Who You Are:

As an HVAC Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal climate conditions for cannabis cultivation, processing, and storage.

You’ll ensure precise temperature, humidity, and airflow to support healthy plants, top-quality products, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with cultivation and operations teams, you’ll help keep systems running efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems: Keep air handlers, dehumidifiers, ventilation units, and CO₂ enrichment systems running smoothly for optimal plant growth.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Technical school certification or 1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential HVAC (required)
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
• EPA 608 Universal certification (required)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, dehumidification, and ventilation
• Understanding of climate control for indoor cultivation, with expertise in temperature and humidity management

Our Logistics Coordinators are responsible for processing inbound orders from our wholesale accounts, adjusting inventory databases and conducting inventory cycle counts, picking, packaging, and applying state compliance stickers to individual products to create a seamless order fulfillment process. This "working lead" role balances complex technical repairs with coordination with the Cultivation team to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

Core Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As an Extraction Technician at Curaleaf, you’ll support end-to-end extraction and refinement processes, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production of cannabis concentrates. You’ll operate specialized equipment in a C1D1 environment while adhering to strict SOPs, GMPs, and regulatory requirements.

• Operate extraction and refinement equipment, including solventless systems, short path distillation, and rotary evaporators
