Reporting to the Director of Commercial Project Management, the Senior Project Manager, Custom Antibodies will coordinate multiple simultaneous projects for our high-throughput Antibody/IgG offerings. You will manage project execution from the initial inquiry through final delivery. This includes managing communication between several internal departments—Sales, Customer Service, Tech Support, Operations, Product Management, Finance etc—to create quotes/Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure customers receive proactive updates on their project’s progress.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage End-to-End Coordination: Oversee custom Antibody projects from intake to final delivery, ensuring smooth transitions between quoting, production, and Antibody/data delivery.
• Design & Quoting: Gather antibody design requirements to ensure quotes and SOWs accurately reflect customer needs, accurate costing, and the production team's capabilities.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. An advanced degree or hands-on laboratory experience is a plus.
• Experience: 4–5 years in the life sciences. A technical background in antibody engineering and/or antibody characterization is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira is a plus.
• Project Management: 1–2 years of experience leading scientific projects in a commercial setting, with a proven ability to manage timelines across different departments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

onX is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with a passion for building scalable platform Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. Your focus will be on designing, developing, and scaling secure authentication, authorization, and user management services that are foundational to our platform. You will play a key role in evolving our IAM platform and delivering seamless cross-platform authentication across iOS, Android, and web.

You will be part of our Core Services team that enables product teams to build faster and more securely by providing core infrastructure, services, and patterns. TECHNOLOGIES WE USE

Our backend engineers primarily work in Go running in Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform. The IAM team works extensively with identity platforms (Ory Kratos, Hydra, Oathkeeper), distributed databases (CockroachDB), and OAuth 2.0/session management patterns. Understanding mobile authentication tradeoffs (WebView vs. browser-based auth, token-based patterns) is particularly relevant for this role.

As an onX Senior Backend Engineer, your day to day responsibilities would look like:

• Build scalable, secure IAM services that enable new features and products across the onX suite of apps
• Design and implement backend systems focusing on observability, fault-tolerance, security, and high performance
• Drive architectural decisions related to Identity and Access Management, ensuring alignment with and advancing our broader platform strategy

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

COMPENSATION

onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $146,000 to $182,000 upon hire. The pay range will vary based on experience, skills, certifications, and education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, full-time onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share options with a vesting schedule and a potential annual bonus of 10% based on company performance.

We are seeking an NX Design Engineer to serve as the technical authority for engineering documentation and release. While the broader engineering team owns the hardware in the full lifecycle, you will own the standards of excellence for how that hardware is defined and released.

Responsibilities

When the Space Shuttle approached the International Space Station, two vehicles built by different teams, in different countries, with fundamentally different engineering philosophies and systems, had to connect perfectly. The Rendezvous, Proximity Operations, and Docking (RPOD) subsystems were engineered to handle complex mismatches such as different power systems, communication protocols, and technical architectures. Mercury announced on December 19, 2025 that we submitted an application to the OCC for a national bank charter and applied for FDIC deposit insurance. In other words, Mercury is building a bank. As part of this work, we will be connecting our modern, product-focused engineering systems to enterprise core banking systems and payment networks built in a different era, with different assumptions and different interfaces. Mercury’s Banking Integration Platform as a Service team is like NASA’s RPOD team, building our integration subsystems that are technically correct and operationally trustworthy.

This is some of the most consequential infrastructure work at Mercury. Every account opening, every monetary transaction, and every balance call will flow through the systems you build. Product teams across the company will depend on clean abstractions that hide the complexity underneath. A technical sales role encompasses a wide variety of tasks where one day does not look exactly like the next. The projects our team handles are high in volume and unique from one another, spanning throughout the whole course of design, procurement, coordination, and post-sale support. 

Typical tasks include:

About the team

The SRE Incident Response team is responsible for handling critical application\infrastructure alerts, orchestrating the war room process and enabling first class observability and alerting systems. 

Team members are located in several international locations (“follow the sun” model) to provide 24/7 availability.

On-call coverage is 7 days a week, starting at noon, with the shift ending at 6:00pm.

What You'll Do

As part of your role, you would improve and establish new monitoring, alerting, and observability of services using a wide range of tools. Additionally, you would handle critical alerts and incidents and work directly with engineering and DevOps to improve and optimize availability.

• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting for application, transaction, and general technical issues.

We are developing a core technology that will operate in the worst conditions the world’s oceans have to offer for years at a time without human maintenance or intervention. As a Senior Structural Engineer - Simulation, you will be the architect of the digital tools that define our physical success. You will sit at the intersection of structural mechanics and high-performance computing, developing the solvers and automation pipelines that allow us to evaluate millions of design possibilities with physics-backed confidence.

