Who we are:
Shape a brighter financial future with us.
Together with our members, we’re changing the way people think about and interact with personal finance.
We’re a next-generation financial services company and national bank using innovative, mobile-first technology to help our millions of members reach their goals. The industry is going through an unprecedented transformation, and we’re at the forefront. We’re proud to come to work every day knowing that what we do has a direct impact on people’s lives, with our core values guiding us every step of the way. Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.
SoFi is launching a brand-new commercial banking product — and we need a Staff Software Engineer to be its technical backbone.
Commercial Banking is SoFi's entry into institutional commercial banking. We're building the infrastructure that lets large institutional clients in crypto, fintech, and enterprise finance manage their money at SoFi — real-time payments, multi-account treasury management, and a closed-loop settlement network that operates 24/7/365. The systems you design will handle real institutional money from day one. The network you help architect — SEN (SoFi Exchange Network) — could become the default settlement rail for the industry.
As the Senior Staff Engineer on the Commercial Banking team, you'll be the technical leader the team looks to for the hardest problems — system design, API contracts, payment correctness, performance, and reliability. You'll set the technical bar, make architectural decisions that stick, and write the code that proves them out. This is a hands-on role: you'll be deep in the codebase while also shaping the direction for the engineers around you.

Join us in revolutionizing the lending landscape. SoFi is seeking enthusiastic Senior Software Engineers who are ready to lead the development of key advancement to the next generation of our financial services platform.
Data Foundations leads the path on building the central platform-level foundation and infrastructure that powers SoFi's entire data ecosystem. Their scope spans Infrastructure & Core Primitives and Platform Operations — essentially the backbone that enables all data capabilities across the organization. Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
Before Stripe, every growing internet platform had a payments team. Today, every growing internet platform has an Identity team. Identity verification has become core economic infrastructure for online businesses — enabling them to digitally verify their users' identities for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and trust and safety purposes.
At Stripe, we're building something more ambitious than a verification product. Our vision is to build the world's most trusted store of verified identities — a single, global, reusable, risk-scored representation of every individual who interacts with Stripe and beyond. This Identity Store becomes a platform with compounding network effects: more verifications enrich the store; a richer store produces better fraud signals; better signals mean lower friction for trusted users; lower friction drives more adoption.
Our product today serves millions of verifications per month for customers like OpenAI, Shopify, and WhatNot, and powers identity verification across multiple internal Stripe products including Fraud, Link, Connect, and Crypto. The problems ahead — adversarial AI and deepfake defense, networked identity infrastructure, progressive verification platforms, and low friction KYC APIs — sit at the frontier of what's possible in identity engineering.
As a Staff Engineer on the Identity team, you will own the technical direction of one of Stripe's most strategically important product areas. This is not a role defined by task execution — it's a role defined by technical judgment, architectural influence, and the ability to turn an ambitious vision into a reliable, scalable system.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

The Product Security Data Platforms team is a newly established engineering team within Stripe Security. Our mission is to build the foundational infrastructure that provides our users with unprecedented visibility into the security posture of their Stripe integration. While Stripe is renowned for industry-leading payment protection, we are expanding our focus to provide a comprehensive security telemetry platform that helps businesses protect their entire digital ecosystem on Stripe.
As a founding member of this team, you will be architecting a large-scale customer-facing security data pipeline and presentation layer. Much like modern security observability platforms and data lakes that have transformed cloud infrastructure, we are building an API-first service that transforms massive streams of behavioral data into actionable security intelligence. This team operates at the intersection of high-throughput data engineering and cybersecurity, creating the systems that will allow the world’s most sophisticated companies to monitor, detect, and respond to threats in real-time.
As a Senior Software Engineer on this founding team, you will lead the technical design and implementation of our core security data pipelines. You will be responsible for defining how security signals are captured, processed at scale, and delivered to our users through robust, developer-friendly interfaces. If you have security domain knowledge, there are significant opportunities for you to help shape product vision.
We are looking for an experienced backend and systems engineer who thrives on building new products from scratch. You should have a deep background in distributed systems and a passion for building platforms that empower other developers and security professionals.

The Stream Compute team at Stripe builds and operates the infrastructure, tooling, and systems behind our Flink-powered stream processing systems. We're at the heart of several core asynchronous workflows, operating at significant scale and handling vast amounts of sensitive financial data. Our work powers intricate processes involving various critical financial operations and real-time analytics. We run globally distributed systems with high reliability and performance to meet Stripe's scaling, availability, and product needs, and we continually reduce operational toil by investing in automation and self-service tooling for upgrades, maintenance, and day-to-day operations. The team is distributed between Seattle, Toronto and remote locations.
What makes our team truly exciting is our commitment to our users: we ensure no event is dropped, state integrity is preserved, and support exactly-once processing as a first-class feature. Working at the intersection of real-time data processing and fintech innovation, we continuously push the boundaries of what's possible. Our focus on innovation, user experience, reliability, and compliance drives increased ROI and operational excellence, making us a crucial part of Stripe's success.
You'll help define and deliver the next generation of Stripe's Flink-first stream compute infrastructure—driving innovation to meet extremely high availability targets at global scale. Partnering with infrastructure engineers, adjacent platform teams, and the product orgs that depend on Flink every day, you'll set a long-term technical direction that scales with Stripe's growth while enabling reliable, efficient operations for years to come. You'll work on the hardest problems in operating Flink in production—state management, exactly-once processing, performance isolation, and automated recovery—so teams across Stripe can confidently build stateful stream processing applications on top of it.

