HelloFresh is seeking a  weekend senior produce  procurement buyer to work directly with the operations manager to ensure food buying across the organization is tracked and managed efficiently. This position is Full-Time covering a Friday - Monday  schedule (4 x 10 hour days).

The procurement team collaborates closely with all distribution centers to guarantee timely and accurate shipment of every box. There is a large group on the procurement team dedicated to making this goal achievable. Procurement is divided into various commodity categories, with this role being a part of the produce team. Other commodity groups encompass grocery, dairy, market, protein, and packaging. In support of this effort, procurement provides assistance to distribution centers seven days a week. While most orders are delivered on weekdays, due to the perishable nature of food, we require assistance in procuring ingredients during weekends as well. This is where you come in!

About You and The Role  

As a Construction Foreman in the Phoenix region, you will be responsible for rolling out our systems in the metro and paving the way imagining how the UAV world meets the built environment - not just for Zipline but for our customers and the industry as a whole. You will manage the entire build process from initial site design handover & constructibility, assist the PM team with scoping & buyout, construction, commissioning, and closeout. You will work closely with the rest of the construction team and contractor base to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and build scalable, repeatable construction processes to expand our network.

You will also be working with the Engineering and Operations teams to tackle all the technical challenges we face head-on to get our customer’s sites operational as quickly as possible. You will have to be technically savvy, and be able to develop relationships with customers, suppliers and contractors. 

What You'll Do  

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for multiple drone launch tower projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in design of site to constructability and cost control, permitting, inspections, and final commissioning of drone tower facilities.
• Schedule and supervise daily tasks for construction crews.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and zoning regulations.
• Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction. This is both for the typical construction site prep whether performed by Zipline or our partners, as well as, and foremost our Zipline hardware.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Manage procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment via coordination with our warehouse team.
• Report regularly to senior construction leadership with project updates, timelines, and issue resolution.
• Travel frequently 75%+ to be onsite for our projects in in the Sunbelt region with a near term focus on Texas (Dallas, Houston) and Arizona (Phoenix), travel to our head offices in California and other domestic states, and possible international travel to support expansion projects.

What You'll Bring 

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in commercial or industrial construction.
• Experience with vertical infrastructure (e.g., towers, silos, telecommunications structures) strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously.
• Proficient with Bluebeam and able to create mark-ups to share digitally with remote workers, or equivalent programs.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project management.
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 75%+ for extended periods within the Sunbelt region.

As our Data and Platform Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of six engineers — three data and three platform — reporting directly to the CTO. You'll steward the full lifecycle from raw ingestion to governed data assets, while growing Caribou's GCP infrastructure toward complete automation and cost efficiency. This role sits at the heart of Caribou's engineering leadership team — a meaningful seat at the table as we scale toward our next stage.

Our Stack and Philosophy

We're on GCP (GKE, Cloud Storage, CloudSQL, BigQuery, Cloud Composer) and use dbt and Pulumi. We care more about your engineering fundamentals and curiosity than your specific history with these tools. If you're experienced in AWS, Snowflake, or Terraform and excited to apply those principles to our stack, we want to talk to you.

Your First 90 Days

Your primary mission will be to lead your data engineers, alongside our analytics and data science teams, in maturing our medallion and marts architecture. We aim to deliver material protection against data evolution for the organization by the second half of 2026.

• Shape the architectural vision for our data platform, ensuring high-quality, self-service data assets across all business functions
• Lead the SDLC for your team, delivering platform and infrastructure improvements consistently and with clear communication
• Strengthen Caribou's GCP infrastructure by growing IaC coverage, optimizing cloud spend, and building platform resiliency
• Collaborate with Analytics and Product to understand platform needs and translate that context into a prioritized roadmap

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The purpose of the Field Service Lead role is to manage, supervise, and optimize the performance of a team of field service technicians and engineers as they perform start-up/commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IEM products at customer sites. This is a working-lead role, combining hands-on field responsibilities with direct oversight of a team of approximately 8 technicians supporting 2–6 active customer sites.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides daily guidance, work direction, coaching, mentorship, and technical support to field service technicians.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Lead and coordinate start-up and commissioning activities for electrical equipment across multiple customer sites, ensuring on time completion and minimizing open issues.

• Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and training to field service technicians.

• Serve as the technical lead, offering product expertise and advanced troubleshooting guidance to technicians and engineers.

