and vendors to resolve them.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA or Lehi, UT office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
4+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Operations, or Program Management in a technology‑driven environment; Legal Operations or G&A experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record translating business requirements into system designs, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following:
ServiceNow (ideally Legal Service Delivery or other G&A modules)
Contract lifecycle management (CLM) or matter management platforms
Salesforce or other enterprise SaaS platforms
Knowledge management and/or AI‑enabled workflows (search, summarization, drafting, classification, etc.).
Strong process design and documentation skills (BPMN or similar), including running workshops, mapping current/future‑state, and identifying automation opportunities.
Solid data and analytics skills: able to define KPIs, design dashboards, and interrogate data for trends and root causes; experience with modern analytics stack (e.g., Snowflake for data warehousing and Tableau for visualization).
Experience working in cross‑functional, matrixed organizations with IT, Finance, HR, Sales Ops, or similar partners.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for attorneys, executives, technical teams, and end users.

Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2026 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?
As VP of Sales, New Verticals, you will own the strategy, execution, team, and revenue results for Flex's expansion into utilities, insurance, and broadband — three large, underserved markets where consumers deserve the same payment flexibility Flex pioneered in rent.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships (New Verticals), you will build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up, define go-to-market strategy for each vertical, and personally drive the enterprise partnerships that will define Flex's next chapter. This is a zero-to-one opportunity: you'll be shaping market entry, not inheriting a playbook.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader who has sold payment or fintech solutions into these verticals — not someone who has worked within them. You know the buyers, the conferences, the ecosystem, and you have a track record of closing first-of-kind deals.
Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines. For candidates located in our Tier 1 markets (NYC/ SF), the base salary pay range for this role is $400,000 - $500,000 USD. For all other U.S. locations, Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index. If you are located outside of the Tier 1 states listed above, your starting pay will be adjusted to align with the market conditions of your specific geographic zone. Please speak with your recruiter for additional information regarding the specific range for your location.
We understand that it takes a diverse team of highly intelligent, curious, determined, empathetic, and self aware people to grow a successful company. Our HQ is located in New York City, but we have employees located throughout the US, Australia, Canada and South America. We are growing quickly, but deliberately, with a focus on building an inclusive culture. Our dynamic team has incredible perspectives to share, just as we know you do, and we take great pride in being an equal opportunity workplace.
Offices
Roles posted in New York, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City are hybrid positions with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week in our local offices. For candidates outside of these areas, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.

The ideal candidate has deep functional and technical expertise across Workday HCM, Payroll, and other Workday related modules, while also possessing strong managerial leadership and vendor management experience. This role requires close partnership with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party service providers.

This role is based out of our Utah Headquarters (preferred) and reports directly to our CIO. We may consider highly-qualified remote candidates with required regular travel.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Strategy & Governance: Own the overall strategy, roadmap, and governance of the Workday ecosystem. Cross-System Architecture: Oversee integrations between Workday and enterprise systems (ERP - Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, CRM - Salesforce, ITSM - ServiceNow, payroll vendors, banking systems, and data warehouses) and partner with architects to define data flows, transformation logic, and reconciliation controls. Ensure reconciliation controls between Workday and downstream systems.
Business Partnership: Act as trusted advisor to HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations leaders. Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. Lead workshops for process redesign and optimization. Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes.
Team Leadership & Governance: Lead and mentor a team of internal and external Workday analysts and administrators, establish operating model for Workday support (intake, prioritization, SLAs), develop KPIs for system performance and support effectiveness, ensure proper segregation of duties and security governance, provide executive-level updates on platform health and roadmap.
Vendor & Compliance Management: Manage relationships with Workday AMS providers, implementation partners, integration partners, payroll vendors. Ensure vendors adhere to security, compliance, and SLA requirements, and lead escalations when necessary.
Compliance & Controls Success: Partner with Internal Audit on: SoD design and remediation, access reviews, control documentation, audit readiness, ensure proper documentation of configuration and business processes, maintain data privacy and regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR as applicable).
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Extensive Domain Expertise: You possess 7+ years of enterprise applications experience, with at least 5 years of deep, hands-on Workday experience specifically across both HCM and Financials (must have both) and experience supporting Payroll within Workday.
Technical Proficiency: You have a proven track record in Workday configuration (not just oversight) and managing integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and data flows.
Leadership Mindset: You are a strategic thinker with a high ownership mindset, comfortable leading cross-functional teams and managing third-party AMS providers and vendors.
Stakeholder Management: You can bridge the gap between technical IT requirements and senior business stakeholder needs, providing clear, executive-level updates on platform health. Experience working with senior business stakeholders.
Agile & Adaptive: You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and possess the "systems thinking" necessary to solve complex architectural challenges.
BENEFITS
We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported.