At MCG, we lead the healthcare community to deliver patient-focused care. We have a mission-driven team of talented physicians and technical experts developing our evidence-based content and innovating our products to accelerate improvements in healthcare. If you are driven to enhance the US healthcare system, MCG is eager to have you join our team. We cultivate a work environment that nurtures personal and professional growth, and this is a thrilling time to become a part of our organization. With dynamic roles that offer meaningful impact, you'll be able to fully realize your potential. Plus, you'll enjoy world-class benefits and the security, stability, and resources of our parent company, Hearst, with over 100 years of experience.
As a Senior Software Development Engineer at MCG, you will lead the design and delivery of complex cloud-native services that power healthcare decision-support solutions used by health plans, providers, and other stakeholders. You'll work across multiple cloud services, navigating evolving requirements and making critical tradeoffs that directly impact the reliability, security, and performance of our products.
This role sits at the intersection of deep technical skill and cross-service ownership — you won't just write great code, you'll shape how systems interact, fail gracefully, and scale.
You Will
Scope & Influence
Own moderate to high complexity problems that span multiple cloud services, where tradeoffs, failure modes, and non-obvious interactions must be identified and resolved.
Operate effectively when requirements evolve during execution, providing technical judgment that keeps delivery on track.
Influence technical decisions and design direction beyond your immediate team, serving as a trusted technical voice in cross-service discussions.
Design & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex, cloud-native services — from requirements analysis through production operation.
Anticipate and proactively address non-functional requirements including operational readiness, security, performance, and testability.
Drive work through ambiguity, decomposing unclear or shifting requirements into actionable, well-sequenced plans.
AI-Augmented Engineering
Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) as a core part of your daily workflow — for code generation, design exploration, debugging, code review, incident analysis, and knowledge retrieval.
Author and maintain markdown skill files that codify repetitive workflows, runbooks, and best practices, enabling consistent and efficient execution across the team and reducing tribal knowledge.
Incident Response & Reliability
Actively contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and preventative improvements, helping the team build increasingly resilient systems.
Own and improve on-call practices and runbooks for services you design and deliver.
Quality & Craft
Design services that are scalable, secure, and testable by default.
Debug complex, multi-service issues that cross team and domain boundaries.
Raise the testing and code quality bar through code review, pairing, and leading by example.
Proactively address performance, reliability, security, and maintainability concerns in every phase of development.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of professional software development experience, with significant time building and operating Azure cloud native distributed systems
Strong proficiency in C#, .Net Framework, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microservices.
Demonstrated experience designing scalable, secure, and testable services for production.
Track record of debugging complex issues across multiple services and system boundaries.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud operations.
Solid understanding of security best practices, including secure coding, authentication/authorization patterns, and data protection.
Experience participating in or leading incident response and root cause analysis.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) and a demonstrated habit of integrating them into daily engineering work for code generation, review, documentation, and problem-solving.
Experience building and maintaining markdown-based documentation (skill files, runbooks, process guides) to standardize repetitive tasks and enable team-wide automation and consistency.

The Trade Desk is a global technology company and the world’s leading independent platform for digital advertising, with nearly 4,000 employees across more than 30 offices. Our technology helps advertisers reach the right audiences across the open internet — from streaming TV and podcasts to mobile apps, news, and more.
Advertising powers the content people love. By making it more transparent, effective, and responsible, we help support trusted journalism, quality entertainment, and creators worldwide. The world’s brands and agencies rely on us to reach their customers and grow their businesses responsibly.
The scale of our platform brings unique technical challenges — from processing massive datasets in real time to building systems that operate reliably on a global scale. When you work here, your impact is worldwide. We welcome diverse perspectives, encourage curiosity, and build teams that learn from one another. If you’re driven to solve meaningful challenges, we’d love to meet you.
What We Do
• The Omnichannel team at The Trade Desk is pioneering a new approach to digital advertising — one built around telling a coherent story through ads, using the media best suited for each chapter. We work across the full ad tech stack, from identity to measurement to bidding, to deliver unified campaign experiences that span screens, formats, and moments. Our Software Engineers are end-to-end owners who participate in designing, building, and delivering data-focused products for our stakeholders.
What You'll Do
• Design and build systems that orchestrate advertising across channels, ensuring a unified narrative from first impression to conversion.
• Work across team boundaries — partnering with identity, measurement, and bidding teams to integrate their capabilities into cohesive omnichannel solutions.
• Own projects end to end, from early design through production rollout and ongoing operation.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical designs and execution plans.
• Deliver high-quality changes with automated tests, metrics, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define what success looks like and drive toward it.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of trust, ownership, and technical excellence.
Who You Are
• You're comfortable owning things end to end — from scoping a problem to shipping and operating the solution.
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and you're effective working across teams with competing priorities.
• You thrive in ambiguity. Vague requirements don't slow you down — you translate them into actionable plans and iterate toward the right answer.
• You have 7+ years of software development experience.
• You have strong experience with distributed systems and backend development in a language such as C#, Java, or Python.
• You have a solid understanding of computer science and engineering fundamentals.
• You're comfortable working on an agile, distributed team spanning multiple time zones.
Nice to Have
• Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Flink).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Experience in ad tech or with real-time bidding systems.
• Exposure to cross-channel measurement or identity resolution.