• Travel to IEM manufacturing or field service facilities as required to participate in or lead training activities, factory witness tests, and shop testing.

• Identify project areas of risk that may adversely affect the success of subordinate technicians and report these risks to management for action.

• Works on job sites to complete project start-up/commissioning, resolving punch list items found at the job site. Works with IEM Project Managers to update punch lists and ensure jobs are closed out and paperwork deliverables are met.

• Coordinate with commercial and administration teams for requests outside of the startup/commissioning scope.

• Ensure technicians have required tools, materials, and documentation to perform work effectively at each site.

• Report product or quality concerns to management and collaborate with production and engineering teams to address identified deficiencies.

• Work with the Division Manager, Field Service Manager, Field Service Support, and Site Operations Representative in scheduling additional field resources and/or teams to cover service needs.

• Minimum of 2 years of field service experience, with an emphasis on start-up and commissioning of electrical equipment.

• Experience with switchgear, electrical distribution systems, and electrical control systems preferred.

• Familiarity with advanced communication protocols and networking concepts preferred.

Fulfillment Center Team Lead

Outerspace is a new type of Ops Center for high growth brands. We do warehousing and fulfillment, customization and light manufacturing, product photography, and more. This is not an old school warehouse operation that has been doing things the same way for 30 years. We come from the brand side and have built and led operations for companies like Steve Madden, Prada and Nice Laundry.

The primary responsibilities of the Team Lead at Outerspace is to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Leads to assist the Supervisor in attaining overall department goals. Responsibilities:

About the Job

The Cultivation Technician performs labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, and facility maintenance under the supervision of the Cultivation General Manager. Attention to detail is extremely important.  This position will be the point person for Cultivation equipment preventative maintenance and checks, including filter changes, sensor checks, and other routine checks.

• Perform all tasks in the indoor harvest grow
• Be point person for HVAC preventative maintenance and checks, and equipment checks
• Mother plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, positive airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, IPM program implementation, plant transfer from veg to flowering.
• Manage plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all plant needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to produce the best results for maximum plant yield.

• Knowledge of pest and disease control management a plus. 
• Maintain and follow the cultivation department policies and procedures.
• Wash and sanitize all equipment. Scout all equipment, ensuring all tools are free of pests, viruses or disease.

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for the day to day execution and oversight of domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring on time delivery, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction. This role partners closely with 3PL providers, carriers, and cross functional internal teams to support effective logistics execution.  

The position requires deep, hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations, including dock, stockroom, and floor execution, combined with strong data analytics capabilities to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive productivity, throughput, and inventory accuracy improvements. This role also supports the New Product Introduction (NPI) organization by enabling R&D activities through data driven logistics planning, timely material movement, and accurate inventory execution.  

As part of the Americas Logistics organization, this role plays a critical part in maintaining material flow, inventory integrity, and overall operational excellence. 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, including inbound receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and return to stock (RTS) logistics.  

• Maintain strong, routine presence and visibility on the warehouse floor, stockrooms, and dock areas to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant material movement.  

• Understand and manage key warehouse productivity drivers, including labor utilization, throughput, space optimization, inventory accuracy, docktostock cycle time, and shipment velocity.  

• Monitor and analyze warehouse and logistics performance using operational data, dashboards, and reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.  

• Apply data analytics to drive decisions related to productivity, capacity planning, inventory accuracy, transportation performance, and cost control.  

• Develop and support performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., pick rates, dock turns, inventory accuracy, ontime shipment performance) and use data to drive corrective actions.  

• Identify root causes of inefficiencies in warehouse, stockroom, and dock operations and lead process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.  

• Ensure accurate and timely SAP transactions for all warehouse and logistics activities, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments.  

• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through disciplined system transactions, cycle counts, and physical inventory controls.  

• Manage and support U.S. import and export operations in compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other applicable regulations.  

• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure accurate documentation, classification, valuation, and timely clearance of U.S. imports and exports.  

• Collaborate closely with 3PL providers, carriers, and internal teams to align warehouse execution, transportation schedules, and dock operations.  

• Partner with Manufacturing, Production Planning, Quality, Purchasing, and Trade Compliance teams to resolve material flow and compliance issues.  

• Review and audit freight, handling, and accessorial costs using datadriven analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities.  

• Respond proactively to internal and external customer inquiries and escalations related to warehouse execution, shipment status, and delivery performance.  