You will lead the development of our internal Julia-based reduced order structural models (ROM) and the pipelines connecting these fast solvers with high-fidelity FEA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and advance our reduced-order beam element analysis tool written in Julia. Author new load cases, fix bugs, and optimize performance.
• Build and maintain seamless automation pipelines that transition designs from reduced-order models to high-fidelity FEA shell element models.
• Collaborate with Marine Ops, Manufacturing, and ME teams to define and analyze critical load environments, including wave slamming, tow loads, crane lifts, and fatigue.
• Own the mass estimation process for candidate devices, providing high-accuracy tracking as we iterate through new design concepts.
• Verify automated results using classical hand calculations and perform FEA in Nastran to validate the accuracy of reduced-order outputs.
• Leverage Docker, GCP, and PostgreSQL/Python to manage large-scale simulation data and cloud-based compute workloads.
• Act as the structural simulation lead for novel primary structures, ensuring designs are well-understood from a structural perspective even when conceptual in their maturity.

Required qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience and expertise.
• 3+ years of experience in a role involving both structural analysis and software/tooling development.
• Proven experience writing clean, maintainable code in Julia and Python.
• Deep fundamental understanding of structures - preferably large-scale steel structures
• Familiarity with marine-specific load environments (hydrodynamics, mooring, or offshore structures).
• Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud computing environments (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Working knowledge of Nastran or similar solvers for validating structural models.
• Ability to use AI for code generation and efficiency while maintaining the technical intuition to spot errors in the output.

Desired qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) focusing on computational mechanics or structural dynamics.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases for managing large simulation datasets.
• Experience building "human-in-the-loop" automation tools that simplify complex engineering workflows.

As we advance our technology from the prototype phase to commercialization, we need an engineer who can bridge the gap between real-world sensor data and our internal simulation tools. You will be expected to operate our entire stack from end-to-end—running reduced-order physics simulations, managing cloud-based data, and post-processing results. Your work will inform our fleet operations and updates to future designs of our technology. With a fleet in operation, your goal is to ensure that what we see on our screens matches what is happening in the ocean, using fleet data to initialize simulations and diagnosing any anomalies that arise during operations. • Build and maintain the automated process that initializes device states using sensor readings to run real-time simulations in active wave states.
• Develop tools and dashboards that visualize live sensor telemetry side-by-side with simulation outputs for fleet-wide performance monitoring.
• Use fleet data to close the loop on design, providing the ME and Simulation teams with the empirical evidence needed to refine safety factors and performance limits.
• Lead the investigation into "out-of-sample" sensor readings, using non-automated simulations to diagnose anomalies in dynamics, performance, or structural response.
• Serve as a versatile member of the simulation team, capable of running routine analyses, developing new code features, and performing manual "deep-dives" into complex physics problems.

Required qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience and expertise.
• Strong foundational knowledge in fluid mechanics, structural dynamics, and vibration/resonance.
• Proficiency in Julia and Python, with the ability to build production-ready engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithms/software that support the structural sizing of an entire design space in an automated way, allowing millions of end points to be accurately evaluated
• Work with Nastran input and output files for FEA analyses and scripts
• Generate and evaluate load spectra from test and simulation results
• Perform stress hand-calculations and fatigue/damage tolerance analyses for various designs
• Serve as the stress analyst for core technology subsystems, which could include: device primary structure, pressure- and seawater-tolerant electronics packaging, drivetrains, deployment features, lab-based testing apparatuses, piping/cable routing and layout, and ground-support equipment
• Drive the structural design of various systems to ensure an efficient end-product that is sufficiently robust and supports an optimal manufacturing process
• Utilize Femap, NX-Simcenter, and internal FEA tools to perform linear, non-linear, and dynamic analyses of large assemblies
• Use a CAD software design package (NX) and PDM tool (Teamcenter) to facilitate design changes and stress evaluation
• Lead and participate in design reviews with the internal team and interface with external fabricators and vendors

Required qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Wide-ranging experience and advanced knowledge in structural analyses techniques including classical hand analyses and computer analysis tools
• Proven experience evaluating numerous parts and assemblies that have undergone structural testing and seen service
• Working knowledge of FEA codes and pre- & post-processing (Nastran preferred)
• Solid coding abilities, with experience using Python, Julia, Mathematica, or another similar programming language for data review and analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
• Confidence working independently to drive a project forward
• A work history encompassing at least five design, build, test, and deploy cycles for different projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-starting, and demanding atmosphere

Desired qualifications:

• Advanced degree in mechanical engineering, structural engineering, aerospace engineering, naval architecture, or a related field, or 5 years additional experience in lieu of an advanced degree
• At least 5 years in a similar role
• Experience evaluating large, welded steel structures in dynamic environments
• Intimate familiarity with Nastran input decks
• Direct involvement in structural verification testing
• Excellent coding abilities
• Extensive experience with Femap
• Experience with NX/Teamcenter
• Hands-on hardware experience performing design, fabrication, assembly and testing
