We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (French-speaking) to support high-value customers in the assigned vertical by providing the tools and resources to achieve their business goals on social media. In this role, you’ll build, cultivate, and maintain influential relationships with your customers by leveraging your customer success experience and demonstrating expert-level competency in Hootsuite’s product, industry trends and best practices. You will drive business outcomes for your customers while being accountable for best-in-class user adoption, revenue retention and growth, and customer advocacy, guiding customers through their journey of social maturity. You will consistently and proactively review, refine and re-validate plans to ensure the customer gains full value from the product suite, the partnership, Hootsuite and social media as a channel. Based in London, United Kingdom or Paris, France, you will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Success.

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Manager to help drive the expansion of our B2B VPN business. While Proton VPN is already one of the world’s leading VPN services, our B2B offering is still in an early growth phase. You’ll play a key role in shaping its trajectory—defining product positioning, pricing strategy, acquisition channels, and sales loops.

Purpose of the role
We are looking for a Head of Growth to spearhead all growth activities for the Proton's Mail & Calendar product. You will identify the growth levers and build the roadmap with other senior stakeholders (engineering, product, marketing) to enable the business unit to achieve its growth objectives. This is a high profile role which will have a concrete impact on one of our key products.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Architect to set the technical direction and standards across three squads, bridging the gap between Engineering, Data Science, and Infra/Security to ensure our Azure-based services are scalable and reliable, while keeping the developer experience as high as we can. Our services must be easy to build, thoroughly tested, deployed confidently, fully observable so maintenance is not an issue. A key focus will be implementing robust API and event-driven designs that allow our services to seamlessly power our future product and new agentic AI tools.
The architect will champion best practices, mentor engineering teams, and oversee API management solutions that support the organization’s modernization and digital transformation priorities.
The second part of the Architect responsibility will be around the way we want to build agentic AI capabilities at Shift. In the long run, we will need to have a coherent way to develop, configure and maintain our agents or chatbots. The target will be a good balance between speed, flexibility and re-usability, security and budget management, to provide the most value in our products.

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Assistant to support our communication and marketing activities.
You will work closely with the Chief Communication Officer and assist with day-to-day tasks related to PR, media relations, social media and events. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in communications within an innovative deep-tech company.
You are curious, organized and creative, with a strong interest in storytelling, media and digital communication. You enjoy learning, taking initiative and contributing to impactful projects.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets
Help manage and update the media and journalists database
Support the preparation of press materials such as press releases, press kits and media briefings
Assist with media outreach and follow-ups
Track and monitor media coverage
Support the management of company social media accounts
Assist in creating and scheduling posts across different platforms
Help monitor engagement and basic performance metrics
Contribute ideas for social media content
Support the organization and coordination of events, conferences and media opportunities

As a Senior Security Architect, reporting to the CISO, you will be a senior member of the Information Security team, responsible for the end-to-end security architecture of our Azure-based SaaS platform and the creation, adoption, and governance of security architecture best practice across our organisation.