• Participate in operational reviews, scorecards, monthly business reviews (MBRs) and continuous improvement initiatives with warehouse service providers and logistics partners.

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent related experience 

• 7+ years of experience in domestic and international Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management for the capital equipment industry, preferably semiconductor or hi-tech manufacturing environment. 

• Must have high “sense of urgency” and “know how” to escalate to proper channels. 

• Working knowledge of modern logistics, material flow and improvement strategies and the ability to integrate those into the operation.

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and Speed Bay Senior Management approval.  Speed Bay offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. Job Description

The Senior Vice President Information Technology, Enterprise Data and AI is responsible for building and scaling a product-grade, enterprise data and AI platform that accelerates business outcomes. This leader sets the vision and drives execution across data engineering, analytics, and AI, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to embed data and intelligence directly into products, workflows, and decision-making.

This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on technical depth, operating with a strong bias toward delivery, platform reliability, and customer.

Responsibilities

Product-Led Data & AI Strategy

• Define and own the enterprise data and AI product vision, roadmap, and operating model aligned to company strategy.
• Treat data platforms, analytics, and AI capabilities as products with clear customers, SLAs, adoption metrics, and ROI.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to embed analytics, ML, and GenAI into core products and internal platforms.

Data Platforms & Engineering Excellence

• Lead the design, build, and operation of scalable, cloud-native data platforms, including ingestion, transformation, lakehouse/warehouse, streaming, and BI layers.
• Establish engineering standards for data quality, reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Drive modernization from legacy systems to modern data architectures, balancing speed, resilience, and technical debt reduction.

Analytics, AI & ML Enablement

• Enable teams to deliver production-ready analytics, ML, and AI solutions that solve real customer and business problems.
• Establish pragmatic MLOps / AI operational practices to move from experimentation to repeatable value.
• Champion responsible, governed use of AI while accelerating adoption across products and teams.

Operating Model, Governance & Delivery

• Define DataOps / Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices that align with product and engineering delivery models.
• Implement enterprise data and AI governance (quality, privacy, security, responsible AI) without slowing innovation.
• Own platform KPIs, including data quality, time-to-value, platform adoption, and cost management.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Build and lead high-performing teams across data engineering, analytics, and data science.
• Act as a hands-on leader when needed, unblocking teams, reviewing designs, and accelerating delivery.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Business stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Required Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years of experience across data engineering, analytics, and AI, with senior leadership experience in product- or engineering-led organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field 
• Proven track record building and scaling enterprise data platforms as products in complex environments.
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and analytics/ML systems.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and product needs into shippable, reliable data and AI capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field 
• Experience in Property Management or Multi-Family housing industry.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, prioritize, and drive outcomes across teams.

• You develop expertise in our collections and product offerings to guide guests through styling decisions, using tools and resources to ensure the customer is informed & educated on the products.

Operations: 

• You are comfortable leveraging technology (POS) to support daily store operations and pay close attention to timelines and updates as it relates to technology and systems in your role.

• You take initiative restocking and completing tasks in downtime to support store and sales readiness.
• You help fulfill Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Same Day Delivery orders (SHIPSI), ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and convenient shopping experience.
• You will assist with receiving weekly allocation shipments in a timely manner to ensure the right items hit our floor at the right time.
• You are mindful of service standards and processes, keeping our policies front of mind when servicing the customer.
• You take great care with team equipment, and utilize best-practices when it comes to handling and securing tech.
• You may be asked to open and close the store which would require responsibility for a store key and alarm code.
• You may be asked to assist with the labeling or re-ticketing of items as needed.

There may be times when you are asked to help facilitate additional duties in the store, or may serve as a point-of-contact for Business Partners in the absence of a Manager being present. Some of these duties are outlined below, however this is not an exhaustive list.

• You conduct weekly cycle counts with an attention to detail in order to maintain inventory accuracy and support effective product allocations from our studio.
• You execute monthly floorset directives that highlight new product launches and our Southern California, timeless yet modern roots. You may be asked to submit floorset pictures to corporate for approval.
• You handle weekly cash deposits with precision, making sure everything is counted, balanced, and deposited smoothly.
• You facilitate the weekly return of warranty items to the Warehouse, ensuring all shipments are prepared, documented, and sent on schedule. 
• You contact and utilize the appropriate business partners for resources and guidance as needed.

Job Requirements: 

• Love for the gorjana brand
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed by the business
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs 
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Ability to open or close the store
